Keeping cool with a small fan, Sesha passed through the stone gate of Isregalia with little or no trouble. The sun was relentless in a cloudless sky, but she was far too determined to turn around now. Sesha had walked a good couple of days to get here, and it would prove its worth. The Great library, she was told, was home to many powerful scrolls. And if she could find the ones she was looking for, then maybe she would be able to access the timestream. But even if that was lost, she could have Cirocco learn how to carry others on the wind.
Cirocco, the wind sprite that inhabits Sesha's choker, was a powerful sprite, perhaps the most powerful she had even known; that's why he was of use to her. But learning to control his abilities and teaching him focus has been....a challenge....at best. He would have to do so in order to help Sesha fly, unless she could learn to fly in this form on her own. The Great Library could indeed prove useful in multiple ways. And it was even enough to make Sesha smile......if she ever did.

"Cirocco, Come." Sesha called out. The choker began to shine as a viridian light shot out of it and settled before her, and took its form.

Despite his dire need to study the Tomes of the Great Library as per his master's instruction, the lazy youth R'pan Dalbe Ismel could not have found himself more idle. His fingers combed through the pages of the large manuscript on Umbraic history, penned by the eldest of scholars, he preferred this to the leathery paper of the scrolls the lie deeper in the bowels of the library, hidden in the lowest of levels away from the Sun he so adored. "Why does Te'srn plague me so with this trivial rubbish. This history of this realm is of no importance because nothing ever changes. Does anyone even remember the time before Tiamat ruled..." R'pan griped, his fingers running across the thin pages, his attention focused elsewhere with his eyes diverted. Closing the book, R'pan slide the book across the table in frustration, standing to his feet and stretching his arms. With his sword dangling at his waist, R'pan walked outside of the small corridor, nodding at the scholars that tended to the library. "I have to get out here, maybe I'll head to the beach, raise some waves." He said, smiling at the prospect of stirring the waters of the various ocean of the realm. Walking past the alabaster pillars of the main corridor of the book filled palace, R'pan looked toward the exit, only to find a blond haired woman, her eyes in pursuit as she visually combed through the various scrolls and parchments that lined the wall. With a smile, R'pan walked around the shelf, attempting to look as if he had been in search of something for a while, bumping into her causally. "My apologizes, these keeper are very poor at their job, this clutter makes searching for anything specific so bothersome..." as his bent down to pick up the scrolls he purposely dropped, looking at the who seemed to glow with a faint hint of green light.

Sesha folded her arms in disgust and looked down upon the male that just bumped into her. "Evidently...slime." she replied coldly. She had just began to Walk over him when she noticed his scent. 'A Dragon? Hmm....'
Cirocco made his way out of the choker and fluttered around carelessly. "Why Is Cirocco Summoned? Cirocco doesn't wake Sesha. Sesha doesn't wake Cirocco." "Enough babble, Sprite." Sesha retorted. She turned her attention to the young dragon. " Tell me, slime. Do you navigate these halls often?"

"That's funny, I never told you my name, but your pronunciation of the last portions is all wrong. It's Ismel, R'pan Dalbe Ismel, not 'slime' as you said, and unfortunately yes, I do indeed frequent this place much more than I would prefer. " R'pan said causally as he ignored her petty insult, his eyes still fixated on her porcelain skin and elegant features. He looked at the small and annoyed apparition that sprang from her accessory, something foreign to him as he was not used to seeing members of his race accompanied by such beings so foreign to their home realm, preferring to use their own magic that so native to them.
Placing the scrolls back on the shelf, R'pan stood back up and leaned against the wall, looking down to inspect the bottom of his boots, and he looked back into the woman's eyes to inquire further into who see was. "Might I ask who you are?" he saidinquisitively, resting his hand on his waist as the other formed a small sphere of water in the shape of a pixie, dancing on his hand as a small ballerina, twirling as her wings gave her the appearance of a spinning top.

"My name is Sesha. Sesha Kaida Geri." Sesha narrowed her eyes at the boyish figure before continuing. 'Maybe there was no reason to be so cold to him... no, letting my guard down will only .....' Sesha shook her head of thoughts before processing slowed her down. She smiled weakly and leaned against the counter rather girlishly. She loathed this, but she figured it might get her what she wanted out of....what was his name...? Oh, yeah.... "R'pan....see...I have this Dilemma. My Parents never learned how to fly, and I hope there is something in the great scrolls that will teach me how to.......add......to my arsenal." Cirroco flew and landed on her shoulder, looking at R'pan maliciously. "Cirroco can fly. Sesha no fly." Sesha blinked widely before continuing. "And my thought is, if I can master flight, I can access the timestream."

"Flight, Timestream, these notions sound utterly preposterous!" D'pan spouted with laughter, snorting slightly as he attempted to curb his enthusiasm and address Sesha properly. "As absurd as most of the recordings are in the tomb of antiquity, none of them are as entertaining as what you propose. I feel compelled to help you, if not for the reasons I fins you interesting, perhaps I may find some form of comedy from this endeavor." R'pan said, his small watery-figure mimicking his laughter and mannerisms. Dispersing the water into a fine mist, R'pan looked quizzically at Sesha boisterous, minute companion.
"You seem to more than adequately equipped to manage flight given your traveling companion, you just need to master the art of self propulsion, and reading of air currents, I suggest you take up bird watching. You'll never learn anything useful from this place, please let us leave here, nothing will come from our dawdling about here." R'pan said, a smile appearing on his boyish face, Sesha greatly reminding him of a past troubled cologne. He wondered if she was acquainted with him in any way and again snickered before striking up conversion. "Do you know of an Ilreg Douisis Of'ful?" he asked innocently.

Sesha wanted to sneer. The thought of him laughing at her irritated her boundlessly. Yet as she continued to listen, it would seem that the young dragon knew more than he looked like he knew....she was right. She would continue catering until she learrned....then he would be of no use....
Cirocco looked at the watery avatar as if he wanted to kill it.
"Il..reg?" she questioned. "No....I don't know him. I'm sorry." Sesha snapped her fan shut and stood tall. Stretching her leg behind her and smiled. "Well let's go find some birds, then!"

Disappointed but not expecting any other answer, R'pan smiled his same boyish smile and began to head toward the exit of the building. "Yes well, there are several paces we can go to accomplish this, the Beaches of V'jinu in the Estersand are host to several flocks of 4 winged beasts, their aviation near unmatched. But there is also the robust populace of the Tenjoukai, they resemble mortals but they have wings, they are capable of flight as well, the choice is yours." R'pan said, walking as he placed his hands on the back of his neck.
"You are so impatient, but I hope that I will be able to say that it is nothing more than enthusiasm when we arrive at our destination. He was the same way, Ilreg that is, I can only wonder what he may be up to now..." R'pan thought to himself quietly as he continued forward. "Were you coming, or were you hoping the wind carried you so!" R'pan spouted, laughing as he walked past several scribes, his laughter causing the to stare in annoyance.

Sesha quickly walked up behind R'pan and pushed him so hard he fell over. She looked over him and frowned. "Let's get one thing clear, " Sesha uttered."Mmaking fun of me is only going to get you one of two things: Killed by me......" Sesha leaned closer and grabbed his collar. "Or tortured slowly by me!" Flicking his nose with her free hand. Sesha let R'pan go and walked over him. Watching the scribes sneer and snicker, Sesha walked to the door and Cirocco flew over to her shoulder."Tenjoukai then."

His glee was cut short as a forceful shove sent him face first onto the ground, Sesha's words clear in his wears along with the snickers of the scribes and other onlookers. She grabbed him by the collar and commencing to threaten him, ending her taunts with a flick to his nose, and then letting him go. R'pan couldn't help but to smile, his amusement greatly outweighing any embarrassment he should have felt at the moment, propping himself up on his elbows as he admired her figure walking in front of him.
"She is just like him, amazing to think that they never crossed paths. If they did, I can only imagine that the meeting would end one of two ways, and knowing Ilreg like I do, a carnal meeting would be the last thing that could occur." R'pan said, thinking back to his youth, eons ago when the learned sage Draco was escorted by a crass and powerful Dragon, more beast than civilized, his presence like that of a blizzard, sharp and cold in both speech and demeanor. Looking at the rise and fall of the soles of her feet, the thought to conjure a small puddle crossed his mind, but R'pan wasn't a man of violence, and his prank harmless and justified as it would be, could have been looked at as an invitation to something more severe.
Standing, R'pan cut the same smile to the scribes as the book shelves poured with water, he began to jog behind Sesha to keep up. "So were of then, our kind is actually within good standing with the Uprights, despite their isolation policies. Surely we shall be welcomed among them." R'pan said, his boyish face gleaming in the fresh sunlight.

"Well, If you insist." Sesha let out as she kept her quickened pace. It didn't matter where they went,, the plan was clear as the sunlight streaming; Sesha would go, learn to fly, and leave him.
But That's so mean......
No.....so what about his feelings?
Sesha shook her head quickly. Such things were unimportant. 'If I continue to cloud my mind, I will not achieve my goals. That cannot occur!' Sesha thought. It would seem at that point that Cirocco could read her thoughts, stopping his Flittering and flying steady over her shoulder. 'Cirocco....' she thought. 'He may be a vindictive little slime....but I can trust him if I slip.'
"Alright. Which way?"
