This is a the newest code that I've added to the Kiseki. It is specifically for the use of Mei, myself, and any future admin. The way that the code works is that whenever someone accesses the admin panel, notes are left at the top of the admin home page for other admin to see. For example, if there's a thread you want me to look at because someone's godmodding and my opinion is required, you can leave a note for me on the admin page. This eliminates the waste of time that it takes to PM a very short message, and it's something that only admin can see <3
