Assuming that you've already read the "Read this First!" thread, and you've gone to all of the recommended locations, you can see the New Profile thread for the format used for new characters.
Fill this out to the best of your ability and submit it. If you have any questions while you're doing anything, feel free to PM anyone from the Go To Members list and ask. You can also ask those currently online via the Cbox.
While waiting for your character to be accepted, feel free to browse around the Announcement Boards. It'll give you advice and tips for posting as well as let you know about the different features we've worked hard on for Kiseki thus far.
