Oracle appeared inside an unfamiliar hallway. It was filled with shrines, candles and everything else that seemed to belong inside a temple that seemingly belonged to a monk. After first familiarizing himself with his surroundings, he cautiously stepped out of the circle that was contained in. Acting a little supersitious and expecting something to happen if he left the circle without permission, he huffed a sigh of relief after realizing that he was doing nothing but feeding in to paranoia.
Oracle placed the hood back over his head as he started down the hallway that made him feel like reliving an Indiana Jones flick. All of the candles and ancient artifacts seemed to have conglomerated in a specific area; a room that ended the hallway in what seemed to be a dead end. He saw an opening placed on a platform that had a sitting pillow. No doubt the sitting place for the King of this layer. There was also one for Oracle, positioned on the floor. Oracle sat down and looked up at the platform the King would position himself.
He gulped after he sat in a fit of excitement. This was the moment he was waiting for. He didn't know if Satori was right about this "Gin" or if he was somewhat construed about his judgement. But there was no turning back. He couldn't change his mind right when he entered the lion's den. No; it was do or die time. No turning back. He grasped this mentality and prepared to speak to the man who possibly could tell him who he was, or what he was, and what his purpose was. He stared patiently at the entry arch on the platform, waiting for the King of the seventh layer of Heaven known as "Gin".
Little Lotty, let your mind wander...

"Sir, he is rude and has the attitude of a petulant child. He will try to goad you as he did me Gin-sama, inciting that it is all for fun. He takes nothing seriously and..." Toushi said, not attempting to hide his contempt for Oracle, his words cut off by a wave of Gin's hand as the two of them walked from his personal office.
"I am well aware of your disgust for Oracle Toushi, and though I thank you for your information obtained during your meeting with him, please desist in you incessant prattle. You have allowed him to stir you here and now, where we bask in the very absence of his presence. Hold you tongue and mind you emotion's, as you have already shown yourself to be easily agitated with little effort." Gin said to Toushi, continuing to walk along side his disciple, his lecture stern but necessary.
"My apologies Gin-sama, I will remember your words in future dealing with him." Toushi said, his anger curbed by his embarrassment from the reprimand he received. He and Gin had come to the guest room in the far end of his estate, and Gin stopped outside the door to check his robes for wrinkles, dust, and other obscenities.
Toushi looked toward his mentor and started to speak to him, having taken his words to heart. "Gin-sama, I have one question for you before we enter the room. What will happen to Oracle should he fall below your expectations, what will happen to him if you deem him no longer fit to be an upright, will he be the first Malakim to fall?" Toushi asked Gin, who continued to fiddle at his garments.
"Well, that truly is a sterling inquiry Toushi. Despite what may occur here today, I personally assure you that the pride, honor, and purity of the Malakim will not be sullied by the reputation of one potential miscreant, should the worst come to pass. I will be something that I see to personally in fact." Gin said, as he finished his self inspection, his attire immaculate in its appearance, as he gently pushed the door open, walking into the room.
Stopping in front of where Oracle was sitting, Gin extended his hand to his guest, meshing both his authority and diplomacy in the situation. Looking into Oracle's eyes, Gin's own stared through his spectacles, his face stoic with a small grin. "I am Kouzetsu Gin, King of the Seventh and Ha-ou of all Heaven. You are known as Oracle I presume?" Gin said standing in his dignified stature, his tall and well built frame covered by his billowing robes, his black hair resting on his right shoulder in its usual ponytail.

Oracle stared at the king as he extended his hand for him to shake. But once the visual of the Ha-ou of all Heaven came in place, he could have sworn it was Satori smiling at him. The resemblance to Oracle was uncanny; besides the smaller glasses, he was an exact replica of his Elder friend.
He gulped. "You," he hesitated, not letting his better judgment guide his tongue. "You look... just like..."
Oracle stopped his sentence right then and there, making sure that he did not make a fool of himself in front of the person who could help him. He turned his head away to gather his thoughts and to force himself out of his confusion.
"I..." he began to redeem himself from the beginning of his foolishness. "I apologize, your majesty," he responded. "You resemble an Elder I befriended a while ago."
He looked at Kouzetsu once again, and bowed out of heiarchy, while gently touching his extended hand.
"It is a pleasure to meet you," he honored, "your majesty."

Gin was slightly taken aback at Oracle's words, implicating that Gin barred some resemblance to an Elder he was familiar with, given Gin's last meeting with the Elder's he concluded the person of reference had to have been Satori. Gin would not verbally scoff at the notion, but outside of the fact that both he and Satori wore spectacles, Gin saw little of nothing of himself in Satori and focused his attention back to Oracle.
"Yes, and a pleasure to meet you as well. It would seem that your infamy has spread like amongst the common rabble, and you are the topic of many wise tales and rumors. Believing in none of that nonsense myself, I felt it important that someone with such a seemingly... 'rich' history should be brought to my attention, hence your presence here today." Gin said, cordially breaking the embrace of their hands to have a seat in front of Oracle. "This is my disciple that I assume you are already acquainted with, Kanzaki Toushi, he will remain within the confides of this room to act as my recorder, ensuring that everything in this audience will be recorded to added to the archives of the libraries of Heaven, as all of my other audiences."
"Making the words of the king public ensure that the people have no reason to wonder or fear about their Ha-ou's dealings, as you of all people know that secrets have done nothing but to hurt Heaven in the past, an it would seem I have inherited the task of ruler from a long and established line of the untrustworthy." Gin said, as Toushi began penning his words. Gin waited until Toushi had caught up with the current point of conversation.
"Which has brought us back to you Oracle. Since my induction as Ha-ou, I have mad it a well known fact that all Fallen and their symapthizes are to be purged from this realm. We have be subjectaed by those anarchists as nation for far too long in our past, and if Heaven, my Heaven were to progress to a point of autonomy, we would have to do away with them as whole, completly and utterly. I have barred the presence of them from any and all places in all seven of the layers of Heaven, making it a crime to be seen with a Fallen in any realm in Heaven, as well as insitiuting laws to ensure that all remaining dissaents will be apprehended. I have also halted all trips to the Mortal Realm, unless autorized by myself, relating to business and other matters of state."
"This need for complete separation was further illustrated when the Nisou was sacked, and it's king and all of her citizens were brutally slaughtered, by a Fallen who fancied himself safe enough to walk about in Heaven is if he had committed no trespass. During all these events, in the 2 years that I have been Ha-ou of this Realm, your name, the whisper on all the lps of the people was no where to be seen, so imagine my suspicions when I caught wind that not only where you still alive, you were also frequenting trips to all manner of places without my consent or knowledge, during all of the turmoil.
"You must understand that these facts, put you in a place that is not well to be in Oracle." Gin said as servant entered the room with a fine china set, setting it before the Ha-ou who poured himself a small cup of a mahogany tea. Lifting the steaming liquid, Gin took a sip, and stared a Oracle, taking the cup away from his face momentarily. "I am fully aware of what you are capable of doing Oracle, so do not let uncertainty and the bane of emotions guide your next pattern of actions and words. Oracle, inform me as to why you should still be considered a citizen of the Nation of Heaven. I am aware if you supposed questionable nature, but you are unlike any other Upright I have met, and your 'deeds' have done nothing to elevate my suspicions of you." Gin said, casually taking another sip of his tea, waiting for Oracles response.

Oracle nodded, agreeing with everything that Kouzetsu had said. He knew first hand that he was as infamous as he could be; in Oracle's train of thought, being infamous was better than being nothing at all. But just being with someone that had the possible knowledge of knowing what his purpose was, was just enough reason for whatever form of humbleness he was showing toward him then and there.
"Believe me when I say, your majesty," he said. "That I can understand why you would. But Heaven was not as it was when I was first here. It was an isolated prison; at least, that was how it was for me. I was ridiculed and dehumanized just for being different. My without wings was the source of that, you see."
He swallowed.
"Then," he continued, "to add fuel to the fire, Mikage Tsubasa treated me as a dog; pulling on my leash and bashing me upside the head with her newspaper of judgment. She made me her assassin; a hit man to eliminate her competition and her enemies. It wasn't until she ordered me to eliminate Hakaisha Abbadon when I was fed up with her and all of Heaven." He huffed. "Now that I think about it, she was the reason why I wasn't attracted to the female sex for a certain season."
He closed his eyes and shook his head, trying to get back on topic.
"At that time I discovered that I had the ability to travel to any realm freely, so I planned my escape," he continued. "I would go along with this one last mission, then explore the other realms to see which one would accept me for who I was. When I researched Abbadon, I realized that he was the leader of a rather strong rebellion against Tsubasa. And, well I didn't want to do anything to aid her in any way. And at that time he was carrying the blade of legends called the Sword of Darkness; something I wasn't aware was made by the Shijin until I was informed by... a rather trustworthy source.
"There was a struggle. His sword skills were unbelievable. But I was able to outmaneuver him and take his blade away from him. From what I researched about Abbadon, he was the only one from his line that was able to use the magic in that sword. When I took it, the magic seemed to instantly attack him. It bound his powers and left him unconscious. At that time, I was just as shocked that I was able to access the sword's magical abilities as well, since Abbadon was a descendant of a Shijin." He swallowed again. "Now I realize that I was able to use the sword properly as well, because... I was made by all of the Shijin."
He looked at Kouzetsu with the most serious face he could muster. "I used my own abilities to manipulate and hide his memories to have him think that he was nothing but a mere mortal and sent him to the mortal realm. My intention was to follow him down for my escape from Heaven, carrying the sword with me. But it seemed to have had a life of it's own, and followed Abbadon to the mortal realm. It snatched itself out of my grip, cutting me and leaving a bit of it's chaos magic inside my blood. I have no doubt now that it was because of that cut that fueled my 'deeds' as you call them and my motivations.
"I have an unnatural need for chaos," he continued. "It's more of a hunger, really. I went to Hell accidentally after my cut and was captured by the Yami-Ou's guards. That's how I met Tomo, you see; in his holding cells. And all Tomo did was fuel the chaos that was already residing in me. I realize that now. It was probably why I had a need to be around him.
"I became obsessed with the idea of war between Heaven and Hell; even tried to start one repeatedly. My manipulative spirit was amplified more than before. I tried to find the keys of time to travel back and alter history. And I developed a need to see Abbadon Hakaisha dead, rather than waiting until the appointed time to turn him back. I have done a lot of despicable things of late, but I can't blame it all on the cut I received. Some of it was because that I refused to take responsibility for my actions. But I hear that Heaven is no longer the tyrant that it used to be; that there are people here that do not persecute you because you are different or that you don't remember your own past. I hear that Heaven is finally what I always wanted it to be; a home..."

Gin's face raised in mild disgust as he listened to Oracle's plea, hearing Tomo's name as if it were the most profane of words, he listened as Oracle spoke and Toushi continued to scribe the conversation. "So... let me arrange this in a manner that will leave me the least befuddled. You served Mikage Tsubasa as a secret operative, responsible for the deaths of many Uprights, after which you sought to obtain a sacred Heavenly Relic for your own personal use in instigating a War between two nations, both of which you used to your own advantage when you saw fit. Within this time, you stole the artifact in question and rendered a fellow Upright mortal, running of to gallivant Koryuu only knows where. Oracle, you honestly expect me to believe this life of perverse debauchery, this hedonistic existence you have led derives from the fact that you have not found out your place in the world. I cannot allow you to further incriminate yourself as well as implicate Tsubasa's past, what ever it may be as fodder to serve as your pulpit to your ascension back among the Uprights of this nation.
"With everything you have told me today, only my curiosity combined with my desire to learn the truth of your words has left you alive. Although not your intention, you must realize that my clothes have been tattered with the blood of those with far less offensive actions than those you stand culpable for. You were right in your speech, Heaven has become a home, but only for Uprights. Your origin, history and very nature do not coincide with anything that lies within my seven layers. Under my rule, Heaven will not be a tyrant as you implicate, you misconstrue the actions of an entire nation for those of one person, who is under my direct watch and control. Despite Tsubasa's past, whatever it may be, she serves me, having died in whatever manner it was that killed her, thereby bringing her to justice for her crimes. She is now back in a capacity which changes at my whim, and when I deem her disposable, she will be dealt with as such, but your story will have no bearing on my decision I am sorry to inform you.
"Despite your feelings, a those who are deemed different still face persecution, and that is something, that Heaven will see fit to correcting under my rule. The people I speak of in indifference are the 'fallen', a race of miscreants and malcontents that will be all but eradicated in the near future. I shall not bed with the enemy nor shall I take them as an ally like my foolhardy predecessors, for I see the key schism in our nature. We, the Uprights, were created with a purpose, by our Gods, as absent as they may be, and with that purpose the foundation of the very existence rests on our shoulders. The 'fallen' have no purpose, other than chaos and disorder, which by your own account you seem to reveal in. Their very existance, and that of their creator Sanada Tomo, is a threat that seeks to contaminate everything in creation, and I shall not abide this, for they shall be purged down to the last. I cannot offer you anything Oracle the Zaihou, other than this... It is in my interest as Ha-ou as well as that of my nation that this Abbadon, and this Sword be retrieved."
"You were created by the Shijin themselves, making you something else, a anomaly, and with that said I cannot offer you asylum here, your past transgressions make you a prime candidate for 'falling', and yet it has not happened, leading me to believe you are not an Upright, and therefore your are not a citizen of mine. You will however not have to suffer the disgrace of falling, if you can provide me with assistance. If you can help me to retrieve the Sword of Darkness, I shall allow you to go from Heaven unscathed."
"I must also ask in you aid to apprehend this Abbadon, someone whose power of this 'supposed' magnitude cannot fall into ranks with Sanada under any circumstance. Please not that under these conditions your safety from Heaven's wrath shall be ensured, as long as you do not ally with this nation's enemy, the 'fallen' at which time you shall be treated like a hostile and destroyed with the same indifference. Now, what terms shall we discuss in this plan Oracle." Gin said, finishing his tea gone cold after a very winded speech. Gin's look was cold and calculating, watching Oracle as he poured himself more tea.

"I can assure you, your majesty," Oracle instantly started, "that you do not need to worry about anything as far as the Yami-Ou is concerned. I ended that chapter to that book long ago and have no intentions of going back to proof-read. She has done nothing but present me with false hopes."
He looked at Kouzetsu.
"And I humbly thank you for offering me this chance at redemption," he said with the upmost respect. "I know that I do not deserve any mercy you would have on the likes of myself. I will happily aid you with the search for Abbadon and the Sword of Darkness, though there might be a problem." He looked away.
"You see, he is unaware that my attempts at his life was due to the temptation of the Chaos magic the blade left within me," Oracle told the king. "It might be a little hard to convince him that I am a changed individual. And that also brings up your terms."
Oracle cleared his throat and stared at Kouzetsu.
"I need a supressive," he said. "Something to help me control my cravings for chaos. For I feel that If I'm left open to its nature, I will be more of a hinderance to you. And that is not what I wish to be, your majesty. And I am aware that there might be a connection to Abbadon through the Devil Saints, located in the mortal realm. In order to find Abbadon, I believe I must find Shadow Akuma. But finding his headquarters has been quite a task that I am ashamed to admit that I have been failing at. I know that you do not allow regular trips to the mortal realm, but in order for me to aid you in locating the Hakaisha, I ask permission to continue my search for the Devil Saint headquarters."
Then Oracle lowered his head, readying himself for the ultimate - and somewhat risky - question.
"Your majesty," Oracle stated. "I know that you do not trust me. And I am aware that I am not worthy of what I am preparing my spirit to ask of you. But after befriending the Elder Satori, he has told me much about your greatness. I seek wisdom about my past; I have been without a purpose for so long, so you can only imagine how I must have felt when I first found out how my origins came about. I ask you now - as the worm that I am - to give me purpose. I wish to learn from you and understand the ways of Heaven as you crafted them. To have purpose is all I want."

"Yes, false hopes and destruction are all the Yami--ou and here despicable fallen ilk have to offer, you can see that from your own torrid dealings with her, it is shame that you could not see it before you met me here today. Chiyo, Tohru, Ren, everyone that has ever succumbed to her charms has met with ruin and disgrace, and your are proof of that Oracle." Gin said, casually sipping his tea, knowing that his words stung like venom. Setting his tea down he looked at Oracle, and cleared his throat.
"As for your... 'affliction', I can provide something in the range of an to act as a seditive for the Chaos magic that may reside within your system, but you must cure yourself as far as your penchant for the depraved. You are right, I do not now, nor shall I trust you anytime soon, and becoming someone under my employ will not garner anymore trust than someone who had been here fro the beginning, whom I have no reason to suspect. You must prove to me through consistency that you are to be trusted, and I can assure you that path before you will be filled hardship, but you knew all of this in coming here Oracle."
"You say you have become friends with Satori, the one thing I can believe, given his empathic nature and weak constitution, and this will only cause me to monitor him more closely. As for your past, I will direct you those who can help you with this under my personal and direct employ, and for the sake of your comfort. If purpose is all you seek, then you shall be given one Oracle. We shall have sessions like this when you are summoned by me, and in these meetings, you will report your dealings to me in exchange for the therapy you so require." Gin said, pulling a sheet a parchment from his robes, and with a small vial with silvery ink from his pocket. Writing on the paper with his impeccable penmanship, Gin waved the paper and and waited for it to dry, after which he handed it to Oracle.
"This missive will ensure that you are allowed to travel to my realm with out arousal of suspicion, but I do not recommend you 'typical' travel methods, as their are soon-to-be measures put in place to apprehend those abusing these abilities with reach of the seven layers of Heaven, as all travel between layers will have to be authorized, to prevent the spree killings as of late." Gin said, taking a coin from his pocket. Pinching the coin between his thumb and index, Gin's hand began to glow as he imbued some of Law magic into the coin, handing the shiny placebo to Oracle.
"I can not assure that this will prevent you from reverting back to your former ways, but this Law Charm will negate the magic of the blade of Abbadon's you speak of. For your information, it will serve as a tracking device, and a final proof that will be required to see me as well Oracle. Now before we conclude this meeting today, I must know two things from you. When was the last time you ran into or dealt with this Abbadon, and when was your last meeting with Sanada Tomo, and what transpired during. I do not need to warn your of my very fragile trust being potentially shatter by any facetiousness in your words." Gin said, handing Oracle the glowing coin, while reclining back in his place of seating.

Oracle swayed his head over the same time he accepted the coin of Law Kouzetsu offered. He thought to himself quietly; it had been such a while since he had any interaction with Abbadon persay. But as far as dealings with him, that was a whole different story.
"As a matter of fact, your majesty," he started after gathering his thoughts and bowing his head in thanks for the supressive, "the last time I dealt with Abbadon slowly grew to the last time I spoke to the Yami-Ou."
He swallowed, making sure he was completely careful with what he was about to say to the fellow Joukai.
"I was in the mortal realm when I was followed by Shadow Akuma, who at the time I was unaware of his leadership position of the Devil Saints. He told me that he heard that I had the ability to solve an entity crisis he was going through; two aspects of his emotions developed into individual personalities, you see. Acting under the Chaos in my blood, I promised to help him, but only if he assassinated Abbadon.
"He accepted, but months went by without returning word of his sucess. That's when I decided to do a bit of research on the man. That's when I learned that he was the leader of the Devil Saints, including the fact that he had a sister and a girlfriend. His sister being Sara Akuma and his girlfriend being a Neko Youkai named Runa Lisger, whose family called regular of one of my mortal guises in the past.
"With this information under my belt, I decided to track Sara first for information to find Shadow's whereabouts. She was in Paris, so I went as one of my guises to gain her trust. I was able to depict that the whereabouts was a flower shop, but it wasn't until we ran into two individuals... until I found out that it was located in Tokyo, Japan."
Oracle frowned, thinking about the two. He was certain that the one in white was the one that tried to kill him while he was under assignment for Tomo. But the fact that the man in black that knew all of his disguises for the mortal realm and made fun of the fact that he was unaware of the Devil Saint's location made him scolder.
"Unsure if the location I recieved was accurate," he continued his testimony, "I sought after the Youkai I mentioned earlier; Runa's family was more familiar with the Mr. Miracle guise of mine, so that's how I presented myself to her.
"When I did, she let me know that she needed my assistance to find her younger sister, Felicia, who had gone missing about a week. I figured that if I find her sister, then she would be more than happy to give me Shadow's location. She gave me information of certain clans of Youkai that would want to kidnap her for a ransom." He gulped. "And this is where Tomo fits in to the situation."
He looked at Kouzetsu. "After Runa gave me information that Tomo could have had hand in the possible kidnapping of her sister, I visited her to try and gather information." He frowned. "And it was then when I was finally shown the light of her true colors. Not only did she not have anything to do with the disappearance of Felicia, but she made sure that I would never mean anything to her at all."
Oracle was a bit upset. So upset, that he forgot to mention that immediately after his last encounter with Tomo that he ran into a mild chaos user named Arashi at her front gates. He forgot to mention that the chaos that he spewed attracted Oracle and allowed the Chaos in his blood to help manipulate his seemingly obvious lust for power to pursue Abbadon's weapon, the Sword of Darkness, with the possibility that he would kill both Shadow and Abbadon for it.
He also forgot that immediately after that situation, he tracked the man in black he saw in Paris to the fourth layer of hell to not only find out he was a Hellion King, but that his motives for letting Oracle know his knowledge of his mortal guises and the location of the Devil Saints flowershop were completely spontaneous and unclear; mostly done because he felt like it...
"As you can see, your majesty," he continued, "In order for me to find Abbadon and right the wrongs I have caused him, I must be allowed back to the mortal realm to find the location of the Devil Saint headquarters. There is a very high chance that both Shadow and Abbadon have become allies, and if that is the fact, then it would be easier for us to find him."

Gin was usually a man man of detail, combing through conversations with a fine tooth comb to fully understand and appreciate the conversation, and from this assessment, he would gauge his opponent justly. But this was not the case with Oracle, the two were in totally different leagues, a king of Heaven, and an angel in the position of a pauper, his potential redemption on the whim of intrigue at the situation before Gin. Gin was complacent as far as the details of Oracle's exploits went in the mortals, caring to focus on details the concerning Abbadon, and his cohort Shadow.
"I am dissatisfied that you have yet to divulge any information of use pertaining to Sanada Tomo, neither the less, you will be allowed to travel to the Mortal Realm at my discretion, reporting back to me in all your dealings. The 'suppressive' that I have provided you with will allow my agents and myself to track your movements to a degree. Also, you will inform myself and those assigned to assist you as of this Abbadon movements when and where you find him, spare no expense in how you deal with this Shadow person."
"This is non negotiable I will have you know and all of my decisions in dealing with you Oracle are final. If this is all you have to provide me with Oracle you are dismissed." Gin said, motioning to Toushi that the meeting would be coming to a conclusion soon. Still in his seat the King of Heaven starred at Oracle, awaiting his response to the ultimatum.

Oracle nodded at Kouzetsu's words, letting them marinate into his mentality. The coin he received from the king he placed into a side pocket on his robes, along with the parchment allowing him passage to the seventh of Heaven. Everything was happening so quickly; of course Oracle knew that the King would not have been able to trust him, especially after hearing of his deeds as of late. But to have finally been given a purpose - a reason to love Heaven again - just as quickly as Gin's judgment of his actions was just fascinating. Oracle could tell that Heaven had a treasure with Kouzetsu.
A treasure that Oracle decided he desperately wanted for himself.
Oracle glanced over at Toushi; one of Gin's servants that he had the pleasure of running into earlier before his engagement with the Heavenly King. Although he didn't catch him in the process, Oracle could tell that Toushi was cutting him hateful glares in-between discussions between Gin and himself. He then looked at Gin, who was obviously awaiting a discrepancy to the ultimatum he presented to the wingless angel.
"I do indeed apologize for not having anything else to present to you as far as my past dealings with the Yami-Ou is concerned, your majesty," Oracle said respectfully. "I give you my word that my seeing her was indeed to try to find information on the Youkai's sister to gain access to the Devil Saint Headquarters, although I understand that my word is not yet able to be taken to heart." He smiled a bit. "And I do thank you for granting me permission to continue my location of the headquarters in the mortal realm. I have no objection to your rule at all regarding my travels and my businesses there, although I do ask for one last request."
Oracle once again glanced over at Toushi, seeing if he could catch him in the act this time. His small smile once again glanced over his face before looking at the Choubatsu-Ou once again.
"I ask that one of your operatives assigned to assist me be Kanzaki Toushi," he asked humbly. "When he presented himself to me earlier to alert me of your interest in me, I admit - I was a bit... foolish in my presence toward him. The last thing I wish to do is to exhibit any kind of credibility-lowering behavior toward anyone of your employ. I believe that this way, we can get on one-accord with each other; receive a 'fresh start' as they say."
He glanced back at Toushi, this time with his smile showing a little more warmth that his previous ones.
"Who knows?" he said as he placed his attention toward Gin once again. "We could come out of this becoming good friends..."

A perturbed look appeared on Gin face as Oracle finished his thanks to the Ha-ou, concerning his desire to work with Toushi, and his implication of a bond between himself and Gin, something that resembled what he had with Chiyo, or even Tomo. Thinking about it for several seconds, Gin decided that the best course of action would be to assign Toushi to Oracle, as this would give Gin a direct link to all of Oracle's activity.
"Agreed Oracle, you shall have Toushi to accompany and aid you when his schedule with me is flexible enough to assist you." Gin said looking at Toushi as he stopped writing to look at his mentor in confusion. But Gin simply starred back at him unnerving and Toushi relented his gaze of slight contempt. "I shall see to it personally that he is available to you, all I can ask is that you properly allocate his talents, and that no harm shall come to him. Needless to say the repercussions of this opposite f his safety but I will say this, stay content with the nature of our relationship. I know you have not explicitly stated such, but I do not plan to make bedfellows of my citizens, let alone those I do not trust such as yourself like my predecessors before me." Gin said standing and adjusting his robes. "If this is all, our meeting as come to a conclusion Oracle, you shall be summoned by either myself or informed by Toushi at the proper time when you shall report to me next." Gin said as waited for Oracle response.

Oracle closed his eyes, still keeping the smile on his face from before as he nodded to his ruler.
"Yes, your majesty," he responded to Kouzetsu's terms on Toushi. "I understand."
By the time Oracle opened his eyes once again, he saw that Gin was standing. He stood up and faced the Choubatsu-Ou with all the respect he could muster from his being. He bowed in respect to his master, still keeping his smile.
"I look forward to our next meeting, your majesty," he said before he raised his upper body. "Until then, I shall return to the Ningenkai immediately to continue my search for both Abbadon and the Sword of Darkness. He turned around and started to head toward the long hallway he walked down before. But not before taking one last friendly glance to his new assigned operative, Toushi Kanzaki. As he walked past him, he only gave a single nod toward him before he walked down the hallway, in which the only one who would have been able to see him was Gin himself.
Oracle walked down the hallway with a different kind of respect for the King of all of Heaven. Never before had he humbled himself to a being that Oracle knew deserved it. And even though Gin stated that working under him would not change his opinion about him, Oracle instantly knew that Kouzetsu was now officially his master. In order for Oracle to get what he wanted, he had to make him appear more brilliant in the eyes of Heaven and all influences he had everywhere else.
Oracle knew that he made enemies both in Heaven and in the Ningenkai. That void-using vampire was one of them. And when he provoked Toushi, he knew he would become more loyal to him once assigned to Oracle after hearing his confrontation with Kouzetsu. He now has more to prove to Gin by proving himself to Oracle, now that he is assigned to his aid.
Now that the first two moves were made, Oracle could continue on with his plan that seemed to have manifested when he left Satori's house earlier. He knew that he could no longer become inconspicuous; he was being watched and surveyed at all times. So, why not give his master a show? Not only would that prove his loyalty, but that he had style.
But he had to think of a way to gain his trust; something that so far, no one had been able to do in Heaven. That's when he thought of it. In a way, he already set everything up. All he had to do was take the credit for the events that play out to his demise.
And that person's demise was none other than a young chaos user named Arashi.
Little Lotty, Let Your Mind Wander...
Oracle stepped back in the circle that granted him entry to this grand hall, and used the bill granted to him by Kouzetsu to set a course for Tokyo, Japan of the Ningenkai; the city he learned was the location of the Devil Saint Headquarters. Now that his head was cleared and his game plan strategized, it was only a matter of time before everything fell in his favor. The circle started to glow yellow and spin around Oracle before it engulfed him in its lemon-like light and spirited him away with a strategy set in his mind that would leave him in the afermath of one word and only one word alone; victorious.
