[Kouzetsu Gin]

[Takes place after Dark Day of Discovery]

After hearing the grim news of the massacre of those in the Palace of the now known to be dead King of the second layer, Haruhi, Gin waited in the seat at the front of the long table of the Conference Hall of his modest Palace for the arrival of the remaining Celestial Kings. A solemn look plagued his features as the Einjhariar awaited inside and outside the room, strategically placed to prevent all forms of interception of communication, making the meeting truly clandestine.

[Tsubarisu Hotaka]

Hotaka entered the room in his battle robes enchanted by Frederick and himself several times to guard against various forms of attack. The robes were a brilliant white color with the latin words for "High Justiciar" Etched in purple along the sleeves. He bore Absolution in a sheath on his back with two more empty sheaths on his side all made of sturdy Domelia Wood which is only native to the fifth layer of Heaven. Hotaka's feet could not be seen due to the length of the robe as he strode into the meeting room and stood behind the fifth chair at the table to symbolize his ranking in the Heavenly political system. Hotaka gave Gin a warm smile and a very deep bow. At meetings such as these they were not friends. Hotaka was an officer and Gin was his commanding officer. Hotaka stood until he was told to be seated.

[Isurugi Mei]

Mei entered with a worrisome look on her face, she couldn't believe that something like this could ever happen to Heaven, especially after the Celestial meeting. She knew that those Hellion people could never be trusted and before anyone could say anything she started talking right away.

"Hell did this, I just know it. I knew we couldn't trust them, I knew that something like this would happen, but I'm still surprised that it actually happen. Who ever did this, knew exactly what happened to Haruhi. They even might come back to Tohru's old realm and do the same thing. We can't let this happen, we need to do something now." She was starting to get emotional and was pacing about with her fists shaking at her sides.

[Shirogane Setsuna]

Setsuna dressed in brillant black robes, entered with entrouge and sat down. She inclined her head toward Gin, and the other Heavenly Kings.

Yes, the occurances where truly gruesome and deserved the upmost immediate attention.

Setsuna directed her entrouge to sit beside her, her personal guards remained outside of the room.

"This is Bahlar Zager, my vice commander." She indicated to her right. "This is his twin brother, Bahlak Zager, the commander or arms of the fourth layer." He sat to her left. "And this is Meriana Zercholz, the vice commander of arms of the fourth layer." She sat beside Bahlak. "I though to bring them for possible help."

She silenced herself, waiting for the meeting to begin....

[Kouzetsu Gin]

"Please, seat yourself Mei, we cannot jump to such conclusions without adequate information. I seek justice for all slain, but this cannot be made so by wanton retaliation." Gin said, acknowledging Mei's entrance into his chambers. Soon Setsuna made her appearance, accompanied by the Time King's subordinates, who seat themselves much to Gin's chagrin, for he intended this meeting to be carried out by his direct subordinates, the Kings of Heaven and no one else. After hearing they were brought to help, this lessened his annoyance, but did not quell it.

"Well, it seems our meeting can begin. We are here to discuss the ramifications of the attack on the second layer. This attack was made possible due to our lack of security measures put in place after the disappearance of our Kings. By not having any sovereign ruler to defend the realms, and no actions taken on the part of those currently in power, we invited this attack on ourselves. With that said, I have assembled you all here because your abilities are crucial to a project I have planned. A project that will prevent any said further breach in our security." Gin said, reclining in his chair.

[Isurugi Mei]

Mei felt guilty for coming into the room the way that she did and having Gin tell her to sit down. She took in a breath to calm herself down before taking a seat at the table.

"Project? How will are abilities help with security when we're too busy making preparations and trying to defend our own realms? I don't see how it can be done, but i'm all ears." She stared at him wondering what he has planned. To her, it seemed as though he was well prepared in becoming a Heaven King, he never missed a beat.

[Shirogane Setsuna]

Setsuna though a moment. "I believe it is possible for us to defend our respective layers, and offer some security or resistance to disturbances on the second layer...about this project. I am interested to hear what it is."

[Kouzetsu Gin]

"Yes well, as it seems, Haruhi was assigned the task of Kingship of the second realm, home to the Kyrum. As you should all know, there has been much debate as to the status of the Kyrum amongst the heavenly ranks, even talk of banishment an d exile. To this I am appalled, for two reasons. Why would we allow the banishment of a choir that can only hope to join the Yami-ou and strengthen her ranks for one. Secondly, the Kyrum could provide more than adequate clandestine intelligence and reconnaissance if utilized correctly." Gin said, looking at the Kings before him.

"This in lieu of other events has brought to my attention the need for more security feature to be set in place. A new scientist of mine, formerly of your ilk Setsuna, by the name of Kagasu Ikasu, ha made me privy to several of the late Aizawa Sasuke projects. For the complete utilization of these projects, I will require all of you and your talents, as well as the invocation of your Elemental Spirits. I plan on using the Kyrum for this said projects." Gin said, eager for feedback.

[Isurugi Mei]

Mei listened as Gin went on about Haruhi's realm and her people. She really didn't know anything about the other Kings realm so she knew nothing about Haruhi's people.

"Kyrum? I have never even heard of them let alone debates about them. But it would be good to utilize them if they're useful." Mei thought for a minute to be sure that she hadn't heard of them, and nodded to herself when she concluded that she hadn't.

[Tsubarisu Hotaka]

Hotaka had read many books in his library concerning the Kyrum that were being addressed at this moment. Because of Project Aegis and his constant vigilance in the Mortal Realm he had had very little time to sit back and come up with an Adequate way of implementing them in anything. He nodded at what was being said and took steady notes clearly showing that he was being attentive.

"Though I see no way I could be of any use to you, I offer my services nonetheless. The only thing Ive really been focused on is the Aegis Project in my layer which is rapidly nearing completion, and the constant surveillance of the Mortal Realm. In his own way my Brother has been aiding us...Though hed never admit it openly." Hotaka said from his spot at the table.

[Kouzetsu Gin]

"Yes well, in front of all of you are the specifications and briefing data for the new and upcoming project. With the help of Ikasu, I've found a way to properly secure Heaven's realms, provide inter-realm communication, and monitor the Mortal Realm all at once. All while restoring the Kyrum to active status amongst the Heavenly ranks and prevent their exile." Gin said as he pressed a button on the small console in his armrest on his chair. The button caused the center of the table to open and reveal several light screen tablets, on for each King present. On these pads were the details on the Elementech, as well as an outline for each Kings needed and specified task.

Gin reclined back in his chair and looked at Hotaka, "Project Aegis, you informed me of this before Hotaka, and it has inspired me to devise a plan for the movement of the Mortals if war should break out between us and the fallen. We cannot allow any harm to affect the mortals overall, for it would prove detrimental to our allies in the Dream Realm. For this plan, I Will be in need of your services as well Mei, for another audience with your aunt will be required, so the event arise.

Looking over at Setsuna stopped for a moment, carefully gathering his words. "Setsuna, although you are nor your talents are not explicitly outlined in these specification, I will require you and your servants as a 'moral' and impartial compass to adequately access whom among the Kyrum is worthy of this service." Gin said to Setsuna.

[Isurugi Mei]

Looking over at Hotaka when he mentioned his brother, Mei remembered when she was in Hell fighting against him. The fact that he had been aiding Heaven kind of appalled her but she remain silent on the matter.

Her attention was then focused on Gin as he explained how he was going to use the Kyrum and brought out plans and layout designs for the golem like objects. She was really impress on well thought these plans were and felt confident in Gin's abilities to liberate Heaven. Though she still didn't know what was a Kyrum and she shyly raised her hand. "I'll be able to help in any way that I can and arrange another meeting with my aunt." She lowered her head and frowned before quietly saying. "What...exactly are the...Kyrum? I'm just a fae...I don't know." She timidly fiddled with fingers and pouted her lips.

[Kouzetsu Gin]

Starring at Mei blankly for a few seconds, Gin sighed and adjusted his glasses, "They are a chior of Angels Mei, they are the residents of Haruhi's former layer. In any case, the Kyrum will be a new addition to the army we seek to fortify in our upcoming Orientation." Gin said as looked to the other kings for questions and comments, as the day would seemingly be long one of explanation on the addition to Heaven new army.
