Personality: Can be a bitch at times but she can be a cool person. She sometimes thinks she's better than people. She can also be bothersome and annoying. However when she gets annoyed, she might hurt the person or thing annoying her.
History: She was commander of the Fae Army where she led and trained fae and elf together. She also led the army to exile the elves, however she left after seeing that some of the little elf childern were being kicked out of their houses by their fae parents after the exile. She opted to work in the Mortal Realm with other faeries who aided with insomnia but ended up losing her mind and forgetting what she was doing and where was home.
After she found her way back to the Faerie Realm she choose to stay in the Mortal Realm and got permission to do so by the Queen. She didn't want to go back and be a commander and she isn't too sure what other job she wants to do on the mortal realm.
Her friend Yoki, a shika youkai that lives in the Dream Realm, was sent to get her by orders of the Queen. She went after she obtain a pact with Ild her fire spirit with Yoki and Hatulan, a dragon she met while wondering in the Mortal Realm. After talking with the Queen she was told to go to Heaven for training under a Heaven King by the name of Gin. She hopes that Mei will not be there since she doesn't like her at all.
Strengths: Excellent with the sword and the dream element, the former helped climbed the ranks of the army and the latter is because she is a fae.
Weaknesses: She can also be very hot-headed sometimes, which leads her into trouble sometimes. Her skills at battle are a bit rusty as well, since its been awhile she was in the army. Since she just got her pact with fire, she sometimes has problems controlling the amount of power she uses when using fire attacks.
Most honorable deed: Saving a waitress that was a Tora Youkai in a diner where Runa and Shadow was eating at before someone came crashing through the place (Rain post in the Mortal Realm). Rosey mended the wound that the Youkai got from being impaled by one of the diner tables using here faerie dust to act as a sealant. It was enough to stop her from bleeding to death.
Most dishonorable deed: Pissing random people off. But most of all, getting into it with one of the Heaven's Elders, Tsubasa, at a Heaven and Hell meeting that was held in church. (The First Celestial Conference in the Mortal Realm Archives). Tsubasa asked her to leave but Rosey took her tone as being confrontational and butted heads with her before eating up all of the food and then storming out of there.
