Calvary [Narrative][Finished]

The rift that Ilreg had open on the outskirts of town was close to shutting itself, until a burst of radiant energy caused it to split open once again. From the ripped veil of space two shadowy beings sprang forth, landing onto the soft earth on the outskirts of the city. Both of them raised there heads and began to smell the area, trying to find any hint of the scent of their master. Without their magics to sustain it, the portal began to once again subside, growing both dimer and smaller by the second, until it was completely nonexistent.

Not content to remaining stationary, the two Dog-like Dragons continued to use their keen sense, until it was Cer-dra that found the small patch of shrubbery, wet from both melted ice and a small amount of blood. Following in her brother's steps, Faf-ris walked over the the spot, and both siblings licked the blood that sat on the ground. Looking at each other as if they were engaged in silent conversation, the two began to set of in the direction of their masters scent.

Soon the two would past the small forest and tree's surrounding the capital city of Hell and would soon find the bottom of their Draconi paws treading swiftly on the streets of Beliarsifer, speeding passed amused and scared Fallen. The duo continued on fervently, following the scent of their master through the maze of the cobblestone streets. Although they had been to several places similar in appearance, both could sense very powerful magics in the air, and they grew strong the closer they got to Ilreg's location.

Soon they would come to a clearing near a large and expansive estate, and that was where Faf-ris stopped her run. Cer-dra would have continued on, if not for his sibling and companions bark, that would cause him to stop in his tracks and turn around. walking back the two stayed there, contemplating the course of action they would take, now taking the strong presence they both felt into account.

Both of them were aware that this was both as dangerous as it was foolish, charging blindly into the unknown, but the desire to save their master and his instruction to them sometime before set them on the path they were on today. Seeking seclusion in the shrubbery near the estate both of the creatures took the opportunity to rest, laying next to each other on the ground away from someone who might search for them.

The large wave of energy Ilreg released through the magical connection his captors had reverberated and was felt all thought the foundation of the castle, seeping into the grounds outside of its high walls and gates. It was in that instant the pair awoke from their slumber, rudely brought back the place before them, the unique signature of the master spiking inside of the building.

Standing on all fours, Faf-ris and Cer-dra both ran towards the building, its front gate left unguarded. Stopping inside the entrance hall, the two dragons saw the bodies of 2 slain guards man, as well as the light of a conflict of magic in the general vicinity. The area suddenly grew warmer and there was much commotion around the corner of where the dogs stood, a terrifying voice could be heard in the background.

In silence the Dragon searched for a lead of where their master could be, attempting to sense his exact location in the castle. Another spike in Ilreg's energy from his escalating fight with Tomo and her kings told the beasts all they needed, Ilreg was past the fight in front of them, no more that a few rooms away. At that moment an agreement was decided upon by the pair, and Cer-dra used his Dark magic to coated the two in an aura that would absorb and reflect the light of the surrounding area. This magic was amplified by Faf-ris, as she made further use of her own magic, using the prismatic qualities of water to aid her sibling's magical barrier, surrounding the both of them with a thin veil of mist, along with Cer-dra's own covering.

They were now rendered invisible to all but themselves, and the set off to find Ilreg, where ever he may have been within the castle. Taking the other corridor, both Faf-ris and Cer-dra ran at speeds that would be blinding if they were visible, tracking both Ilreg's scent, his magical energy, as well as the connection by the Flux that all Dragon's shared among their race, closing in on his location with each passing second, their swift foot making no noise as they hurried to their master's aid.
