I am writing to inform you as well as request your approval of plans to create an underground construct for the purpose of cityspace in my Layer. I am aware that this is not necessary as a measure to ask approval, but I know that there has to be paperwork proof of the endeavor so that it can said that you were informed. It's all the same to me.
Anyway, it's going to be a pretty big city. The name will be "Liwet," as in the hold hebrew word for Inspiration. Humans like that, right? Hebrew names? It's tradition, so It thought I'd keep it. The City will be encased underground, literally a fortress, one with passages connecting to the underground shelters in Guardrael. I've had several architects approve the idea, and with the help of Guardrael's Earth Elementals the city should be nearly impenetrable when the order is given to seal it for battle. The city will be like a cavern, the walls carefully constructed from the very stone we'll be excavating from underground. It will take some time to complete, but it will serve well as a fortress and will be equipped with several weapons to deal with those who traverse above it on the surface, as well as mechanisms that will help just in case there is a disturbance in the city. I do not want another of Ilreg's delinquent attacks happening again. I will not allow it.
