Tomoyo didn't know how to react to that statement, her still naked form still as she watched Ren find his own clothes. "Well, you should expect a majority vote in your favor, then...at least, that would make the most sense to me considering what you just outlined--Seki is still alive, isn't he? Then why hasn't he gone to see Yomi?" She hadn't meant to interrupt or go off on a tangent, but she had all but forgotten the existence of Seki. "Yomi will kill a lot of people if she finds out about him, and that I didn't say anything..."

"From what Rei tells me, he doesn't want Yomi to be influenced by his existance like he was before. He's letting her operate under tha fact that he's dead in order to force her to focus her energies on something productive. Even if it is all just a means of getting him back, she wouldn't be able to accomplish it. He's already back and really wants nothing to do with her."

"How dare he? What the hell is he thinking? She worships him...I can't risk her going wacko again; I don't care what you have to do, but he had better go make amends with her. Otherwise, I will have to track him down and kill him myself so that her thoughts will be true. And I will. I won't forgive someone who finds love and abandons it. I will rip out his gizzard and feed it to my gryphon."

"He thinks he's doing it for his own good. I ,for one, agree with you. He should go to her. That doesn't exactly translate to someone who thinks they're doing something for the greater good." He waved a dismissive hand "I have no pull with Seki, we barely even know each other. If you want to get to Seki you have to go through Rei, speaking of which, are you come down to talk to her with me or are you going to lounge for a bit? I don't have a problem with either one, really." He added with a trace of a leer.

Allowing herself to blush at the feeling of Ren's eyes running across her body, she fluttered her eyelashes seductively.
"There is no need for you to leave me here. I suppose that I should get dressed and go with you. I don't want to risk someone coming up here to see you and getting me instead. You're already under fire as it is, I assume, but just being married to me. We need to tell her that I'm pregnant anyway...she has to throw me a...what do those Humans call it? Chiyo had one of them...hmm...a baby shower! yes!"
And on that note, she summoned a white robe to cloth herself with.
"I'll go with you, at any rate."

Ren sighed on resignation at his view disappearing and at the inevitable journey.
He wouldn't need to leave instructions for Kenai or Shizuka, they'd been doing their jobs (and Ren's) for so long that it was a moot point. He simply pocketed the hateful key and held open the door to his bedroom with an exaggerated sweep of his arm.
