It was pointed out by a visitor that the Profiles Rules [located in the Rules board] and a post in the New Members Board were inconsistent.
I'm posting the modification to let everyone know of the uniform rule.
As a new member, one is allowed to created a Group One character, which includes: Human, Jin, Youkai and Vampire. Anything outside of that is off limits until an evaluation is made.
I believe that the post in the Rules Board said that one is only allowed to create a Human character. This has been modified since then, and I suppose I missed the cross-reference on those pages... ^^;;
