Abbadon smiled. The idea of finding out the things that his old pupil was doing since they last saw each other was enough motivation to head to the park than anything else. The three of them started walking toward the abandoned park, turning out to be the same park he became reunited with Kanjin Taiyou, an old friend of his. As a matter of fact, Abbadon even sat down on the same bench.
Putting his right arm on the armrest, Abbadon's hand once again found itself on the top of Roiyaru's head. He chuckled underneath his breath a bit as he started to pet his head like always. Then he looked at Youjin.
"You must have been pretty busy not to have tried to locate me before today, Youjin," he said. "What have you been up to?"

Roiyaru accompanied his master and his elder apprentice to the park in question. And whereas he was glad to see his master happy, the attention he saw his master share toward the celestial Youjin was bothersome to say the least. And it wasn't because it was unnecessary or childish to a certain degree or even humiliating to either of them.
It was because the attention was not directed toward himself.
By the time the three of them arrived at the park, he saw his master sit on a park bench. Before gracing the celestial youth any time to decide whether to accompany his master on the bench or not, Roiyaru immediately moved to his master's side. Gleeful of his master's given affection with the way he stroked the fur on the top of his head, Roiyaru immediately looked at Youjin with a hint of seriousness in his eye.
Once he heard his master's question to the youth, his ears perked up, waiting to see what did keep the being from reuniting with his master now of all times.

Youjin sat opposite Abbadon, there was something there he noticed that could be used as a seat, this way he could face Abbadon and Roiyaru whilst talking it was there he noticed whilst the sprite was being petted he was also being looked at with seriousness, Youjin ignored it there was more important things at hand such as awnsering Abbadon's question. "Well if you remember the incident recently with heaven going into hell, I was part of it....And as I said earlier nearly cut in half by one of hell's rulers.."
Youjin rubbed the back of his head, it wasn't his best moment more one of his worst. "Since then I've been travelling the realms, gaining knowledge and growing stronger for when I go back to Lady Setsuna...What about yourself?"

Once Youjin told him of the things that his training helped him with, Abbadon nodded both in response to listening to his pupil's story and in understanding. After a fight light that, who wouldn't want to travel the realms to get stronger and wiser? If Abbadon wasn't confined to the Ningenkai when he first met Youjin, then he would have done the same. And the fact that he was in the Ningenkai now both under orders and for personal reasons, he felt him being here was better for the realm than for himself. It was like an obligation.
Abbadon blinked a few times; he was thinking way too hard again. Along with slowly starting to sound like his old man, he was starting to think like him too. So to help him forget about that thought, he answered Youjin's question.
"After we parted ways, I found out who I was," Abbadon said. "I ran into a few old friends of mine I didn't know I had." He pointed to his temple. "You know, because of my little memory lapse. Anyways, I was able to break that spell Oracle placed over my memory thanks to Roiyaru here, and with the help of one of those old friends I mentioned earlier, we saved all of Tokyo from a bomb of pure chaos magic."
Abbadon sat back on the bench and sighed. "Not your average Monday, but what's exactly average nowadays?"

Youjin chuckled it was true, average was usually something else for them and it did all depend on what kind of life you lived to determine what an average day was like. "Sounds like your life has been eventful too say the least since I left, obviously a good thing I'll have to figure something out with that."
He looks up at the sky and smiles slightly. "I did hear about that bomb situation but sadly I was elsewhere and unable to move from where I was, although I can't complain meeting a human who managed to put me on my back was fun."

Abbadon chuckled too. "If I didn't know any better, Youjin," he said as he pointed at him, "I'd say that you were implying that it was a good thing you left."
He took the time to see how much his old pupil had grown. He could almost see the maturity ooze off of him, even though he was in somewhat of a happy mood.
Abbadon looked over to his right to see Roiyaru, still staring Youjin down with a judging eye. For a minute, he wanted to question why he was staring at him like that. He refused to believe that he could be jealous; he got over that aspect of emotion back when they were in Heaven. Instead, he just ignored it, and continued his conversation with Youjin.
"Still," he said looking up at the trees above them. "It would have been nice to let me know how you were doing, how your journey was or how your training was going. And don't try to use that excuse of I still wasn't able to use all of my emotions, either. That's taking the easy way out, and I taught you better than that."
He laughed, trying to make it seem like it was meant to be a joke, even though there was a hint of truth in his words. He would never admit it out loud, but he honestly missed Youjin since he left his care. Before running into Shadow, he was technically completely alone. No sprite, no best friend, no memory, no nothing. So you could only imagine how he was feeling now that Oracle's spell was broken and the one responsible for the first crack was staring him in the face after all these years.
But Abbadon would never say that out loud. Not by a long shot...

Youjin smirked at Abbadon's comment. "Maybe it was a good thing, maybe it was karma or something similar...You helped me with so many things over the years and what have you..."
He looked at the sun which had somewhat increased in speed or time had passed by without them knowing as the pleasant colours had turned into vibrant and powerful shades of red and orange."..When I left maybe that was the point to say you've done the deed to get your reward, and as such it was what you've told me could of been it."

"...Oh, come on," Abbadon said after hearing Youjin's try at an explanation. "Don't talk like that, Youjin. I would never brush you off like that. You mean too mu-"
Abbadon stopped himself by retracting his lips into his mouth. If he kept speaking, there was a high possibility that he could have let the wrong thing slip out; even though what he was about to say was completely true. For Youjin to get the idea that he only took him under his wing to perform a good deed was ridiculous to say the least. And Abbadon had cared too much for him just to write him off as such. It's like that proverb said:
You never know how much you miss something, until it's gone.
He glanced at Roiyaru. There was a high possibility that his sprite heard everything that the archangel was thinking; it would be foolish of him to give Roi the benefit of the doubt. He didn't give him a chance to meet his eyes, and stared back at Youjin, noticing the changing locations of the sun. He chuckled.
Time sure flies, don't it? he thought to himself.
"I take it you'll be seeing Setsuna later on, huh?" Abbadon asked.

The sprite continued to relentlessly watch the red-haired youth with a stern eye and much interest. It seemed that knowing that he was once his master's disciple did not settle the feeling deep within Roiyaru's soul. And as he watched the conversation between the two apparent acquaintances, his curiosity about their apparent relationship only peaked.
That's when he caught his master's loose thought pertaining to him actually caring about this young celestial. As he heard the loose thought, his eyes widened in shock and his head immediately turned toward his master. But apparently, his stare was not strong enough to gain his master's attention this time. He immediately turned away in a defeated manner, lowering his head as if he was suffering the most hurtful of heartache.
He could feel his master's stare, but did not attempt to retaliate. It was as if he were reliving Seijin's declaration of love for his master all over again. And even though there was the possibility that he was over-exaggerating like he was back then, that didn't help the hurt in his heart.
Because if there was any flaw within Roiyaru's soul, it was realizing the fact that there were others that his master deeply cared for, other than himself...
