Reporting to the Queen[Finished]

[Isurugi Mei]

Mei had not seen her aunt, Na'ame, in such a long time or anyone else for that matter. She remembered that when she first left, she was feeling home sick. However, with war at the horizon, she had little time to dwell on such thoughts. She hoped that her aunt hadn't heard about her failed attack on the fourth layer of Hell. She didn't want to come home and have her visit ruined by failure.

Mei arrived at the entrance to the palace with Gin not too far behind her. The guards there were pleased to see her there and were in fact a little surprised too. They asked her how was she and how was Heaven treating her. "I'm fine. Heaven has been really good to me." She smiled and kept going, the guards there assumed the gentleman was with her respectfully bowed to him.

When she got in the palace, memories were rushing into her head. She remembered that she would run around the halls with her little sister causing trouble with those in the palace. She started to ruminate about her sister and how was she doing. She assumed that she was still the same girl that always fussed when she didn't get her way.

Mei approached the throne room, she had a lot to discuss with the Queen about the war and Rosey. Rosey was starting to cause a problem and Mei thought that she would one day give the Faeries a bad name. She was also sure that Gin had some things to discuss with her aunt as well.

[Isurugi Amelia]

Frowning because she was not pleased, Amelia could sense Mei's presence.

Why is she here? Is she here to rub the fact that she is ruling in Heaven in my nose?

Amelia narrowed her eyes as Mei walked into the throne room. She wanted to smack her down especially since it was her fault that she took the position in Heaven. At least thats what she thought. She stood there waiting for Mei to approach her with her hands on her hips.

[Isurugi Mei]

Mei saw her sister waiting near the throne, she didn't look to please to see her at all. She didn't understand why she would be upset with her, she thought she left home on good terms with her sister.

But it didn't matter she was on official business so she couldn't really think about her sister's feelings at the moment. She started to wonder if Gin got lost behind her...

[Kouzetsu Gin]

[Takes place after the events of the Celestial Confrence and Gin's subsequent coronation as the new Ha-ou of Heaven]

Traveling via the Dream Element was a new experience to say the least for Gin. Interested in seeing the Fae Realm for himself, he had not expected that the journey there would be so fast, taking place in a dream he was having, his astral form guided by Isurugi Mei, as she sat next to his sleeping body in his office, put to sleep by Fairy Dust.

After his coronation, Gin was interested in reestablishing what he felt to be 'proper ties' with the Fae, by meeting the Queen himself, to enlighten her on the changes made in the Heavens as of late, as well as maintaining a good relationship with Heaven's long time Allies by making an appearance, instead of the remote correspondence often shown by the other kings. Having Mei assist him in this en devour, he proposed the idea of taking him to visit whilst he slept in the comfort of his office, Mei guiding him to the palace on the astral plane.

Walk slow and gracefully, as to uphold a look of royalty, Gin walked into the chamber behind Mei, "I am here Mei, do not fret I still possess enough strength to engage your lovely aunt in the regal pleasantries of conversation." Gin said as he walked slowly to the throne, garbed in new royal Celestial robes without his glasses.



Bowing before the queen Gin made himself known, "I am Kouzetsu Gin, Ha-ou of the Seventh layer of Heaven, and I am most pleased to be here today my Queen, your gracious niece has been such a close college of mine, I felt it only right to establish proper contact with you personally, as to keep all of Heaven's Allies abreast on current events." Gin said in a cordial tone, his impeccable speech leaving his mouth, his soothing voice filling the chamber.

[Isurugi Amelia]

Amelia, with her hand lightly touching her chest, blushed as this Gin person bowed to her and addressed her as if she was the Queen. She wished she was the Queen and she knew the Mei would hastily correct her if she attempted to assume such a role and embarrass her. She didn't want to do that, especially since this was her chance to get to "know" a Heaven King.

"My aren't you a gentleman. A very handsome, misinformed gentleman. With such great features..." She trailed off as she eyed the King in front of her but quickly regained herself when Mei shot her a glance. "I am sorry to have to inform you that I'm not the Queen. She is currently in the bath and she should be out shortly." She walked closer to Gin and lazily dragged her fingers down his astral arm while smiling at him. "But in the mean time, I could give you some company while you wait."

[Isurugi Mei]

Mei wanted to correct Gin but was glad that her sister did it for her instead. She didn't like where Amelia was going with her conversation with Gin and she didn't like the fact that she completely ignored her presence as soon as Gin came into the room.

"Ahem. Where are your manners, are not going to introduce yourself to the guest I brought before imposing yourself onto him." Mei crossed her arms and said under her breath, "And you wonder why you're not a Heaven Queen..."

Amelia's behavior toward men irritated her so much, she just couldn't understand why her little sister couldn't be more chaste like herself.

[Kouzetsu Gin]

Gently caressing her hand with his own Gin replied, "My apologies my dearest, you Fae are all so beautiful it would not be foolish to mistake you all for royalty, would you mind escorting the lovely Mei and myself to proper seating so we may wait for the queen in a proper fashion, instead of imposing in her throne room whilst she is not present." looking into the Fae's cerulean eyes, his voice warm and soothing to the ears as he spoke like a true rhetorician. "My name as you know is Gin, what might yours be." Gin asked politely.

[Isurugi Amelia]

"Aw you are such a sweetheart. Ah, but where are my manners? I am Isurugi Amelia, Marshal of the Aviation Force. I also deal with those who come to see the Queen and usually I can handle the business before sending them off. However, I can see that since you are a Heaven King with some important matters with the Queen, I will have to entertain you before she arrives." This Heaven King had really stirred up Amelia's imagination of what she want to do to him besides holding his hand.

Still holding his hand, she seductively lead him to spot before the throne where a couple chairs faded into existence while looking back in a flirtatious way at him. "Is there anything I can do for to make you a little bit...comfortable?" She asked as she gently sat him into one of the chairs and stood closely in front him with a smile that hid her impure thoughts.

If I could only mount him now...

[Isurugi Mei]

Mei wished that Gin didn't grab her hand and caress it the way that he had done to her hand, she knew Amelia would just take as an invitation. She sighed as she followed to some seats that appeared before the Queen's throne. As she sat down, she looked over to Amelia as she smiled to Gin in way that made Mei uncomfortable. She knew what her sister was trying to do, and she hope that Gin doesn't get sucked into Amelia's net.

"Amelia, aren't you getting a bit to friendly with Gin?" From the way that Amelia was acting, she knew that whatever attempts she made to keep her sister in line would be futile. The only thing she could do was to tell the Queen about her sister scandalous behavior and have her deal with it. She sighed again.

[Kouzetsu Gin]

"Now Mei, no need to be rash, I find Amelia quite refreshing, a stark contrast from the rigid day to day work I perform as Ha-ou, and since this is your home as well, I'd advise you to relax, I am the guest here, no need for you to maintain the strict attitude of a Heavenly King in you first home." Gin said smoothly, taking Mei's hand as well, Gin escorted the 2 fae to the seats that seem to appear from nowhere.

"Not to dampen the mood, could we please be informed as to when the queen arrives, the upkeep of this form I appear in is rather taxing, and while I am drowning in a amorous sea of Fae beauty at the moment, these pleasantries mustn't take precedence over the original purpose of this meeting." Gin said, as he rubbed Mei and Amelia's hands, nodding to gesture at the seats before them, "After you my Ladies..." Gin said calmly, focusing on his form, now at 80%.

[Na'ame]

Arriving shortly after her bath, the Queen walked into the throne room, her body shimmered as she moved across the floor as if she was floating. She hadn't noticed the people in the room at first but when she did, she her eyes flashed open in a surprised way and the colors of her body went from a subtle change to a sudden change as if to mirror her expression.

"Amelia, why have you not sent anyone to inform me that we have guests, especially guest from Heaven? I hope that they were not waiting for me long." She went over to hug Mei. "How is it my dear? I can see that Heaven has treated you well." She looked over to the man that Amelia was trying so hard to seduce. "And who is this that has accompany you on your visit?"

[Kouzetsu Gin]

Standing, Gin bowed before the queen of the Fae, trying his hardest not to show the full extent as to which he was taken aback by her beauty. Bowing before her, "My queen, my name is Kouzetsu Gin, the Choubatsu-ou and Ha-ou of the seventh layer of Heaven. It brings me great joy to bask in your benevolent grace and overwhelming beauty today, you do me much honor by being in your presence." Gin said passionately as he took the queen's hand, kissing it gently, his lips softly caressing the shimmering skin for her forehand.

"I have come here today in the hopes of properly reestablishing the alliance between the Heavens and the Fae. I understand that you lovely niece and close confidant of mine Isurugi Mei is to act as a liaison between our people, but as Ha-ou I felt it pertenate to make this trip to see you personally, as to update you on the current status of the Heaven, for much has transpired since Mei became the Omoi-ou and bridge between our Realms, and I am unsure as too exactly how much information you are not aware of.

"But outside of all of this, Mei is a trusted colleague of mine, and when she said she would be returning home to visit her esteemed aunt, I felt obligated to accompany her." Gin said smiling, his eyes focused on the queen, his mind on maintaining his astral form, currently at 78%."

[Na'ame]

"I appreciate that you personally came to see me, Kouzetsu Gin. I am also very delighted to see my niece that I have not seen since she departed to the Heavens." She smiled, a smile that made her glowed even more brightly. She turned gracefully and made her to her throne effortlessly and eased herself down to sit.

"Please, my children, tell me all of what has been happening with the Heavens. I'm afraid that my task at keeping up this realm has kept me out of the loop of anything that has transpired with the exception of those that are able to leave and come to me and pass on information."

[Isurugi Amelia]

Frowning a bit at the fact that Gin's attention was now directed towards her aunt, she started to feel a little jealous. She walked over to where the Queen sat herself and sat in the air next to her. She felt that at least Gin's gaze wouldn't have to travel far from the Queen that she would get a glance here and there towards her direction from him. Although her efforts seemed to have failed since he hadn't taken his eyes off her aunt and she started to pout a little while crossing her arms.

[Isurugi Mei]

"Well, you know that there has been conflicts between Heaven and Hell in the past. It seems that Heaven is still having problems with the residents in Hell. There has been some sort of attempt to have peace between the two realms, a way to unite the realms with a union between two couples. Of course, that failed when a couple of Hell's own people came and attack those that have gathered.

"I quickly assembled a small portion of my army with a few other Heaven King's on my side to try to bring justice against Hell. However, things have not gone all that well with that plan...

Mei looked down as she quickly thought of that event and tried to think of what else to say to try to take her mind off of it.

"Heaven is also missing some of its people, no one in Heaven seems to know of their whereabouts and Hell claims they don't know either. I doubt that what they say is true though..." Mei stopped when she saw that the Queen had signal her to do so.

[Na'ame]

The Queen held up her hand to stop Mei, "So what I heard about your presence in Hell was true. I am quit disappointed to hear about your ill-planned attack, Mei. I heard that you brought with you an army that was not adequate enough to even last a few minutes in battle with out the lose of their lives. You even went so far as to even risk losing yours as well going up against the Yami-ou of Hell." She furrowed her brow and the colors on her body seemed to have gone dull just a bit.

"Before making any decisions like that, I am going to have to ask you to think things through. A move like that could not only make Heaven look bad, but also the Faerie Realm as well."

[Kouzetsu Gin]

"My queen forgive my rudeness but do not be so quick to condemn your niece for her actions. Although ill planed and rash, Mei's intent was honorable, the assassination attempt on the Kings of Heaven a wedding that was supposed to bring about peace is not something easily forgiven. Mei only acted only because no other kings had the resolve to take any action, as well as the 3 Kings we lost on and around that day did not help our situation.

"What is most infuriating about the the Yami-ou and her incessant need to straddle the fence, not taking any action to end the lives of the accursed rebels who sought only destruction that day. Her need to control everything is one of the very reasons that Heaven lies in shambles, coupled with her rebellious nature and lax attitude toward responsibility, she has made things quite difficult to say the least.

"Since her defection, we have lost every single Ha-ou that has held the position, all of them planted into the position by her, as well as possessing a host of sycophants and loyalists within our ranks, maintaining a constant air of unpredictability and instability in Heaven, all the while she is potentially building up her army to lay waste to the Heavens.

"What I cannot understand my Queen, is why although she has held a firm grip on Heaven's rulers, she refuses to directly control us, which has led us here today, to discuss the plan of action we are preparing to take ti ensure her influence no longer hinders Heaven progression. I say this my queen because I am afraid that if the Yami-ou wins her conquest of Heaven, the Mortal Realm is next, and if that happens the repercussions for those composed of the Dream Element will be directly affected, resulting in a potential indirect attack on your Realm my Queen." Gin said as he watched the Queen signal him to stop, nodding in acknowledgment he folded his hands in his lap awaiting a response.

[Isurugi Mei]

Mei was shocked to hear that her aunt heard about her attempted attack in Hell and she was also ashamed. She looked down and fidgeted with her dress as her face got hot with embarrassment. She didn't want the Queen to have heard about it and be disappointed with her. She wanted to visit and prove to her aunt that she was capable of being a Heaven ruler. She felt like a screw up. To make matters worse, her sister was there to see their aunt disappointed with her failed attempt.

She was glad to hear that Gin came to her rescue though, once again. She smiled at Gin.

[Na'ame]

"This does sounds like a serious threat. I never thought that an indirect attack could ever occur, especially since the Yami-ou had came to this realm awhile ago to talk to the King and Queen of Exile. I heard she left with some elves but I am not to sure, elves come and go from this realm so it is hard to keep track. But if what you said is true, we could face an indirect and direct attack from her if she has some influence over the elves. I would have to set up some forces to track the elves to be sure.

As for Heaven being in a weak position in the war, I will lend Heaven a portion of my army as I have done before in the past. Amelia here has done a great job in training the aviation force, they are a strong capable body and very well minded. I can not say the same for the army though, since Mei has left they all seem to have lost the drive they once had. Perhaps if I could get the one fae back that was the commander, morale would increase. There is just something about that child that just seems move people..." The Queen drifted off in a dream like state thinking as she rubbed her jaw.

[Isurugi Amelia]

Amelia smiled when she heard that Mei failed and was even more amused when she saw the look of shame on her face. Perhaps The Queen would tell her that she was no good being in Heaven and let her go to Heaven

However she frowned when Gin took up for Mei and explained the situation. She wanted more than anything to be a Heaven Queen, to be a ruler. She nearly jumped up when she heard that there were Heaven Kings missing, maybe she could get a chance to be in Heaven finally. The Queen commending her efforts on the aviation force made her even more hopeful of getting a position in Heaven.
