Danko noticed that not only did the guy get hit by his sonic blast, but he was able to strike him in the shoulder. As psyched as he was about the situation, he was kinda expecting one or the other to follow through. The cape turning into bats however, not so much... Whereas the Jaffa felt his blade cut his shoulder and cape, the vampire guy immediately retreated to another area of the gym when the bats started to attack Danko. And the fact that some of the sound vibrations from his little sonic boom were still in motion only meant that he was going to feel everything that was about to happen in the morning for sure. Danko started to feel them bite and claw at him. And whatever poisons were in their fangs started to take affect too. But oddly enough, Danko didn't scream or show an inch of pain. Instead, he only smiled. Soon that smile turned into a chuckle. Then that chuckle turned into a laugh. He laughed and laughed and laughed as the bats continued to attack. Soon, his face showed the look of the most maniacal laugh you would ever see. But the weird thing was that nothing came out as far as what could be heard by beings of flesh that could stand upright. Instead, he laughed out a high-pitched frequency that only the bats could hear. Soon it got so loud, that every single one that was present in the gym exploded. Danko could still feel the venom of the bat's bites working in his system. Reaching into his pants pocket, he took out a vile of liquid one of the elders of New Babylon made to help heal any poisons and ailments. It would take some time for it to kick in, but it was always good to come prepared. When he looked over to the vampire, he was already talking to the fae, using his sound magic to pick up a hint of persuasion in his voice to make her look for his boss. Now being the loyal Jaffa that he was, his first priority would be to stop the fae from going after his Malakite boss. But being a fan of seeing how mischievous events would go without personal interaction, he made the decision not to pursue her and to continue duking it out with the vampire guy. So as she walked out the door, Danko fixed his free hand to resemble a telephone and placed it to his ear. He fixed his mouth so that it would look like he was saying, "call me." Once she was gone, he started to laugh like that was the funniest thing he'd done all day. Once again fixing on the vampire Danko rose his sword with his left hand, still bloodied from the bat bites with a smile on his face. "Nice one, dude," Danko said, trying to buy some time for the medicine he took to kick in. "What do they call you, anyway?"

"Before today, I was unaware of the fact that my actions were the cause of comedy and a source of laughter. Of cause I found my own antics amusing, but to others they were synonymous with pain, and much suffers, so needless to say I was more than perturbed when this nitwit stood before me, laughing as if this were some spectacle. He asks me my names, as if this were a barbaric contest of strength, between two men of honor, instead of seeing what is really was, a predator stopped from pursuing his prey but inedible rabble." Yurik thought to himself, as he covered his face from the flying debris, his cape providing an adequate veil for his protection. Yurik starred at Danko as he ingested the vile and stood there laughing manically, his face blank and at the epitome of unamused.
"I won't allow my Nom de Gurre to be molested by your rancid tongue, and debauched speech you simpleton. Refer to me as death, or scream and yell if you wish, I responded to those calls quite well." Yurik said as he turned the some of the remaining bat-matter into flies with a wave of his hand, sending the hordes of them into the air to fly around , buzzing sporadically to through offer his opponents sense of sound as he began cloaking himself in darkness.
"I think I shall wear his teeth as a necklace, and turn his skin into a bag to hold his innards. When I find Oracle, he will regret having left me to deal with this buffoon, his death will be a prolonged event I shall take my precious time in savoring."Yurik said, fully immersed and expanded into the darkness. The large vampire then proceeded to attack Danko from multiple vantage pointed, attacking in quick succession with slashes from his sharp claws and teeth, targeting multiple limbs among the remaining an festering dead animal flesh which littered the gym floor.

Dealing with this guy was like watching a rerun of a show you hated but had no other choice but to watch because nothing else was on. In Danko's mind, that was his way of calling something redundant. This time, the vamp turned a portion of what was left of the exploded bats into flies, thinking that it would throw his sound off.
Not only that, but the guy disappeared only to reappear near him to lay numerous amounts of blows to the Jaffa guard. Some missed, others didn't. But like before, Danko didn't necessarily show any ounce of pain with the claw and bite marks that he was able to land. Instead with every one landed, he giggled a bit. Of course his body showed that it was feeling otherwise. But in Danko's state of mind, it was as if he found them ticklish.
This guy was nuts; that's common knowledge. But it must have said something that he was able to still be physically able to retaliate even though his body was being heavily damaged. He placed his sword away and opened up his arms, not swatting away at the flies or trying to dodge the vampire's attacks on purpose. Instead, when the vampire appeared right in front of him to make another attack, Danko clasped his hands together, releasing a ferocious sonic wave that would devastate anyone around it or in it's way.
It sent the flies catapulting to the nearest wall, watching their yellow blood splatter all over the white brick. Using the sound waves in the room to levitate backward, Danko once again took out his sword and smiled evilly at the vamp. Soon, he used the echolocation of the sound vibrations in the room to head toward the vampire's location to confuse him, leaving a quieter and more sinister version of his laugh to echo the gym.
He made sure that his laugh continued to repeated itself as he moved around the room. By the time he was behind him, he made himself known and attempted to cut the vamp's head clean off his shoulders in one swift strike, yelling a battle cry that was amplified tremendously with the facial expression to match his mischievous and somewhat crazed enthusiasm.
He was having waaaay too much fun with this guy...

"Needles to say, I am no longer amazed. My attacks seem to do damage, but the lack the effectiveness I seek, he continues to take my blows and laugh. Laughing, at me, deeming me so pathetic that my attacks lack enough merit to dodge. He moves not, no doubt to finally retaliate, but my patience is well beyond spent now and I..." Yurik pauses mid sentence, his metal narrative shortened by the sonic blast that sends him reeling, colliding with the wall, the gymnasium floor now spectacle with insect innards as the muscular vampire regains his ground. The nose of the gym was entirely composed of Danko's sinister laughter. "Enough! You have proven to be more than a pest, a pest I shall no longer toy with, your novelty has expired." Yurik said above the nose echoing in the gym, removing his shroud with a wave of his hand, the material clinging to his hulking body as he walked forward. Yurik then began to pull the shadows surrounding Danko, forming a wall of non-permeable darkness around his foe, coating himself with a layer of the magic material. The look of murder gleamed in Yurik's eyes as he cracked the bones in his hands with a clench, moving his fingers nimbly afterward as he opened his arms, closing the perimeter of Dark magic into a close corridor behind Danko as Yurik advanced, his arm reaching for Danko's throat, the other waiting to counter any attack his opponent could muster in the narrow space allotted to him. "His death will be a short and agonizing one, I'll waste no more time to dally here with this idiot. Oracle, you will pay dearly for this annoyance, I'll take out all frustrations I have on you, I can still smell your wretched body amongst the rankest of gore that coats these walls."

To Danko, this was better than sex. In one swift swing of his sword, this vampire was gonna go bye-bye. But by the time he let out his battle cry, he saw the dude pull at nothing. Of course, Danko didn't know what the hell he was doing, so he continued to attack anyway. When he swung, his target disappeared and his sword bounced off of something. He rested his hand that held his sword on his hip and looked around himself. It seemed that the vamp trapped him inside a cylinder of darkness magic that hardened instantly. He placed his free hand on his chin and cocked his head. "Well, this is new," he said normally to himself. The darkness magic around him suddenly started to cave in. It started to get a bit cramp, but not cramped enough for him not to move his arms. Danko's smile returned. He put up his sword and rested both of his hands on the walls of darkness around him. He used his sound magic to adjust the particles that made up the solidified darkness, along with what was in the vampire's hand since it was now connected. Thrusting himself to his left side, Danko stepped through the cylinder of darkness, wearing his trademark smile and a bit of residue from stepping through the vampire's prison. Now at the vamp's side, Danko held up his hands and extended his fingers toward the vamp. And with his sound magic, he used the tips of his extended fingers to send sound vibrations toward his body set at a frequency that would be considered dangerous to the inside organs. Within the first three seconds, Danko increased the pulsation of the vibrated waves, all the while mocking the vamp with his laugh. Sooo much better than sex...

All of Yurik attention now was focused on the opponent before him, the time for his inner banter ad passed as he made his attack to the Knight's throat. Seeing his foe cornered, the Vampire headed straight, only to miss his opponent, who had somehow manage to slip throughout the thickening veil that was Yurik's Dark magic. When Yurik's hand did enter the space he'd previously entrapped Danko inside of, his hand brushed against the shape blade that followed the man holding it. Avoiding great injury and only suffering a small cut to his palm, Yurik turned to see Danko at his side, his muscular frame working against him in the sense that it provided Danko with more to reach for, and in fact attack. It was then Yurik felt the rapid sonic vibrations that coursed through him, flowing from the tips of Danko's fingers, the Sound magic flowed inside Yurik, causing him to convulse. During the momentary pain, Yurik wrapped himself in the surrounding summoned darkness, using the element to absorb and filter out the more damaging effects of his opponents magic. Turning in a cyclonic fashion to better expel the sonic energy that sought to tear at his insides, the coat of darkness Yurik shrouded himself with became viscous and tar like, flying in the form of ebony slime, thick and cold to the touch, many projectiles flying at Danko as Yurik spun himself free of the magic. The arboreal muck coated the area, and despite it cold touch, Yurik implanted minuscule amount of Void into the mess, throbbing like a faint heart beat where it fell, small mouths and eyes forming on each pile and puddle as Yurik stood in front of Danko, his musculature showing from his chest and shoulders, an evil grin still smeared across his face. He stood there waiting, the mouths and eyes now moving, the eyes, so much like Yurik's, blinking and the mouths, possessing the similar fangs and teeth of the biting away at whatever they landed on.

Danko's grin could only widen as he saw his attack fall through, seeing the vamp react to his bad vibes. He chuckled to himself at his own joke, which soon grew to his trademark cackle. He watched as the vamp named "scream" retreated into a cocoon of what looked like darkness magic to him. Aww, he thought to himself, the big bad vamp doesn't wanna pway with me anymore? Now you gone and hurt my feewings... He put a playful pout on his face, just to erupt into a higher pitched laugh at his own amusement over his thought. That's when he saw the vamp start to spin in a cyclone of the magic around him. And the fact that it started to fly off of him toward Danko like slime with eyes and what looked like razor sharp teeth, the Jaffa could only tilt his head. "Now that's something you don't see everyday," he said to himself. The projectiles that looked like they belonged on a deleted scene of an Ed Wood film headed toward him fast. So thinking quickly, Danko took his hands spewing his high-pitched vibration projectiles and extended them outward to his sides, willing them to bend up and around him like some kind of protective shield. When the projectiles hit the high-pitched vibrating shield, not only did they not penetrate, but they exploded back into the darkness of the gym that they were created from. When it was done raining black mutated tar, Danko rose a few inches off the ground by stepping on the sound waves present to avoid the snaps of the few little monsters that laid helpless on the ground. He stared at the vamp and laughed again, up until he showed the illusion that he disappeared in mid air. What he actually did was use his abilities over sound to run behind the vamp so fast that it seemed that he disappeared. So when he was in the normal capabilities of sight, he brought his mouth close to the vamp's right ear and simply whispered, " Boo!" He followed the word with another one of his infamous laughs as he aimed a kick toward his side, hoping that it would connect since he attached yet another sonic boom blast to the potential blow. Danko's grin was as wide as ever now, finding this fight to be waaaaay more sweeter than just keeping some dumb fae from attacking his boss.

Oracle paid no attention to the subliminal message Yurik directed his way. Instead, he continued to wait outside the auditorium as the woman went to gather the drama department so that he would offer his congratulations on their performance. He could continue to sense Yurik's void magic used rather often, telling the disguised Malakite that his Jaffa guard Danko was indeed giving him a run for his money.
But as he waited, he once again noticed the fae that he also ordered Danko to keep away from him. He frowned in this realization. He was a great warrior none the less, but he was horrible at following directions when they didn't pertain to benefit himself. He looked over his shoulders as he continued to watch the one Hilde called Rosey head his way, seemingly talking to something invisible; no doubt either a sprite or an elemental spirit.
He regained his composure and fixed his gray shirt and black suit blazer. He gained an idea as to how to handle this pestilence himself. He shook his head as he once again thought of Danko's disobedience, walking toward the fae to intervene in her path.
Good help is so hard to find these days...

It was clear to Rosey that wasn't the guy she was hoping it to be in the gym. She thought about the other guy that was with him. Perhaps he was Shoko and he got away in the confusion. She started to curse herself for not getting a good look at the other guy when some guy got in her way. "Can I help you?" She asked him bitterly since she was annoyed that she couldn't find this Shoko person and now this guy was in her way.

The Fae from Paris stopped immediately in front of him, just as he did. Oracle took one of his hands out of his pockets, first observing his nails, then reaching it out to potentially shake the hand of the woman. This outing was originally supposed to become acquainted with human culture; to learn more about them before he ruled them. But with Yurik's involvement and this annoyance before him, it was slowly transforming into a reason to jump-start his initial plan to place this realm in the palm of his hands. And why not introduce that palm to the rival of his earliest lackey?
"Forgive my intrusion, my dear," Oracle said to the Fae before him, continuing to hold out his hand. "But I couldn't help but notice that you were quite troubled over something." He placed upon his face a charismatic smile, swiping his whitened hair from his face.
"As you can see, I'm quite flustered myself," he continued to speak to the drunken buffoon from Paris. "I was sent here to locate a very dangerous man who had made his presence known in this district of Tokyo; if not captured soon, the population of this school could be in grave danger."
He placed a serious face on his person like an attendee of a masquerade ball to go along with the information he just gave the ferocious Fae. "It seems like you are looking for someone as well," he said to her. "Maybe... we could help each other...?"

Watching him extend his hand and offering to help her if she would help him, Rosey was thinking that this guy here was another dumbass. She folded her arms and shifted her weight, "Whatever problem you have is your problem, not mine. And I don't need any help from you. I'm doing quite alright. I wouldn't want any help from anyone I don't trust anyway. Now you can take that hand of yours and shove it up your ass." She walked around him, bumping into him as well with her shoulder.
She was done with this place now and she didn't want to see the rest of the play any more. She was annoyed now and she wanted something to drink. She was hoping that there would be a bar or something not too far away. Though there was something about that guy that seemed off but she just shrugged her shoulders and kept walking down the hallway.

The Fae brushed him off, just as he expected. He didn't want to use any of his magic around her, so instead of allowing her to phase through him, he took her bump to his shoulder and watched her walk away. A smirk appeared on his face, noticing that she was seemingly frustrated as it seemed she was ready to leave the school grounds altogether. Without her around snooping in his business, he could go ahead and proceed with the "Plan B" scenario Yurik's presence allowed him to interface.
Oracle chuckled lightly to himself, finding it funny how easily it took to manipulate the Fae in question. He shook his head; how his cohort Hilde found a rival in such a mistake as the drunk was beyond even his level of comprehension. But the disguised Malakite gave it no mind. Instead, he decided to enjoy his stay at the mortal festival and visited some of the available booths while he was waiting for the drama department to finish their production so that he may congratulate them on a job well done.
And at the same time, he concentrated on the magical usage in the building, picking up not just Yurik and Danko's, but a third somewhere else. It wasn't the drunkard; he watched her leave the building himself. It was definitely coming from either someone, or something else...

No longer amused with the cackling foe at hand, Yurik exercised the fullest usage of his magic, the darkness he surrounded himself acting a homing beacon, absorbing the ambient sonic waves that his reckless opponent so wantonly placed in the small area. Yurik could sense the kick coming as plain as day using this tactic, as if he executed the move directly in his face, dodging with uncanny agility for his size and stature. Disappearing completely into a swarm of bats, the magically spawned rodents fled all over the gym, exiting through the walls and ceiling. As they departed, Yurik's voice could be heard emanating from each and everyone of them.
"Your incessant laughter has distracted me for long enough you wretched hyena. May your laughter fuel the rage I shall use to tear your employer into ribbons..." Yurik said, his presence completely gone from the gymnasium. The bats served as a perfect distraction as Yurik effortlessly traversed the walls of the school building, locating Oracle by both scent and magical signature. Staying closer to the shadows, he was nearly invisible to the youth and remaining faculty, zeroing in onto Oracle location in a hallway, still conversing with the loud and blatantly rude Fae female.
"How many more bags of cackle excrement will you through into my path before I finally sink my hands into you chest and fangs into your throat. I shall squeeze your heart like a ripened orange, and your blood will all but burst from your aorta. Do you hear me Oracle, I will hound you to the ends of this earth, there is no where you can run to from me..." Yurik said to Oracle, using the same form of tag like communication that the both of them used in their on going game of mental chess. Forming himself from the shadows near the large doorway of the auditorium, Yurik admired the swaying hips of the woman walking down the hall, grooming his cape as he moved closer to Oracle.
"Where will you go to now, do you have another dog to release upon me, or do you tire of this game as much as I do. Surely you did not think you would be rid of me so easily." Yurik said, standing next to Oracle, his eyes still down the hall as could see the Fae's slender neck aside her tresses of hair. "Image what I could do to her if I were not already preoccupied... I find her loathing of Oracle rahter, intriguing." Yurik mused to himself, as he waited for any response for Oracle, be it verbal or physical.

Well of course Danko was pissed that he missed the kick. To hit him with that kick would've meant that he would definitely win the fight. So instead, he readied himself for whatever the vamp had coming next as a counter.
Instead, he got the bats again.
"Oh, come on!" he yelled at the rats with wings with a smile on his face. "This shit agian?! You're running out of ideas, dude!"
"Your incessant laughter has distracted me for long enough, you wreched hyena," he heard the vamp's voice through the bats. "May your laughter fuel the rage I shall use to tear your employer into ribbons."
Suddenly the bats disappeared, along with the vampire. The remains of the snapping goo on the ground lost their teeth and just transformed itself into regular tar. Danko safely landed on the floor and looked around the gymnasium, trying to figure out if this was just another trick. But after waiting a few seconds, he smiled and raised his fists in the air triumphantly.
"And by a form of self-disqualification," Danko said in an announcer's voice, "Danko is declared the winner! The crowd goes wild!" He then went on to place his hands over his mouth and imitate the sound of a wildly cheering crowd, just to laugh at himself afterwards as he headed toward the door.
Exiting the gym with a mixture of black tar and blood, he looked for an open room that hopefully had some wrap-around bandages so he could stop the bleeding from the bat bites that didn't heal themselves already. And after looking around, he noticed an open classroom door. But once he walked inside and closed it behind him, he noticed that the room was populated by an entire classrooms worth of teenagers.
Danko rose an eyebrow as they all looked at him. "Umm... hi." He pointed to the closets. "You guys got any wrap-arounds?"
"We keep some in that pantry in case of emergencies," one of the students said, pointing to the pantry behind him.
Danko walked past the boy and patted him on the head, smirking. "Good boy," he said.
Once he opened the pantry door, he grabbed the bandages and immediately started to wrap his wrists with them. Once they were tight and secure, he noticed a pair of metal chopsticks on the counter near him. He picked them up, and looked at the kids again.
"You don't mind if I... borrow these," he said to the teenagers, "do you?"
The students looked around at each other, then back at Danko. They shook their heads no. Danko smirked.
"Goodie," he replied as he headed for the door. "You all have a great day."
Danko then left the classroom, placing the metal chopsticks in-between his sash holding up his pants. He placed his hands in his pockets and walked down the hallway, whistling a tune. Even though he was stained in black tar and was still somewhat of a bloodied mess, that aspect didn't necessarily affect him.
He was still having one hell of a day...

Oracle could hear Yurik's useless jabber scratching in his head like that of an anxious mutt aching for the freedom of the outside world. His reference to his Jaffa guard Danko as a "bag of cackling excrement" only told the disguised Malakite that he had performed his job in wearing the violating vampire down in his own twisted way. As he stood there, looking at the stalls of the vendors before him, he continued to hear his fodder comparing his insides to fruit of all essences, even going on as to how he would never rest until he successfully hunted him down and destroyed him. Oracle sighed and rolled his eyes.
He heard this joke before.
He bowed his head and inhaled, forming his mouth to produce words.
"Yurik the vampire is here," he quietly whispered to himself. "Ready yourself on my command."
Once he was finished whispering orders to himself, he turned around to see the vampire forming his physical being out of the shadows of the auditorium doors. Oracle could only smirk, even as Yurik's fixation transitioned between the exiting Fae to himself.
"Where will you go to now?" he asked the Malakite as he walked closer to him. "Do you have another dog to release upon me? Or do you tire of this game as much as I do. Surely, you did not think you would be rid of me so easily."
Oracle's eyes were on Yurik and no one else. Even as Yurik stood next to him just to pay him no mind and continued to watch the Fae strut down the echoey hallway.
"You have no idea how much I tire of your consistant appearance of my rule over this realm, Yurik," he said in a controlled tone of voice toward the vampire's closest ear. "I was going to let you become the last on my list to exterminate once my mighty empire was established throughout the world. But it seems that your gluttony for punishment shows now bounds. And you give me no choice but to make you, and you alone, the reason why the keys to this world will be hand-delivered to me personally."
With an arrogant laugh, Oracle turned away from the vampire and started to walk down a hallway beaming with a light bright enough to overcast his own shadow over Yurik's physical being, engulfing his entire front and ending at a perfect ninety degree angle that started at the top of his head. He turned his head toward the vampire behind him and smirked.
"If you thought that I would leave the fate of your life to a simple fist-fight between you and that 'bag of cackle excrement' as you so put it," Oracle said, "then you are more foolish than you originally led me to believe. Nothing would bring me greater pleasure than to ensure your demise is done exactly as I see fit."
He turned his head back forward, closing his eyes and placing a smile on his lips. "And don't call me 'Shirley'."
He opened his eyes again. Ahead of him was one of the exits of the school house, populated with pedestrians galore. This only made his smile turn into a conjective smirk, as he thought of the scenario that would immediately play out once he said those two words.
"Take him."

That was the signal. With a sudden jump out of the Oracle's shadow cast above the one he called Yurik, Kain landed on solid ground behind the vampire. With his katana unsheathed, he placed it behind his neck, scowling at him hatefully. "Do not move a single inch, you worthless leech," he stated to his foe he knew was weakened by his fellow New Babylon bretheren earlier, "less I be forced to remove your head and claim it as my trophy." Kain noticed that his instant appearance and introduction of violence caused the citizens within the school building to panic. They began to run in fear to the point where a visual of the disguised Malakite he served was no longer possible. Noting this was what was expected of the shinobi, Kain started to conjure a dome of darkness around the two to ensure the vampire's escape would not be eminant. By the time it covered them completely, he focused his attention on the vampire once again. "Dead or alive," he stated with authority, "you are coming with me."

Oracle smiled evily as he felt Kain reveal himself from his shadow. He turned around with his hands behind his back to face Yurik, only to reveal his haughty smile before him as the crowd's reaction to such phenomena started to take it's toll. He immediately started to blend in to the chaos of the frightened bystanders and used the opportunity to join the pandemonium. It was then that he ran into his Skylight Industries bodyguard, exiting the theater after hearing the screams of the people.
"Mr. Bleache'! Mr. Bleache!"
"I'm here!" Oracle said as he met him within the chaos.
"What's going on, Mr. Bleache'?" he asked.
Oracle swallowed, getting into character. "A real vampire," he told him. "A real vampire is loose on the school grounds. With so many civilians present, who knows what he will do! We have to get out of here, now!"
"But what about Danko, sir?"
"Danko will stay behind and deal with the vampire," Oracle told him. "We must head back to prepare myself to meet with the United Nations. This chaos cannot be tolerated any longer!"
"Sir!" the guard said in agreement. So the guard escourted Oracle out of the building and into his waiting limousine. Once they were both inside, the driver safely drove them away from the school. Oracle, still in the character of a baffled business man, sighed in relief.
"What will you present to the United Nations, sir?" his guard asked in curiosity.
Oracle took in a breath and looked at the guard. "A perfect world," he stated, "under the rule of one."
He looked back at the school and smiled evily.
Little Lotty, let your mind wander...

Yurik could sense the magical saturation around him, as the threat of cold steel lie no more than inches away from his neck. Oracle began to walk away, speaking to someone about the ensuing chaos the seemed to appear out of nowhere, implicating Yurik as the instigator of the aggression, a claim the vampire would not care to denounce, but nonetheless he was not responsible for. As the blanket of darkness grew thicker, Yurik's smile turned into a face of cold calculation.
"Only an idiot would choose to engage a predator in its natural environment. What do you take me for, I can smell the sweat that moistens the garb on your head, your hands trembling as you barely point that blade at the back of my neck. You fear for your very life, you follow the orders of a miserable cur blindly, and you hesitate in your attack. Attack me, you have wasted enough my time, the stench of your cowardice is so rank, I retch. Attack me, ATTACK ME!" Yurik screamed with his large muscular back still turned, each and every word he spoke laden with the power of his use over the element of Mind. Focusing his attentions inside the blackened bubble, Yurik's face remained blank as he watch Oracle walk through the door of the, his red eyes focused on every step of the disguised figure exiting the school, his excited assistant discuss the next steps of what appeared to be a planned operation.
Still waiting, Yurik's body reached out to the surrounding darkness, imposing his will onto the magical field, distorting it as his Mind magic continued to swell inside of the bubble, the overly zealot guard of Oracle still held him at arms length, the prospect of the lethality growing in the tense. Lurid images appeared inside of the growing darkness, as the back of Yurik's neck remained stationary, his anger swelling with his power at the sight of Oracle's exit.

The words of the infidel before him started to echo within his own mind as Kain continued to stand behind him, aimed for a perfect strike.
"Only an idiot would choose to engage a predator in its natural environment." The sentence made him smirk under his facial mask. This was his natural environment as well; living in the darkness since the day of his birth, raised as an outcast because of his bastardy origins, his stomach gnawing on his own growing hatred for nourishment fueled by those who scowled their eyes upon him. This imbecile claimed darkness to be his natural environment.
He was darkness.
The next words that were uttered out of the carnivorous cretin were merely time wasters. Kain could sense his weakened state from his previous engagement with another of the New Babylon order. The darkness informed him of this. His ridiculous monologue was nothing more than a feeble attempt to try and regain some of his lost energy in case he decided to retaliate. He was a wounded wolf being stared down by the alpha of the pack; more vicious, yet knows his bark is now worse than his bite and tried not to let it show. There was only one flaw with his strategy.
Kain was aware.
"Attack me," Yurik said, still hadn't moved. "ATTACK ME!" he said in a yell this time.
The darkness started to wrap around Kain's legs and arms, strengthening the muscles already toned to his level of perfection as he prepared to strike. The images that started to surround Kain's created battlefield only made the shinobi realized how desperate this wounded wolf was to try and prove that he was moments away from death. He brought his katana closer to his person, crouching down.
"As you wish."
With a triumphant leap, Kain jumped upward into the darkened horizon. His katana was now being held behind his back, ready to swipe at the torso of his opponent in a slightly distraught vertical position; the angle of the blade's path forcing him to start severing the vampire at the shoulder if the death blow proved uninterrupted.

"I wait for his blade to penetrate the wall of magic I project, the edge of the katana is indeed sharp enough to bisect me. There is a slight tear in my garment, but nonetheless, my ruse has proven to be successful, he cuts away at a being no longer there, I am far removed from any mortal danger, having escaped most of his onslaught, the tear in my clothing and flesh from the fact that my powers are so dwindled that I must use a remote substitute where my powers are tied into the image, my fake blood and sinew spraying him profusely.
"His garment coated with what appears to be my insides and blood from his powerful slash. I look on as my blood crawls down the walls and lockers, and his body has now been marked by my magic, and I shall use it to track Oracle to his place of residence, this man's fate of no consequence to me..." Yurik thought to himself, a small trickle of blood flowing from his nose, dripping onto his puffed alabaster scarf.
The fight with both Oracle's servants proved to be strenuous, having to tap into most of his power to escape with his life this day, even going so far as to use his Mind magic to defend himself, something he was akin to flaunt in the past. Walking out the building as the commotion grew in the hallway, Yurik walked out into the night's busy streets, his power over darkness cloaking him slowly as he dissipate in to a swarm of bats, each one flying off into the night air, his revenge would have to come at a later date.
