Roiyaru watched as his master readied himself for battle. The thought that this could be the final blow against Tsubasa was exciting to his master, and Roiyaru could feel that excitement in the air like a tangible fragrance. But he couldn't help but to wonder about the night before, when he watched the events inside the cemetery between Lieutenant Seijin and his master unfurl before his very eyes. Did he really mean what he thought about after Seijin departed? It was plaguing his mind like mad, hoping to the beast gods that it was not so.
He watched as his master petted his head, easily recognizing the gesture as a silent way of telling him to follow. And indeed Roiyaru did, leaving their quarters and walking down the streets of Famiel.
"What's on your mind, Roi?" he heard his master say. Roiyaru sighed as he prepared to lift the load from his back that was there ever since Seijin first confessed it to the sprite. He looked at his master as he continued to walk next to him.
"Lieutenant Seijin told me everything before the events last night," Roiyaru confessed. "Let me first say that I apologize from keeping this from you for so long, but he insisted I did, saying that he would tell you himself. I just need to know master; do you feel the same way about him as he does you?"

Abbadon had his hands in his pockets as Roiyaru and he walked down the streets. He listened to everything he said, almost finding it surprising that his own sprite would keep any secrets from him. But after hearing his reason for it, Abbadon guessed it kinda played out for itself.
Even though, if Roiyaru told him, he wouldn't have had to stand through that kiss. He was still trying to get that taste out of his mouth.
That was when he heard Roiyaru's question: "do you feel the same way about him as he does you?" With a chuckle and a shake of his head, he answered.
"Of course not," Abbadon said. "There's no way in Hell I would. That's like asking you if you all of a sudden took an interest in digging up shit after I know that you never liked doing it before; it makes no sense." He glanced at his dog. "Why do you ask?"

Roiyaru had to admit; when he heard his master state that he had no interest in Seijin romantically, he felt relieved. He understood his analogy of sorts and nodded in response. But when he asked him why he decided to ask such a question, he gulped. He thought about a truthful answer and prepared to speak.
"Because... I do not think that I am ready to share you with anyone else, master," Roiyaru admitted. "I thought that I could, but I cannot. But I was willing to sacrifice my happiness for yours." He looked ahead of him.
"And I still am..."

Abbadon looked at Roiyaru oddly, hearing what he told him correctly.
Well, at least he thought he heard him correctly...
But the last statement just flat out made him laugh. The idea that he would want anything to do with Shadow other than friendship was fucking ridiculous.
"Okay," he said as he started to get a hold of himself. "First thing's first, Roiyaru; you have been knowing me long enough to know that I do chicks. What in the world would make you think that I would want Shadow?"
He sighed.
"That's why I want to meet him after this whole thing with Tsubasa is over," he told his sprite. "So that I can break this to him gently; I had all night to think about what I was going to say to him, and I got my words completely memorized."

Roiyaru could not believe what he was hearing come out of his master's mouth. If he heard him correctly, his master was plotting on disowning Shadow altogether just for admitting his true feelings. Roiyaru couldn't help but to dwell upon this subject. Was that truly a crime? Is such a truth as innocent as love worth condemning a punishment such as this? Roiyaru had to speak in Shadow's behalf.
"You cannot do that, master!" Roiyaru said to him. "Shadow has been your friend for many a year; it would be dishonorable of you to want anything to do with him just because he loves you!"
Roiyaru jumped in front of him, wearing a concerned frown upon his face.
"I love you," he said to his master. "Will you shun me out as well?"

Abbadon blinked rapidly, kinda surprised that Roiyaru would ever snap at him like this. Even cutting him off while he was walking threw him off a bit. There was only one word that came to mind after hearing his dog's rant about his actions.
"...huh?" he said. "Shun out?! No, Roi; you have it all wrong! I would never do that to the little twat!" He sighed, preparing to speak to him.
"What I meant," Abbadon said, "was that when we meet later today, I'm going to lay down some rules on what he can and can't do around me now. There's no way I could ever be that skeptic over someone I've known almost all my life. Shadow's my best friend; he's like a brother to me. The last thing I want to do is hurt him."
That's when Abbadon closed his eyes and chuckled to himself, thinking about Roiyaru's last statement.
"Besides, Roiyaru," he said. "You're my dog; the love you share for me is completely different than what Shadow has for me."
He approached Roiyaru and stroked the top of his head. He looked at his dog and smiled.
"I'm sorry I got you upset, boy," he said to Roiyaru. "You forgive me?"

Roiyaru heard his masters words and instantly became embarrassed. As his master continued to explain his true intentions, Roiyaru sat down in humbleness. He lowered his head a bit, punishing himself for coming up with such horrible accusations. But once he felt his masters hand on top of his head, he looked up at him, his eyes still saddened and his face still humble.
"I'm sorry I got you upset, boy," he heard his master say. "You forgive me?"
Roiyaru smiled a bit, adjusting his head so that his master's hand was now against his cheek. He closed his eyes and sighed. "It is I who should be asking for your forgiveness, master," Roiyaru said to him. He smiled as he opened his eyes, looking at his master. "But yes," he told him. "I forgive you..."

Oracle appeared on the rooftop of a building in the city of Famiel. He scanned the area, looking for his target. He couldn't risk the chaos user reaching the palace gates; that would ruin his whole plan. He had to rid him here. So Oracle jumped from rooftop to rooftop, looking for the last of the Hakaisha.
Then Oracle noticed a black-haired man, standing in the middle of the street. He was talking to what looked like a red-furred canine plagued with tattoos and gauntlets around it's wrists. This told Oracle instantly that the man was indeed Abbadon, since Oracle found the beast familiar from doing his research on the Archangel.
Where Oracle was located, he could definitely hear the conversation between the two, talking about the now dead Shadow Seijin. Watching until Hakaisha asked the beast for his forgiveness, he smiled as he jumped off of the rooftop, floating down to the pavement elegantly to approach the two. He smiled as he saw the man up close.
"Very touching, Hakaisha," he said as he twirled his staff and readied void magic in his free hand. "That brought a tear to my eye. Let's see if I can do the same thing..."

Abbadon looked in front of him, almost as if he caught something out the corner of his eye. What he caught was that damned wingless Malakite he heard worked for Tsubasa.
What he caught was Oracle.
"Son of a bitch..." he said under his breath.
"Very touching, Hakaisha," he heard the prick say. "That brought a tear to my eye. Let's see if I can do the same thing."
Abbadon watched as the prick twirl his stick and as a glob of gray-colored magic appeared in his other hand. Abbadon unsheathed his Sword of Darkness and stood next to his sprite, who was already in ready position.
"Let's see you try," Abbadon said, "you spineless pussy!"

Oracle grinned evilly as he raised his voided hand.
"Oh I wouldn't expect anything less, Abbadon," he told the Archangel.
With a thrust, Oracle sent the magic in his hand toward Abbadon's way. He didn't care to wait and see if it would reach him or not, so instead he decided to hover back enough to charge toward the Archangel, with his hand gripped on his hidden sword.
This is going to be fun, he thought.

Abbadon saw the blast of magic heading his way at the last minute. He immediately moved his upper body out of the way, bypassing the blast altogether and watched as it destroyed a nearby building. Abbadon blinked rapidly, trying to gather the situation in his head.
"Motherfucker!" he said out loud.
Abbadon faced forward with a twirl of his sword, only to see Oracle heading straight toward him. With a glimmer in his eye, Abbadon immediately flew upwards, bypassing the Malakite's attack and avoiding whatever surprise he had underneath his robes. Twirling in the air, Abbadon thrust his free hand toward the prick. Black flames immediately chucked themselves toward Oracle's direction.
"Roiyaru!" he yelled, continuing to feed his black flames of Chaos magic.

Roiyaru gazed upon the wingless one before he and his master as he stood up and prepared himself for an inevitable battle. He should have known that Tsubasa would have sent someone after his master. But this was not the time to grieve over what should have been; it was time to act in the now.
Roiyaru ran across the street as the Oracle sent a void blast toward his master's way. It was phase one of a battle tactic they practiced in case of a full-fledged mage attack. Roiyaru slid across the pavement as he saw his master fly upwards to avoid the Malakite's charge. He then proceeded to send a feed of his chaos magic toward Oracle until he called his name.
"Roiyaru!" That was his cue. With an amazing speed, Roiyaru ran to Oracle. He then quickly yet powerfully pounced toward him, using his body as a battering ram. It threw Oracle away from the blast as Roiyaru fed off the Chaos magic his master sent in the form of a black fiery blast. His eyes caught ablaze as he used his master's Chaos along with his own. And through that, a bombined blast of both their magics escaped through Roiyaru's mouth in the form of a thunderous roar. The blast then headed toward Oracle full force.

Oracle was not surprised that Abbadon would fly away like the coward that he was. He laughed at the idea that he could take down the bitch Tsubasa as he observed him summon his Chaos magic. He extended his arms, daring him to fire.
"You want me, weakling?!" he yelled. "HERE I STAND!!!"
"Roiyaru!"
"What...?"
Suddenly, Oracle glanced over to his right, only to see Abbadon's beastly chaotic sprite bum-rush him out of the way of the blast.
"...the Hell?" he said out loud. Why would he call upon his sprite to direct me away from the blast?
Oracle landed on his feet, only to see the reason why. The Chaos magic aimed for Oracle hit Roiyaru. He watched as Abbadon's magic mixed with the beasts own source of Chaos and smirked.
"I see," he said to himself. "The blast was not meant for me. This one was..."
Oracle stood erect and twirled his staff as a blast containing both Abbadon's magic and Roiyaru's violently ejected out of Roiyaru's mouth and headed his way. By the time Oracle placed his staff on the ground, the blast reached him. But channeling his void magic through his staff, Oracle used his weapon as a barricade from the Chaos; leaving Oracle in a protective circle as the magic curved it's way around him.
By the time the blast was complete, Oracle flew upward and met Abbadon instantly. He pulled out his blade and clashed swords with his chaotic opponent, rather angry.
"Is that all you got?!" he yelled. "SEIJIN PUT UP MORE OF A FIGHT THAN YOU!!"

Abbadon frowned when he saw that Oracle was able to block the entire attack. He tightened the grip on the Sword of Darkness as he prepared to charge down and attack Oracle physically with full force. But suddenly, Oracle appeared before him and pulled out a sword out of his robes. Thinking quickly, Abbadon blocked the attack with his own blade, placing enough force to keep the Malakite from overpowering him.
"Is that all you got?!" he heard Oracle yell. "SEIJIN PUT UP MORE OF A FIGHT THAN YOU!!"
That caught Abbadon's attention. The prick fought Shadow?! he thought to himself. This only angered Abbadon more. He kicked Oracle in the gut, allowing him the freedom to move. In a twirl in the air, Abbadon readied another blast of chaos magic.
"What did you say?!" Abbadon yelled after he sent it Oracle's way.

Oracle felt the impact of the kick as he twirled around in the sky. Once he could regain his momentum, he saw Abbadon prepare another chaos blast. This time, it was meant for him.
"What did you say?!" Abbadon yelled his way.
Oracle smiled maniacally. "EXACTLY WHAT I MEANT!!!" he yelled before sending a blast of his void magic his way.
Oracle watched in wonder as the two elements met each other mid-way. Even though he was struggling not to let the chaos magic overtake his void, Oracle's look was that of confidence mixed with smugness.
"He was my first true experiment over my limitations of my powers!" Oracle yelled. "Once I found my hypothesis true, I disposed of him like the rag he was!"
Oracle fed more of his powers into the blast as the smile on his face widened.
"That's right, Hakaisha!" Oracle yelled. "I killed Seijin Shadow! AND NOW YOU SHALL JOIN HIM!!!"

Roiyaru finished the joint attack, only to find Oracle still standing in one piece. He frowned at the revelation, and prepared his claws as strong as diamond for another pounce.
But instead, Roiyaru attacked the air, landing in the spot Oracle once stood, and watched as the wingless Malakite took to the air to compete against his master in a sword fight. That's when he heard it.
"SEIJIN PUT UP MORE OF A FIGHT THAN YOU!!"
Roiyaru's eyes widened. "What?" he asked himself.
"What did you say?!" he heard his master yell before the two separated and started a magical stand-off. Roiyaru's hearing trailed off during the clashing of the two elements, until he heard Oracle yell once again.
"That's right, Haksaisha! I killed Seijin Shadow! AND NOW YOU SHALL JOIN HIM!!!"
Roiyaru could not believe what he heard. His maw slowly gaped open as he continued to stare at the two angels.
"Lieutenant Seijin is... dead?"

Abbadon held his own as Oracle sent his own bullshit magic toward his own. But once Oracle started talking, his frown deepened. "He was my first true experiment over my limitations of my powers!" Oracle yelled. "Once I found my hypothesis true, I disposed of him like the rag he was!" Abbadon's eyes widened, hearing every single word the Malakim spoke. As he put two and two together, the outcome only equaled one word. "No," Abbadon said to himself. But unfortunately for the Archangel, Oracle was not done gloating. "That's right, Haksaisha! I killed Seijin Shadow! AND NOW YOU SHALL JOIN HIM!!!" Abbadon frowned as he heard the words thrown out of Oracle's mouth like a whip with a blade attached. He didn't want to believe it, but something in his gut told him that the prick was right. Abbadon frowned as he continued to stare at Oracle, tears of hate streaming from his eyes. His anger reached new heights, as his chaos magic instantly overtook Oracle's magic instantly. "NO!" he yelled as he flew immediately toward the Malakite. By the time he reached Oracle, he bulldozed him through at least seven tall buildings before letting him go hurtling into the sky. Abbadon rested inside the last building he sent Oracle through, as the last moments between his best friend and himself unwillingly playing through his head. "...I'll be damned if I have to watch my brother die because of something that I have to do, alright?!" "...and I refuse to lose you over something that I have to do." "There are other people who care about you just as equally as he probably did; me..." "I'll come back in once piece; I swear..." Abbadon couldn't get the images out of his head. He was hurting and suffering something that he couldn't even comprehend, and it was all starting to build up into an aura of Chaos. In a single painful and deadly war cry, Abbadon released all of his emotions in the form of his Chaos magic. The building around him exploded from the inside out, and by the time all of the debris was cleared, Abbadon stood with his Sword of Darkness ready on top of the largest chaotic beast he had ever made. "ORACLE!!!!" Abbadon yelled as he pointed his blade toward the Malakite. The beast roared loudly as he and it's creator started flying his way.

Oracle was instantly overtaken by Abbadon's chaos blast. If it weren't for the remnants of his void magic protecting him from the blast, who knows what would have happened. However, the blast sent him hurtling backwards. And by the time he regained his stamina to attain flight, Abbadon rushed at him, sending him through at least nine buildings.
By the time Oracle was through the last one, he once again regained his stamina. But when he looked around, Abbadon was nowhere to be found. He looked ahead of him and saw the hole he ejected out of on the building yards away from him. He frowned as he once again twirled his staff.
"Where the Hell is he?"
Suddenly, Oracle heard a yell and saw the building he was ejected out of explode into rubble. Oracle shielded his eyes with his robes, keeping out the debris from his vision. When it cleared, he saw Abbadon on top of a flying monster -- no doubt made from his Chaos magic -- flying toward him as Abbadon yelled out a battle cry as fierce as the beast he rode on.
"Shit," Oracle said as he gazed upon the oncoming chaos beast. With another twirl of his staff, Oracle flew toward them, readying the tip of it to attack the beast's rider. However, when he got close enough, the beast snapped its powerful jaws at Oracle, taking a hold of his cloak and ripping his hooded robe off. Oracle glanced at the beast, his face now exposed for the city to see. He frowned as he saw the beast turn around.
"Time to end this," Oracle said as he grabbed a hold of the tip of his staff. He transferred some of his void magic on the diamond tip of the staff before flying forward to face the beast again. When he got close enough, Oracle performed a maneuver enabling him to fly underneath the beast. And with his void-tipped staff, he slit the beasts belly open.
Once Oracle was clear away from the beast, it immediately transformed into a million black crows, flying away in different directions. But Oracle flew into the midst of the crows as he prepared his staff to strike at Hakaisha, who he could tell used his black clothing to hide amongst the birds.

Abbadon watched Oracle make his way toward him and the beast. And just like he hoped, the beast attacked when he got close enough. Unfortunately, the prick got away without a scratch; all he lost was his hooded robe. Abbadon looked back at the Malakite and scowled at him. Then he looked at the beast.
"Turn around!" he yelled. The beast did as he was told and turned around, only to see Oracle once again for motivation. Abbadon stayed on the beast's back as it's speed started to pick up. From what Abbadon could see, Oracle grabbed the end of his stick and started to fly toward them.
"Attack!" Abbadon yelled. The beast roared in obedience, and attempted to attack the flying prick. But when the beast missed again, Abbadon could feel a rumbling coming from the beast's back.
"Fuck."
Abbadon bolted off the beast before it exploded into a million or so crows. By the time he saw Oracle, he tried to conceal himself in the crowd of birds, blending in with his black clothes. But apparently, Oracle was able to see past the disguise, as he saw Oracle charge toward him. Readying his sword again, Abbadon charged toward Oracle as well, meeting him half way.
"I'll kill you!" he said with the first two swings of his sword. Then with the last two swings, the blade on the Sword of Darkness started to glow. "I swear to all that is righteous; I'LL FUCKIN' KILL YOU!!!"
