The time was right for a little pow-wow of sorts for Aika and her family. Just as she promised her daughter, Sara, she was standing outside the flower shop. The Smell of the Tokyo night life was strong with vigor, just as strong as she left it all those years ago. And before you wonder, it wasn't like Aika was spending all of her free time out and about at night. Or maybe she was and it was Aika's first time in a long while to stop and smell the proverbial roses of the night time. What ever the case maybe, she was here and luckily with her key to the shop's door.
Pulling out her old key to the shop, old memories flooded her mind. "Time seemed to stand still here from the outside of here..." she spoke out loud. She inserted the key into the keyhole and turned it to the right, the sound of the lock letting her know that it was alright to open the door. it was dark in there and really Aika didn't expect for it to be any different. She knew that the real action was going on down below her. Still it bugged her how the flower shop was in such a mess. "What the hell could have happen here?" she questioned herself. That would be another thing on the list of things that Aika wanted to address.
"Sara," she called out as soon as the door closed behind her, "Shadow. Be good boys and girls, let up the elevator for your mom."
