To explain:
For those of you who have read the backstory of the RPG, you will remember that there is there is a ruling spirit for each element created/chosen by the Shijin to regulate the fluctuation of that element's usage in the Mortal Realm. You should also remember that while these ruling spirits were given the Elemental Realm for them to reside in apart from the Mortal Realm, because Humans traveled there to borrow power to do wicked things, they destroyed it and decided to hide in the Mortal Realm, so that they could watch over their sprites and not be bothered at the same time. Now that a War between Heaven and Hell threatens to actualize and some of the creatures of the Mortal Realm are coming into battle for both sides, the Elemental Spirits are choosing warriors to fight alongside as well. [Think of it the same way as the plot for Fate/Stay Night. Master and Servant. Just like that.]
The difference between Ruling spirits and Sprites:
Where Ruling Spirits are seen as the King of their element, Sprites are seen as their subjects. For example, a Ruling Elemental Spirit has the power to manipulate its subjects; meaning that it is not uncommon for them to be unaffected by the attacks of those that practice or embody the element that it rules.
[RP wise, a Ruling spirit is written into your character's dealings, and you CANNOT create a separate account for it. With Sprites, you CAN create separate accounts for them.]
Incomplete pacts are bonds with any sprites, and Complete pacts are bonds held with a Ruling elemental spirit. Please continue reading to find out what elemental pacts are available. See the Magic Board for the different elements available on Kiseki and pointers on using them.
In terms of multiple Spirits/Sprites:
YOU ABSOLUTELY CANNOT HAVE MORE THAN ONE RULING SPIRIT CONTROLLED BY ONLY ONE CHARACTER.
You may, however, have more than one sprite. Deciding to do this is very dangerous to the sanity of your character. Because each element brings out a different emotion from your character, taking on or Mastering more than one character brings out different attributes than to the ones that you’ve already given your character. For example, someone who is using both Ice and Fire would have almost two different personalities: being passionate but judgmental and suspicious all at once; these traits in a person are rather contradictory, and those confronted by both sides at once would probably come to the conclusion that the person is schizophrenic, which is none the less true. If you choose to take on two elements, you have to add in the personality change to your character profile and also put it in your character’s history. Please note that it is possible to have various levels of personality subversion with multiple sprites--meaning that your the personality changes are allowed to be subtle. However, it should not happen too often and I will curb the number of characters with multiple sprites I'm willing to accept if I begin to see everyone trying to avoid the emotional or mental ramifications of this decision.
You will be able to tell which Spirits below are available and which ones aren't because there will only be ONE name, ONE picture, and it's description will be in bold. Because the elements don't take on definitive forms, they choose genders depending on the preference of their Masters, so both pics and names for male and female will be listed until they're decided.
Now, onto the Spirits!

FireName: Ild (male) [name means "fire" in Danish] Personality: Fire will protect it's Master with it's life; it enters battle with the mindset to either be completely victorious, or to completely fail and die. Even though Humans have abused it, Fire is still passionate about them and their plight of ignorance in the Mortal Realm. Because of this mindset it almost always fights full force, unless instructed otherwise. Be careful, because this spirit has a sharp tongue, and doesn't bother holding back it's opinion, even where it's Master is concerned. It's scalding tongue can sting pretty badly, and this spirit is always good for that slap in the face that is needed to snap someone out of a dry spell.

AirName: Apollo
Personality: Because wind can find joy in everything that it puts it's mind to, it is easily distracted and can be so focused in enjoying one thing to the point where it forgets about everything else. A Master for this element must be able to keep it on track to allow it to function to it's full capacity. In battle, because it has an obsessive nature, it usually focuses on one opponent at a time. Wind has no problem telling it's owner how it feels, and it willing to change to obey it's Master, no matter what. Keeping Wind on task is the key.

WaterName: Vessye (female) [Finnish for water]; Van (male) Personality: Water is usually self-capable, and appreciates the beauty in all things, including itself, and will not tolerate being talked down to. Despite being used by Humans, Water does not hold anything against them. Water is known for bringing peace to arguments and acting as mediator for altercations. However, when water feels that it has failed at something, it usually falls into a deep depression. This depression is usually what Water's Master needs to be prepared for the most; it is this depression that renders the spirit sluggish and unwilling to do even the smallest task. What Water appreciates most in a Master is one that can make it smile. In battle, Water likes ot fight fair; it will take on opponents that attack it as well as look out for the wellfare of its comrades.

IceName: Freesia (female), Franz (male) Personality: Ice has been wronged by the Humans and no longer trusts anyone completely because of it. Ice is always cautious, always thinking about the negative side of things so that it won't be too disappointed if it happens. Because of this, it always overestimates its opponents in battle, which can be a good or bad thing depending on its Master uses it. A jaded creature, it is cruel to its enemies and does not give them an inch, using retribution to those who have wronged it as its motivation. A Master will have to stand by this Spirit through thick and thin to prove to it that there are creatures worthy of its help. In battle, Ice likes to sneak upon it's opponents from behind to run them through.

EarthName: Geneva (female), Giovanni (male) Personality: Once Earth reaches a conclusion about something, it is hard to persuade it otherwise. This includes opponents, battle strategies, and even its opinion on its Master. It is a bit bitter, still about how it's element is being abused by the Humans, which is why it chooses to only believe it's own opinion.Because of its stubborn nature, anyone who is a Master of this Spirit had better possess an iron fist when it comes to telling it what to do, because unless you refuse to give an inch this Spirit will push force it's point upon you. It functions only on the realm of its own logic and is therefore very slow when it comes to understanding the logic of others. However, Earth is also very good as counteracting the mood of a conversation or argument--very good at pretending to agree while thinking something entirely different. Because of its mindset, it will settle on a particular enemy in battle and will not stop until either itself of the target is dead.

MetalName: Argent (male), Amethyst (female) Personality: Metal considers itself self-sufficient, so it doesn't tend to do things for no reason. It must agree with whatever you represent. Because of its self-sufficiency, this Spirit wholeheartedly agreed with the decision that the other Spirits had previously made to destroy their own realm. Because of this, Metal doesn't typically speak it's mind, and usually simply waits for a command to be given. If you can get the Spirit of Metal to open up, it will be an even greater asset. In battle, Metal likes to use brute force, bludgeoning or even stabbing it's victim to death.

SpiritName: Aura
Personality: Because this is the spirit who is connected with the intent of all the races of the known universe, it is familar with the fact that most creatures do not live with the intent to kill or damage. It is one of most sympathetic Spirits as it pertains to Human misusage, and it easily touched by a being with a kind soul. In battle, Spirit likes to paralyze her enemies either by sending a shock wave through their spirits, or by making her enemies feel the worst moment in their past lives.

LightName: Akari (female), Atasuki (male) Personality: Because of the nature of Light as an element, this Spirit is naturally wise, but can go off of the deep end sometimes by jumping to conclusions. As a Master, you have to know how to tell it that it's going to far when it sinks into little bouts of insanity. You have to have a firm hand to control this often unruly element. In battle, Light likes to bombard its enemies with lightning strikes.

Sound: Name: Stephen (male), Stella (female) Personality: Sound is instinctual, and it often attacks without warning--this makes it unpredictable in battle and it often changes targets for no explainable reason. A Master of this Element must guide Sound closely because it is easy to stray. Vicious to the core, Sound protects anything it's holds dear. But when angry, it has a tendency to become abusive; you must contstantly remind it what place it truly has.

In battle, Past remembers it's previous fights and uses those strategem to deal with it's opponent(s) accordingly.

Present: Names: Nora (female) Personality: Present is very confident, and has much belief in it's own abilties. Because of this, it is often headstrong, and thinks that it's right all the time. To counter this, a Master of this Spirit will have to constantly take the lead. In battle, Present is an expert at combat; it takes down opponents with efficiency and ease.

Future: Names: Aryn (male), Lauryn (female)Personality: Because this is the Spirit who foresaw the destruction of it's own realm, Future does not have any complaints about what transpired. It is a quiet Spirit, that likes to gain knowledge about the Mortal realm by reading. It uses this information to be more precise about it's predictions, for it cannot describe a prophecy that it knows nothing about. In battle, Future can read it's opponent's movements and parry them excellently.

Insight:Names: James (male), Jennifer (female) Personality: Despite it's shy nature, Insight does not speak much, like Mind and future. However, because of it's dealings with Humans, Insight pities the creatures much more than forgives them for their transgressions. Insight is very wise, and you will earn it's wisdom if you become attached to it. In a battle, Insight likes to use it's surroundings to accomplish things--like using the sword of a solider's fallen comrade as a weapon.

Chaos:Names: Devlin (male) Personality: Chaos is lonely and is one of the few Spirits that believes that Humans should be allowed to interact with them again. Dream:* Name: Na'ame [a.k.a the Faerie Queen] Personality: Dream appears to almost be omniscent, simply because she has learned so much from the dream that her kingdom was spawned from. She is insightful, intelligent, and knows the true natures of people and can easily tell how badly an event can affect the human psyche. In battle, she likes to bring forth her enemy's deepest darkest nightmares to kill them. [additional notes] Because she is a spirit appointed to a certain task by the Shijin, being the upkeep of the Faerie Realm, she is not allowed to change physical form to the gender that her Master prefers like the other spirits are. The closest that she can come to a human form is the form of a flesh and blood fae, and even that is not her preferred form, because she is not used to having a physical body, as she is the manifestation of the first few million dreams and aspirations of the then-growing Mortal race.
