Quen stepped forward. "You forget that we have animalistic abilities...I can assure that everyone here heard what you were all discussing. And just so that you know, Runa has been investigating this man for some number of years, so he is rather good at covering his tracks--at least from creatures that reside here in the Mortal Realm.

"As far as our plan...we are going to use Kilara to scare them out of the castle. He's in the top room on the third floor of this structure. Thank you for helping us with this. When they decide to evacuate, Kilara will keep the Mononoke from going to the sky...and we...we will be waiting for them at the entrance. He has many soldiers, so I suggest that you all gather your skills. Any objections?"

[Tomoshibi Ethan]

" I have one thing to say...." Ethan said with a smirk on his face. "Do you want them buried or cremated?"

[Akuma Shadow]

Shadow had to make a slight chuckle to the comment that Ethan made but none the less, he remained adult about the situation.

"No Objections, just..." He looked away, looking at Sara, then Runa, then Ethan, then moved his sight to the one named Quen.

" Lady Tomoyo asked for you to help us, yet She will receive the information about the mortals from me. Why not tell her yourself of your findings of the mortals yourself. I just find this very odd for something but I guess I really shouldn't complain about it really now..."

He looked at the women with a look of regrete for probing about that. It was just that in, Shadow's eyes, that he was "in good standings" with Tomoyo, it didn't mean that she wouldn't kill him--or anyone eles for that matter close to him--- if she was told something false; he was dealing with the person who know a lie from the truth. And even though he knew his team had no such luck with anything, he had to make sure that their--as well as himself---bases were covered.

Quen scowled. "We work for Sanada only when we are compensated. This is something that we decided to do on our own. It doesn't affect Sanada. Are you going with us or not?" she asked sternly. "If you are, then we leave now. Kilara?"

The Silver Dragon changed back to her animalistic form, taking flight with only the rustling of leaves accompanying her liftoff.

The other youkai disbanded as well, leaving Quen in her Human form and Quinn in his large, lion's form.

"Wait seven minutes, and then go to the entrance."

[Tomoshibi Ethan]

Ethan then glanced at Shadow and Runa and thought to himself, "This is something I must do, for all I know this could be the key to unlocking my past. Although, my family abandoned me at a young age thats no excuse as to how I ended up in all of those test labs. Well, its now or never!" Ethan then said with a confident but very calm voice " You guys ready to do this?"

[Akuma Shadow]

"I'm always up for the job." Shadow said to Eithan as he started to walk to the compound.

"Seven minutes, right?" He said with his fist up high in the air.

"Don't be late..." he said jokingly.

[Tomoshibi Ethan]

Ethan followed behind shadow mentally preparing himself for the battle ahead."So exactly how are we gonig to get started with finding this Mononoke?" He then thought to himself that there has to be a way to lure him into his own death."Maybe we could lure him using Runa and end him there?"

[Runa Lisger]

Runa's hand slapped Ethan's head so hard that it stung even for her.

"Weren't you listening?!" she said. "They're going to lure him out, not us! You dolt! He's in the giant castle right there!!"

She honestly didn't know what she was going to do with the other members of this group. They were all so immature, and none of them really understood what anything around them was. She had no idea how fate had even thought to conspire to allow them to see into the ethereal world...

"We're going to wait outside the entrance like they said."

[Tomoshibi Ethan]

"That really wasn't necessary Runa." Ethan said rubbing the back of his head. "All we do now is wait for them." Ethan looked at the castle angrily in front of him and thought to himself, "I promise you will pay for all of the innocent lives you've taken. I will make sure of it." And with that, Ethan stood guard waiting for the others.

[Akuma Sara]

Sara huffed, her bangs floating slightly up as the air from her mouth came out.

Seven minutes... She thought to her self. Then something just clicked in her.

"Runa," She faced the young woman, "You said he knows how to cover his tracks, so wouldn't he be expecting something like this. I mean, his castle seems a little too 'I'm open so kill me' to me. She pressed a button on her glasses as she turn her gaze upon the building. The lenses themselves turned pitch black.

"I don't really see and guards there, not even on the roof. If you ask me, our 'employers' maybe walking into a trap..."

She could be wrong and for own well being and the others, she wished silently, that she was.

The pack was already disbanded, all of them making their way to differen portions of the building. Kilara made it to her position first, on the roof of exactly where the Mononoke would be sleeping. But her already enhanced senses could tell her that he was not sleeping. His breathing was too quick. He was either up doing something or pretending to be asleep. It then occurred to her that there could have been a trap for them. But Quen and Quinn usually took these things into consideration, and she was sure that they had this covered. Kilara didn't usually trust in people, but Quinn and Quen were a formidable team, and they had never let her down. There was no reason to not trust them, as they had taken her in and even saved her a few times. From there, she waited for the perfect opportunity to attack. She would have to anticipate more than one person in the room, simply because this was an obvious set-up.

Alpha, Zeta, and Kisharu were always a group. They ran together as a small pack themselves, and they always stayed close unless ordered otherwise. It was with this in mind that they were able to sneak past the guards that were pacing the front door--while in their animal forms--and enter the small tower.

...Kisharu didn't like this idea. He didn't like it at all. Not one bit.

Going down one of the Hallways, they immediately were seen by a guard, and Alpha leapt upon him without though, teeth tearing out his throat with more than 150 pounds of pressure. Kisharu almost cringed, but Zeta leapt over him to attack another guard who was trying to aim at his head. This was not good. This was not good at all. They were prepared. There was a guard at the end of the hall who had a gun, but he broke and ran. Alpha and Zeta didn't rush to follow, but waited to see if he brought back reinforcements or sounded an alarm. There was none. Tentatively they crept around the corner, seeing a large wooden door at the end. That must have been where the guard retreated.

"We can get through this!" Zeta whined gently so that she wouldn't be heard. Approaching the door, she found a small crack at the bottom and knealt by it. Even as a wolf, her face paled. "Oh... my...god..."

Quen and Quinn had split up, going to opposite sides of the building. They had changed back to their Human forms, that way they would give the enemy the impression that they were being attacked by animals. It was no matter, though, because they WERE going to take this castle tonight--no exceptions. Quinn snuck past at least three guards in the hall and made it up to the second floor, where he pulled a pistol out of his pocket, waiting for action an wondering what his wife was doing...

[Akuma Shadow]

"Sara, relax." Shadow only said but soon he felt something, something that made him cringe a little in his stomach, a feeling he knew all to well.

Something isn't right... Lust said in serious tone.

Shadow made a slight nod and took off running in the direction of the castle.

"ANGEL, RUNA, STAY PUT!" He called out "EVERYONE ELSE , LETS GO!"


As he made his way down the lush green grassy hill, three guards jumped from the near-by trees. Not only were they dress the same (red neck ties and black suits), they had the same weapon; Samurai blades.

Shadow came to a halt and brandish his own blade, keeping his own eyes on the people in front of him.

"Move." Shadow simply said.

They didn't.

Should have known better... he thought. His hand clutch the hilt tightly, the men in front of him walked steadily closer.

"You don't want to do this." Shadow tried to plead with them in attempt to persuade them, "I don't have the time to spare you so I will say it to you again, move." There was fire in his voice this time.

[Tomoshibi Ethan]

As Ethan ran to the location shadow was, he saw the guards preparing to do battle with shadow. "Alright, lets do this!!" Ethan said as he jumped in the air took out his blade and landed next to shadow ready to fight. "Listen you three inconsiderate morons, we really don't have the time for your little games, now I believe the man said move so do it!"

[Akuma Shadow]

I tried...

Shadow ran toward the one on the right, the closest of the three, and did a vertical slash up ward, hitting the guys chin.he went down without much effort. The next guy, the one in the middle, Shadow took him out by punching him in the gut with his free right hand, not enough to kill him but enough to knock him out for the time being. That only left one.

This one was a lot more focus than the others, in part because he hadn't moved an inch since Shadow began his assault on the other two. No, he made sure his eyes were on Shadow and Shadow only.

The Man in the suit held his blade tightly, pointing it at the Devil Saint in front of him. Shadow looked at the man's eyes and made a smirk.

"You look like you want to kill me." He said in a playful manner, shaking his own blade a little to get the smear of blood off it. "If you are ready then..." Shadow made a step forward and and made a diagonal slash at the him. The Man blocked it.

[Runa Lisger]

Runa couldn't believe that Shadow had told her to stay put. How dare he? These were her people, the youkai--she would fight for them too, no matter what Shadow "told" her to do.

She watched as the man blocked Shadow's attack, and she transformed into her youkai form. The world opened up to her as her full animal instincts kicked in. She could smell how many of them there were in the castle; too many. Far too many for them to kill separately. The pack must have had something in mind. I suppose that's what Kilara had been for. While all the battling was raging on no one had noticed her; she was still a small shadow, peeking in on the one window that there was in the tower--the room of the one and only Mononoke. She would have to dispatch him quickly or everyone else would be overwhelmed.

Knowing that there were more men on the inside of the castle than outside, she slunk behind the man fighting shadow. Even while blocking, he turned to see if there was something behind him.



When he turned, she roared into his face before diving on him; he dropped his weapons, and Runa ripped at his arm, pulling and pulling until she felt the snap of sinew. Knowing that the man was in too much pain to do anything else, she left the rest up to Shadow, making her way toward the castle, ready to fight any and all in her way.

[Akuma Shadow]

I knew she wasn't going to listen Rage said with a slight chuckle before appearing behind the Devil Saint,His body and face were covered by a black and white robe.

"And where do you think your going?" Shadow asked as he put away his blade."

"Why," Rage asked as he stepped forward "Do you want to know?"

"Damn it Rage! Just do what you need to do and come back. Got it."

"Now was that so hard." He ran toward castle at break neck speed, pass Runa and then jumped in the direction of the building.

What is he up to? shadow asked himself.

Shadow found himself running toward the castle, not only to kill the the person responsible for the crimes committed but to also go after Runa. He was worried about her; seeing her angry like this made him fearful of what Runa would do.

She could get herself killed or worst.

"Thats not gonna happen!" He shouted as his eyes saw the figure of a big cat.

[Tomoshibi Ethan]

As everyone headed toward the castle, Ethan did the same. He knew Shadow was going to go after Runa and the Mononoke, but he wasn't going to let Shadow go in alone after Runa and the Mononoke. Ethan knew Rage would run in not thinking about the traps that could possibly be set up for them, so Ethan ran aside Shadow and said "Do really think I was going to let you go in there alone? I know you to well old friend." Ethan said with a grin.

[Akuma Sara]

Sara ran in between her brother and Ethan.

"You two blockheads know you can't do anything right without me. We'll do this together. Besides, do you know how much paper work I'm going to have to do after this!" she smiled and ran ahead of them. "Hey Runa," she called out, "You better not doing anything to get your self killed or I will make sure you wish you didn't!"
