Special Abilities: His ability to see into the future is sporadic at best. Normally his ability is limited to a few hours or maybe a day(if he's lucky). He always seems to remember the future, which makes it easy to avoid making a mistake the first time. His clairvoyance does not come without peculiarity, since memories of the future tend to vanish once he reaches the point they would occur.
Along with his memories of the future that hold the actions he and those near him would take for a certain amount of time, he is plagued by stray visions every so often. Most times the scenes he pictures are grizzly and bloody, sometimes peaceful and pleasant. He doesn't know why the event happens, or when it will take place but he knows it will. In these situations all he gets is a short clip of what's to come followed by waking up in a cold sweat(or with a smile).

Lihat is a young man that lives in his own world, made of the world he lives in. He doesn't seek escape through drugs and violence, but instead creates the ideal setting for his desired future. He is plagued by visions of a future he cannot change, or doesn't know how to change, and as such has become greatly apathetic on the surface. His eyes see nothing of the present, and he doesn't seem to be the bleeding heart he sometimes reveals himself to be in action.
He is normally a sociable person, cool to the core in the face of people he doesn't know, but not rude. He takes things in stride on the outside, when the truth is he probably put himself in the right position. Aside from his absentminded need to control everything, he is charming and reasonably generous. He hates being ordered or looked down upon, and he despises being pitied beyond all else. He has met a good few people with powers as strange as his own, some ,by chance, happened across his future, other he found. He has heard the rumors and the evidence of angels and demons, but really never looked into it too far. Lihat is a person that doesn't like to go beyond his limits, as there are too many ways to lose control in the face of things you don't understand.
History:
Lihat was most likely born in Indonesia, the place were he was found. He was found by an Indonesian tribe, left in a recently ravaged campsite in his crib crying. His parents, whom had been studying the wildlife, had gotten a bit closer to their subject then they'd intended. The male who found him was weary of the infant, who he saw as something unnatural. The infant had blank eyes and cried without end, as well as strange hives on his skin in the places the sun leaked through the torn canvas tent.
Lihat remained in his crib for much of his infancy, the females of the tribe tended to him from there. His fortune that the people pitied him was the only reason he still lives. The men never went near him though, he wasn't natural in their eyes. He never ceased to cry outside of when he ate, and he always seemed to stare into your soul. It is likely that his ability to see the future was different when he was a child, and his crying was a result... but it's unknown as to how. The tribe cared for the boy until he was old enough to walk and talk, and then they simply fed him. Since he was no longer in need of nursing and changing he was given cloth and food whenever there was enough to spare. This treatment never really bothered Lihat though, as he always stared on into the trees when the runner dropped off his supplies.
When Lihat was six he befriended the messenger that brought him his food, speaking to someone for the first time in his life. The child he took interest in was the black sheep of the village, and unlucky child whose mother died in labor. Lihat liked him because the boy made him feel normal. The two of them got along well, and whenever his friend was around, Lihat was able to live without knowing. It was his friend that told him what the village called him, and that many feared him. When asked why the tribe had given this name, Lihat's friend said that Lihat always looked through the people that he saw, seeing something other then what was there.
Well, it was a good relationship, that ended when the unlucky boy Lihat befriended ran into something very unlucky(with claws and fangs). Lihat was sent a different messenger, one that was not of the tribe. The woman called herself Carmen, a Chinese-American cultural anthropologist who'd taken interest in the tribe that cared for him. She had heard of him through the elders of the tribe as if he was a ghost of legend. Pale skin that turned red in the light and soulless black eyes, that was something she simply couldn't accept. When she came within range of Lihat's hearing he remembered her next ten minutes. He chuckled when she reached the animal skin that acted as a door and blocked him from the light. She paused and he spoke to her from there, telling her she could take him with her if she really insisted that much. The woman was confused for a moment, but took him in the end.
Lihat was sent to school in Japan, as his "mother" went to further her research around the world. The living along thing was perfect for him, and he had no problem with the school system. Lihat never scored less then 100% on his tests and turned in his homework at the bell every class(since he did half of it beforehand). He wasn't very popular at first because of his clothing, and the fact that he was allowed to wear clothing not normally accepted in the dress code (hats and dark thick garments instead of the normal dress shirt and slacks). Though, as it goes, he was able to change that, being able to see things a bit in advance(less into the future for people other then himself) he was able to manipulate the way the his relationships went. He even became quite popular by the time he'd gotten through middle school and entered high school at the top of his class.
Lihat took steps into business upon entry into high school, coaxing business men into trusting him, and females of the like into liking him. Lihat played on the gamble of the things they would do, falling hard sometimes when a mind changed and the path altered right before he could execute his plans. Lihat silently gained a small fortune in trade and a foothold in small businesses in his area. Though, he always falls just short when dealing with larger companies, the fact that his untrained third eye cannot see the mass movement of conglomerates keeps him at bay.
Strengths: Good at avoiding trouble, and doesn't often makes mistakes. Mature for his age.
Weaknesses: No real fighting ability and lacks strength. When he fails, it's always epic. He also has really bad solar urticaria.

Most honorable deed: Saved a family of four from crashing into the pacific when he stopped an airplane from launching with rusted blades in the propulsion system. (by calling in a bomb threat)
Most dishonorable deed: Forced the airplane company to pay him compensation for averting such a major disaster and claimed to be traumatized and seeking legal pursuit of his case.
Likes: Sweet things(especially strawberries), being right, being free to do as he wishes, vampires(never seen a real one, just loves the lore).
Dislikes: Being told what to do, being corrected, loud people, ignorance, and the sun.
