Personality: He's rather roguish, with a sarcastic sense of Humor and a belief in tough love. Because he willingly left Heaven with Chikara, he does not harbor ill will towards heaven. However, despite this attitude, he still comes off much more "soft" than his "passionate" wife, who is much more harsh than he could ever be.
History: He was chosen by Suzaku to fight for the crown of the Third Layer of Heaven. He lost to Aizawa Sasuke. His fiance at the time, Yamazaki Chikara, won her fight for the crown of the Fifth Layer. However, the Shijin forbade them to marry because Jiishita was not a King. So, Chikara left her position as a King of Heaven, passing it on to Mikage Tsubasa.
Jiishita then left with his fiance for the Mortal Realm, where they were married and remained out of Celestial business until the War began to get hostile. Then they both decided to side with Sanada Tomoyo. They are Choirless Angels who have lost their natural and racial magical abilities.
Because they have lost their Celestial abilties, they have learned to adapt to the ways of Humans and harness the potential for the magic that they have developed, a magical style that involves realizing the potential of words. Jiishita in particular spent a portion of his life acquiring the usage of Martial Arts and learning how to combine what little magic he had left to create his gun and learn how to use it accurately.
Most honorable deed: despite having become a choirless, Jiishita has not lost his sense of Justice, although what makes it up, he believes, has broadened a little. His most honorable deed, as far as his own opinion is concerned, is that he was strong enough to remain loyal to the person he loved, and making the decision to remain with her, even if he lost his wings, was the most important thing that he has done with this life.
Most dishonorable deed: This being said, betraying his people and the law is the most dishonorable thing that he has done also. He left behind a plethora of friends, acquaintances and family to be with Chikara. And although he loved her, he recognizes that loving Chikara, though it may be now, was not his original purpose in life. To that end, he is betrayed his very purpose. While he has been able to get over that a little, it's still painful to think about.
Weapon: A gun, Perseus, with the magical ability to capture a portion of magic from the enemy and make it into specialized bullets.
