Looking in the direction that Hatulan nodded his head towards, she saw Taiyou at the bar. "Oh. Perhaps I should go over there and apologize for Rosey's behavior?" She said it quietly, almost as if she was asking herself.
Her attention was brought back to Hatulan when he held up the menu explaining that it various dishes from many regions. "Well I guess you never know until you try" She leaned in to look at the menu to see if they had any salads. "I wonder if the salads are good."
The waitress that had been standing there for awhile then asked what she wanted as if she was inanimate object that just started to move. It made Yoki jumped onto Hatulan and squeal. "Scary!" She jumped again when she heard someone fall and her ears twitched towards the source of the sound. Looking back she saw the boy picking himself up off the ground and hope that there wasn't another fight happening. Looking back she noticed that the girl was still there and realized that she asked for her order. "Um...I'll just have a salad." She in a small quiet voice while she hung on tightly to Hatulan. She could definitely smell the human scent rolling off of her.

"Not at all," Hatulan said, "from what I recall, it was he who had initiated the confrontation." "He also had plenty of time to prevent any hostility, yet continued to provoke Rosey." He shook his head. "Better to leave him be."
Hatulan forgot to grunt as Yoki jumped on him; it was typical of Mortal males to make such sounds of inconvenience, but instead of feeling uncomfortable with it, he felt... elated? "Um, I'll have the chicken shawarma with houmus and some pita bread." "And a glass of water, thank you."

Finishing his meal and drink, Issac eyed Zeshin from across the room, now taking the order a of a woman, who was sitting alone with a deck of cards. As Zeshin began to take her order, Issac began to examine the woman, who was an attractive brunette, she held a distinguished look behind desire of solace, while her attire was rather risque. A quick grin appeared on Issac's face as he gathered his dishes and made his way over to the table. Looking around Issac couldn't help but to notice the now strange assortment of guests in the bar tonight, their various magical energies present, like a cornucopia of auras gather in one place. Surprisingly enough, there was a magically signature present very similar to Zeshin, belonging to a young man at the with a suit of light armor.

Taiyou couldn't help but to glance over at Hatulan and the young girl Yoki. He felt bad about the way things had gone in the park, and despite the fact that he did not start the altercation and tried to prevent anyone from being hurt, the result was him yet agin being labeled as a violent instagator, hearing their comments about. Taiyou waved his hand to call the barmaid, "Put everything they order on my tab ma'am, and another pitcher of ale." Taiyou said, hoping they heard his voice as well.

Back at the table, Zeshin found himself gallivanting at the table with the young woman who caught Nani's attention. Blushing at her comment, Zeshin smiled and placed his hands behind his back as he sat down, "Don't worry, affection is guaranteed here, and none of our sides are small." Zeshin said slyly, leaning back in a suave manner, only for his chair to tip to far back, causing him to fall flat on his back. Rubbing the back of his head, Zeshin looked back at the young woman at the table, who seemed different to him somehow, different like himself he thought, not able to discern what made her so special. "I'll be back with some Beef Shank Skewers, and the cider's on the house, the name is Zeshin by the way." Zeshin said, walking away from the table in mild embarrassment.
Cielle couldn't help but giggle as the youth fell onto his back after losing the chair's balance. Despite that, however, Cielle thought that his returning comment had been just as adorable as he was, and she answered amidst the sound of her own laughter, "Well, thank you, Zeshin. If your side portions as accomodating as you make them sound, I'll have to leave you a big tip."
As he walked away to serve the next table, she called, "And if you provide music, I wouldn't mind buying an extra plate for a dance!"
She was really here to have fun, to loosen up and forget about her responsibilities for a bit. Not to shirk them completely, but she felt that she deserved a vacation. She had done a good job.
Cielle heard a loud, booming voice complementing the food, and her face deadpanned as she both recognized the voice and turned her head to look at the source of it at the same time. Tai. He was there, dressed in his typical, large getup. Cielle took a deep breath. He had never seen her in this form; he could not possibly know who she was.
...she was going to have to order something alcoholic. To distract herself from the one person who had once inspired fear in her, she turned back to watch Zeshin as he scurried off to take more orders. She would focus on him. That would make her forget. That would make Tai easier to ignore.

Yoki's ears picked on the familiar voice of Taiyou, telling the barkeep to put someone's order on his tab. She looked at the guy and then to Hatulan. "I'm gonna go over a second. You wait here for our food."
She walked over to Taiyou and kind of fidgeted with her clothes that were starting to make her feel uncomfortable. "Um...About what happened...Rosey sometimes can get out of hand when she's really pissed about something. She had a lot on her mind. She didn't mean to start a fight with you, it just kinda happened. Though she won't say she's sorry about it. She usually just shrugs her shoulders and walk away when stuff like that happens." She shifted her weight and realized that she should just say what she had to say. "Look I just came over to apologize on my friend's behalf."

Aika looked up at the young man and only smirked. "You remind me of my son..." She then held her right hand up to his eye sight level and said with a sigh
"Three of your best beer and a stake, medium rare." She then turn her eyes back onto the cards that she laid on the table. A King of Hearts and a Jake of Spades faced her as she made a slight growl.
"I hate playing by my self." she then looked at the young man and made a evil looking grin. "You know anyone who's up for a game of blackjack in this place?"

"Your orders will be right up." Nani said writing down their orders in shorthand, after which she began taking the menu's back from the small woman with does ears and the armored man. Walking past the counter she was stopped by Maia, who could spare a minute having served all at the bar, wiping down the counter top in a moment of free time. Resting her hand on Nani's shoulder, the gentle barmaid leaned down to speak to the girl, who currently had a withdrawn look on her face, despite her smile.
"Don't let that boy and antics bother you Nani, he couldn't talk to a girl to save his life." Maia said jokingly, smiling as she turned back to look at Zeshin taking the order of an older women this time.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't focus on such things while we are so busy." Nani said in response, her smile now genuine as she recognized Maia's attempt at raising her spirit.
"He's a goof dear, but don't be fooled by his... 'charm' with other women, it's a show of sorts, because he's really a nervous wreck. But, I've seen the way he talks to you, it's real, and heartfelt. He's really confident and sure of himself when you to are together, keep that in mind." Maia said, turning back to the large man he spoke of covering the cost of Nani's patrons. Walking back to acknowledge that, Maia left the girl nudging her shoulder playfully, Nani left feeling better by the small conversation. "Okay sir, everything they order will be billed to you for tonight, I won't cash you out until after they leave." Maia said to the large man, refilling his mug that substituted as his drinking cup.
"I'll let Zeshin know he getting more food orders." Nani said in a cheerful voice, tearing the orders from her notepad and setting them on the counter near the kitchen door, commencing to begin filling the glasses with the drinks of her customers.
Back at the table, Zeshin nodded as the women spoke, remembering her order verbatim. "Great, you'll love our Dragon Ale, it's our house specialty. I'll see to it personally that your steak is cooked to order." Zeshin said, taking her menu back and happy to service someone not indecisive, also grateful to take an order that he could fulfill without guessing. "Umm... I don't really know how to play that many card games, but I can ask around." Zeshin said to the women, looking back at the bar.
Soon as Zeshin turned from the table, he saw his mother talking to Nani before turning back to the large man whose bar space was littered with cigarette smoke and empty bottles. "I can smell that cigarette from here... and he's been drinking before he got here, we don't even have booze that smells like him..." Zeshin pondered before Issac bumped him from the side, out of his sensory exploration trance.

Before Zeshin could answer the question about a card game, Issac had made his way to the table, "I think I'm up for a game of Blackjack, and any others you know." Issac said, dropping his dishes into Zeshin's hand's as he pulled up a seat to the table where the women Zeshin had just spoken to resided. "And make that 2 mugs of Dragon Ale, and bring two shot glasses will you?" Issac said to Zeshin, now looking at the women. Rolling up the sleeves of his robe, the Inu-jin smiled at the women, hoping she was not to offset by his brazen manner of acquiring a seat. "Name is Issac, and you might be?" Issac asked, the scent of this women vaguely familiar, as it drew him to the table along with her other features.

Hatulan narrowed his eyes when Yoki indicated Taiyou, but he made no complaint about her wanting to smooth things over. He shrugged his shoulders, not that she needed his permission or anything, and agreed to wait for the food. There was quite a bit of difference between her and Taiyou, he thought, as the wonderful variety of smells began to waft from the stoves and ovens. For one, she seemed less inclined to start a fight. For another, she was eager for hostilities to cease, when a fight did start.
While his back was to Taiyou, Hatulan looked over his shoulder, to gauge her progress, then returned his attention to waiting for their food.

Aika made a slight smirk as she looked at the one who called himself Issac and slide back the two cards that she had on the table, placing them back in the deck that was in her right hand.
She looked at the young man that took her order and smiled again, hoping to say thank you but he had walked away.
"Oh, well." she said as she look at Issac once again, shuffling the deck in her hands as she smiled again. "I'll tell you," she started as she placed the deck neatly on the table for Issac to cut, "If you win at Blackjack...."

After finishing the last bite, Shaohan rubbed his belly approvingly. He sat back in his chair and picked at his teeth.
"Whoa. That was great! I'm stuffed!" he belched.
Kei nodded in agreement. "Indeed. My compliments to the Chef."
"I am so glad you liked it." Yoshi replied with a grin. He stood up and stretched his arms. The Training?"
The twin monks jumped up simultaniously. Grabbing their staves, the small party made their way outside of town, to a small forest field.

Zeshin thought to say something to Issac, but declined in favor of paying him back later. Walking back to the table as he saw the monks began to leave, Zeshin collected their dishes and found their payment of several gold pieces, which he tossed into his apron as he stacked the dishes in his hands. Walking back to the counter he saw a rather small girl with the ears of a doe talking to the large man he notice before who smell of strong spirits.
Zeshin set the dishes and the kitchen sink and turned o see the orders stacked up in his absence. Sighing Zeshin burned the papers after memorizing the orders and turned to wave his hand over the stove and took a knife from his belt and began to cook various items at once, anxious to be back on the floor of the bar. There had been times were the bar was more crowded than this, but things seemed to become more relaxed when Issac, and soon after Nani came to stay at the tavern. Zeshin was done with the several plates of food in under 15 minutes, placing them on a platter.
Walking outside, Zeshin delivered the food according to the table number Nani indicated on the receipt, a big help to Zeshin as every thing was delivered to it's correct place, Zeshin doing so with a smile while offering his thanks to the customers for their patronage. Before Zeshin walked back to the kitchen, he stopped near the large man, and waited as h finished his conversation with the deer girl, pondering on what to ask him about the liquors of other lands that seemed to follow him here.

Hatulan watched the young man conducting himself in the bar with professional aplomb. Perhaps he's the proprietor? he wondered to himself. It wasn't impossible, but it hardly seemed worthwhile for someone with Draconic blood to bother with. Then again, while a bar might not always be one of the most peaceful of places, one would see far less bloodshed than on an open battlefield...

Taiyou looked at the small woman with Doe ears, and he listened to her apologize for her friend, the rude and rather foul mouthed Fae that Taiyou had run into several times before, none of them as violent as the last encounter. As she finished speaking, Taiyou downed the pitcher of ale and lit another cigarette.
"You've got nothing to apologize to me for kid, it wasn't your fault your friend went bat-shit insane. After she put her hands on that guy you're with today, I tried to step in, and I landed on my ass. Thanks but no thanks for your friends apology, I bet she did even ask you to she it did she." Taiyou said, looking at Yoki while blowing his smoke the other way.
"Look, let me apologize to you, I got out of control back there and I could have hurt you, so I'm sorry, but looking at Rosey, and that other guy, I'd say you could use some better company." Taiyou said, unable to help but notice Hatulan's glare, as if Taiyou was responsible for all that happened that day. "Go and enjoy your food kid, the tabs on me to make amends to not, not your friends." Taiyou said, turning back in his seat to call for a refill.

Yoki watched as Taiyou finished the pitcher in a manner that Rosey would do. She listened to him as he spoke. "No she didn't ask me to come here to apologize. She would never do such a thing." She continued to watch him as he exhale the smoke from the cigarette in his hand before speaking again about her friends.
"Better company?" Yoki asked without giving it a thought, "Hatulan, from what I can tell is a good guy, maybe a bit misunderstood, but an ok person. And Rosey, before her, I was basically an outcast. My own father didn't want anything to do with me so I was, in a way, kicked out of the family. I didn't really have a place in my clan after that and didn't really really fit in with anyone outside of my clan. Rosey was the only one that took me under her wings and I look up to her ever since. She always had my back and I always had hers." She let a sigh but then smiled at him.
"Well, thanks for the food. I guess its good that Rosey wasn't here or you would've had to pay for the whole restaurant." She laughed in a nervous way as felt she rather embarrassed at herself for trying to crack a joke. She could have stood there feeling a bit foolish considering it seemed like he didn't want to continue with the conversation. Just standing there made her feel awkward so she turned around and headed to her seat next to Hatulan where their food was waiting.
"Hey, we don't have to worry about paying. Taiyou felt bad about the incident and decided to put it on his tab." She smiled at Hatulan and wriggled her ears before digging into her salad.

Hatulan waited patiently, fighting against even tasting the food before Yoki returned. "Well, that's very big of him to admit that and cover the food as well." "We don't have to worry about it turning to sand, do we?" he asked, half in jest. He felt a funny twinge in his chest when Yoki wriggled her ears, a flutter of his heart when she smiled at him...

Zeshin walked over behind the Bar where the large man was sitting, his eyes on the pitcher while he raised his hand, indicating he desired a refill. While Maia was busy attending other customers, Zeshin took it upon himself to actually talk to the man in front of him she reached for the pitcher to give him more of whatever he was having. "Dragon Ale huh?" Zeshin said as he refilled the pitched at the tap. Setting the pitcher back before the man, Zeshin grabbed a water glass and filled it with a stronger spirit, and dropped it into the pitcher. "If you liked that, you'll love this!" Zeshin said as he watched the man's expression, bewildered at what the young man seemed to be doing.
With a quick wave of his hand and making sure he was out of mother's line of sight, the liquid in the pitcher burst in the flames at the top, and Zeshin casually blew the flames out, using his magic to aid the air he blew to quell the fire. Smiling at his rather showy display, Zeshin then folded his arms, "After you tried the Kaiser, all those other drinks you've had will seem like water." Zeshin said, denoting that the man smelled of spirits as he rubbed his index finger underneath his nose.
During this time, Nani walked over to the bar to get some of the glasses from her tables refilled. Zeshin extended his warm smile to her and filled the glasses, "Busy night huh Na-Na." Zeshin said playful as he waited for the man to sample his drink.

Issac chuckled, at both the joke and the fact that the woman was obviously not put off by his rather animalistic appearance. Shuffling and cutting the cards, Issac dealt the standard amount of cards for Blackjack. "So, what brings you to a small place like this." He asked he as he waited for he response, rolling up the long sleeves of his robes so they would not hinder his game or garner him the accusation cheating.

Aika watched as the Inu-jin laid out the cards and then rolling his sleeves of the robes he was wearing up. She looked at the cards and then at Issac with a sly smile.
"I'm just here to relax a little, just like the the others here. I needed to take a break from everything, thats all." Aika tapped her finger, indicating that she wanted another card.
