I tweaked the definition of Changeling a bit. The quote below is what I changed it to. Please reply if there are any questions or problems.
Changeling are fae with one human parent. They function like a Fae in every way, with key differences being that they are born with the ability to maintain a solid form with almost no effort. The most important difference, however, is that they require solid Mortal food to keep up their energy levels. They also have a craving for the food of the Dream realm that does not wane and even becomes physically painful if they do not seek it out and consume it.
Their magical powers are the same as Fae, as at the core they are the same as their brethren. But because of their constant need for contact with the Mortal Realm sometimes their attempt to use their magic in the Dream Realm and end up with botched or incorrect results.
