Personality: He is cold but not unsympathetic. He sees the plights of the weak and he does not mind helping. He is loyal, and he does whatever he can for Heaven--he does not like seeing his realm in it's current shape. He is against war, but is willing to support the currently ongoing one if it will ensure Heaven's existence as dominant of Hell. He believes that even though Heaven has made mistakes, they are allowed to, and therefore should be held accountable for them (his argument against Tomoyo's Fall). However, this does not mean that Heaven should be destroyed, but rather reconfigured to prevent such mistakes from happening again.
For Setsuna, he feels that if he had emotion, he would love her more deeply than any being that exists or could exist in the future in Heaven. He cared about her existence, and has worked on behalf of it, since before she was conceived. He tries his best to please her in all the ehings that she does, and when she committs actions that put herself in potential danger he reacts harshly, partially blaming himself. He is polite to her in all things, and if necessary, would sacrifice himsellf for her when possible.
History: he trained under Suzaku, for the purpose of earning the crown for his sister--who was prophecized to rule soon after he did. Because of this, he studied dilligently; he has always been devoted to his sister. He participated in the battle following the Kouma Sensou and was present to help defend Hishikawa Tohru at her wedding.
Strengths: Loyalty, devotion, kind, can be harsh when the moment calls for such measures, sympathic.
Weaknesses: Can be overly harsh, critical, feels no true loyalty to anyone but Setsuna--not even himself.
