Bonfire Party!

[Rosey]

After getting Yoki all check up at the medical tent, Rosey noticed that they spent almost the whole day there. It was almost dinner time and Rosey's stomach was rumbling in anger at her for missing both breakfast and lunch. The only thing that kept her going was the snack that were provided while she waited for Yoki. She pat her stomach as if it was to subdue the hungry beast in her belly and looked over to fully healed friend. "I'm terribly hungry. We should head over to food tent so we can grab something to eat. Perhaps afterwards we could do something fun while we still can."

She smiled at Yoki before looking around to see if other people were making their way to get dinner as well. She noticed that there weren't a lot of people around especially those under her command. There were some that came to check on Yoki and asked what happened. Rosey told them everything, even the fact no one was to leave for the Mortal Realm but apparently the rest of Heaven was open. She did warn them to be back here before night falls just so that she doesn't get in trouble for more bullshit.

When Rosey got to the tent, the soldiers on dinner duty were still setting up so it wasn't quite ready to eat just yet. Rosey huffed and crossed her arms as she could do nothing but wait.

[Yoki Chepi-Isi]

It seemed like it took forever for Yoki to heal up. The medic kept asking questions about different parts of her body just to be sure that whatever appropriate measure he used, whether using magic or whatever else, it would be effective. The healing process itself didn't take long and she was thankful for that. After she was finished, Yoki noticed that even Rosey thought the whole thing took a long time.

Both Yoki and Rosey walked out the tent and Rosey mentioned how hungry she was, although her stomach clearly spoke for itself. Yoki just smiled at her friend. She didn't feel hungry even though she hadn't eaten anything herself. In fact she really didn't feel like eating anything at all but she knew that if she didn't it would just worry her friend. So she just trailed behind her friend until they got to the food tent where they waited for the tent to open up.

[Isurugi Mei]

After finding out what Amelia did with Gin, Mei felt hurt. She didn't know why she felt hurt, it wasn't like she had feelings for Gin like that. She did her best to avoid him so that she could avoid any awkwardness. She did her best feigning as if she was too involved with work or darting off the direction she was going to act as if she checking on something that caught her eye. She was also mad at her sister. She even made her way to the food tent before it was open to grab some food to avoid her sister even though she didn't feel like eating. She knew that she had to eat though for her energy.

She went to her tent to eat her food alone. She figured that Amelia would be out anyway, eating with Gin or whatever. Although the thought of them being together made her feel upset. She knew that herself and Gin were just friends. The more she tried figured out why she felt the way she was feeling, the more she felt confused about herself.

Mei then made up her mind that she would just leave after she was done eating to clear her head. She had to check up on her realm anyway. She ate knowing what she had to do afterwards.

[Hatulan]

Hatulan felt unsure about the whole thing, still, and continued to walk about the camp.
Eventually, he came upon the mess tent, and the growing crowd of off-duty personnel milling about.
His minders found it easier to blend in, but Hatulan didn't really pay them much heed anyways; it wasn't like he felt like doing anything anyways.
He spotted Yoki and Rosey, and felt a pang in his chest; that same curious feeling he'd been having, off and on in their presence.
He shook his head, concerned by the puzzling feelings.
He picked up a familiar scent, and looked around, noticing the other Isurugi sister.
He opened his mouth to greet her, but she moved past him in a hurry, and was lost in the crowd before a word was uttered.
She entered the mess tent and left just as urgently.

[Yoki Chepi-Isi]

As Yoki was standing waiting for the tent to open for the rest of people to get there food, she saw Mei quickly leaving the tent with some food in hand. Her gaze followed the fae king until her eye caught Hatulan approaching herself and Rosey. She made a small smile at him even though she was wondering, since she woke up this morning, why he didn't take her to see medical attention last night. She figured she had his reasons for it but she wanted to know why.

[Fae NPC]

One of the food preps poked his head out of the food tent, "Sorry for the wait you guys. Dinner is ready." He quickly disappeared back into the tent.

Another fae came walked up behind Rosey, "Hello Commander. The rest of us are planning later on tonight. We don't know what, but we want to do something fun because we might not get this for awhile."

A big crowd of faeries started to line up behind them and they started to get angry because no one was moving to go into the tent. They all started shouting for the person in the front to move out of the way.

[Hatulan]

"Hello, Yoki," Hatulan said by way of greeting, finding himself curiously unable to think of anything more appropriate to say.
He coughed, then cleared his throat.

"So how are you today?" he asked, "are you feeling better?"

[Yoki Chepi-Isi]

[A/N: This is going to be a bit out of order.]

"I'm fine now after I went to see the medic." She continued to smile at him warily. Her attention was taken away by the food prep and then by the Captain that approached them. She felt confused on who to acknowledge at first but she realized that not acknowledging a superior officer would have been bad.

"Good evening sir." She nodded her and put her hand over her chest. "I don't know what would be suitable for everyone to enjoy. I can't come up with any suggestions." She was never really good coming up plans for a group of people. It was more of Rosey's thing to get everyone together to have a good time.

The rowdy faeries behind her made her want to run into the tent and hide. But instead she made her way behind her friend. "I guess we should go in since the tent's open."

[Rosey]

Rosey quickly started to think about what would be a good activity before everyone had to start back training tomorrow. She thought about a bonfire, she was always quite fond of them. "I think a bonfire would be great. I can rally up the people. But first I need to eat and I'm pretty sure the others behind me want to eat as well."

She saluted the Captain and entered the food tent to be the first in line, leaving Yoki and Hatulan behind. She proceeded to grab a tray and went down the line; stopping at each plater so the food could be loaded onto her tray.

[Hatulan]

Hatulan hadn't realized how many Fae had assembled while he tried to make smalltalk with Yoki.
Embarrassed at his failure to take notice of the milling crowd, he tried to follow her and Rosey into the tent.
However, her desire for food seemed to have driven her to incredible speed as Hatulan quickly lost sight of Rosey.
Sighing, he attempted to keep up with Yoki while not pushing or bumping into the Fae.

[Yoki Chepi-Isi]

Yoki followed Rosey and grabbed a tray to get a few fruits and veggies available. She continued on, leaving Rosey behind knowing that she wasn't done serving herself. She found a spot outside and sat on the soft grass to eat her food. She wasn't in the mood to eat so she just munch slowly and absentmindedly at her food.

She watched everyone entering and some leaving the tent to eat outside. She saw the Captain leaving with a few others, probably talking about the bonfire that would be happening later on today.

[Rosey]

After she was done grabbing as much food as possible, Rosey called out to Hatulan. "Hurry up and grab some food and lets go. They won't have the tent open all day." She then walked outside and scanned the area before spotting Yoki. She ate as she walked over to Yoki and sat down. She noticed that her plate was rather bare.

"Did you eat a lot of your food already or did you not get enough food to fill your plate?" She continued looking at her plate while stuffing her face. There was only a few pieces of lettuce leaves and some fruit that grabbed sitting on the plate. It looked quite sad compared to Rosey's overflowing plate of food. "Well, I guess you should save some room just case there's s'mores at the bonfire or at least marshmellows."

[Hatulan]

Hatulan wasn't sure what to eat as the press of the crowd carried him into the tent and he found himself in front of the cooks and the food.
Everything smelled good, though he didn't really need to eat anything, so he took a little bit of everything, drawing more than a few odd glances from the others in line.
His tray full, he carried it out in order to sit by Yoki and Rosey, though he took the necessary cautious action of sitting with Yoki between him and Rosey.
He began eating, and declined speaking until he'd finished what was on his plate.

[Fae NPC]

A group privates slowly walked over to where Rosey and the others was sitting at and saluted Rosey and Yoki. A couple of the faeries were unsure if they should acknowledge the dragon's presence but nodded at Hatulan anyway. The group pick out a single fae to speak for them and nudge him to do so. "Commander... we hear that you are planning a bonfire later for tonight. Is this true ma'am?" He felt awkward for asking her, they were all new to the army so they didn't really know Rosey.

[Rosey]

Rosey just finished eating her food when the young privates approached her. She stared them as she drank from her cup of water before she opened her mouth to talk. "At ease soldiers. Yes there is going to be a bonfire later tonight. You guys should spread the word and gather the necessary items for this bonfire like marshmellows or firewood or something."

She started to think about what else was needed and wondered how exactly the mood of the bonfire be without the night. The more she thought about it, the more she thought that it would be silly to even have one at all because of the constant daylight. "See if you can find someone that could manipulate Dark powers; we're going to have nightlife here in this boring realm" She took a sip of her drink before she continued, "Hurry up and go so everything will be ready by the time everyone is done with their dinner."

She finished her water and got up to stretch. She looked around and saw a nice spot away from all the tents for the bonfire. "Bring all the stuff over there. I'll place a marker so guys will know the exact location." She called out to them as they started to walk away. She picked up a stick that she found and went over the desired spot. She drove the stick into the ground and wiped her hand together in satisfaction.

[Yoki Chepi-Isi]

Listening to what was going, Yoki finished what little food she had on her plate. She sat there with the empty plate in her hand, wondering if Rosey was planning on having this bonfire sober. It wasn't like Rosey to do such things in a sober state and have fun. Anytime there was something on, there was alcohol involve. Lots of it.

She got up when Rosey got to pick a spot for the bonfire. She watched her for a second before deciding to go take her plate to the food tent. She was deep in thought the whole time she went inside to place her plate among with the rest of the dirty dishes. She walked out and glanced at Hatluan, realizing that he didn't speak much during the meal. She thought that maybe he was thinking about what happened last night but she pushed it out her mind while walking to Rosey.

"Is there anything you want me to do?" Yoki asked as she fiddle with the collar of her shirt.

[Fae NPC]

The privates went off to get the firewood and tried to look for anything that they could snack off of. All they came up with was small little weenies and some sticks to stick them on. They brought the stuff to where Rosey was triumphantly standing. One of them scored some booze that someone had stashed away. The person that they found that could use Dark magic showed a little bit afterwards. They told people about the bonfire too, telling them to spread to the word to others that they couldn't get to.

"Is there anything else we need to get?" They asked after everything was done.

[Hatulan]

"That's all you're going to do?" Hatulan inquired, after watching Rosey drive the stick into the ground and just standing there.
She's more a 'commander' than a 'leader,' he reflected.

His head turned to follow Yoki as she left, then returned, noting the now-absent plate.
She must not eat much, he thought, giving her a wan smile.
He thought about asking her about her dream from the "night" before, but decided that the event was probably too traumatic to bring up now.
If she wants to talk about it, I'll talk to her, he thought, but until then, I'll wait.

Meanwhile, he awaited Rosey's next comment.
This should be good...

[Rosey]

Rosey looked at the amount of drinks that was available and thought it wouldn't be enough for everyone to enjoy. "Yoki, go back to our tent and bring out my stash of alcohol, this isn't going to cut it." She poked around the box that contained various amounts of fae drinks noting what was strong and what would be considered weak to a faeries palate.

She then moved to the firewood that was arranged, stacked high and ready to be lit. Placing her hand over the pile of wood until fire came out, she was able to get the bonfire going. "Sweet."

Her attention was then directed to the fae that was waiting for any more orders. "There's nothing else I need from you guys. Just relax and enjoy the fire." She went to poke at the fire when she realized that she need it to be dark for the full effect of a bonfire. "Hey, could get a blanket of darkness going over us in the sky? I want it to be like night." She asked the faerie that was able to manipulate Dark magic.

[Fae NPC]

Without hesitation, the faerie prepared to cast dark magic that would fill up the sky. Darkness came out as soon as she gathered enough energy to expel it out towards the sky. Her short raven hair whipped around her face as the energy poured out of her hand that she had extended over her head. The darkness radiated from the area over their heads to the horizon, making everything dark.

This caused confusion since it made everything hard to see but there some faeries out there started to cheer. They made there way towards the fire since it was the only thing providing light in the area besides what little light that was in their tents. Some started to sing and dance around the fire while others try to get the weenies prepared to roast over the fire. Then the alcohol started to get passed around as if it water. It really got the spirits up in the fae.
