Miami, Dade County, Florida
It was supposed to be a free day for Perfect Square, per usual, and the girls, Jyotika and Ameria, wanted to go shopping. It wasn't Lacroso Venta's nor Kisho Kado's cup of tea, but they decided to tag along anyway; Kisho for fresh air, and Lacroso to stretch his legs and drive. The Bossman, Victor Kingston Slade, had a marvelous selection of vehicles, and Lacroso wasn't going to rest until he got behind the wheel of every single one. Today's choice, a custom 2010 Ford Mustang convertible with Slade's own tech. Red with White Detail.
Lacroso Venta decided on a simple black tee and Jeans. He, nor Kisho, who wore purple sweats, was much on Fashion. Truthfully, Ameria Granger could go without it, too. But the princess knew how to dress. Sporting a burgandy fitted dress that cut short, with black leggings and short burgandy boots, She was dressed to kill, or, at least to injure and make jealous. As she came down to the garage, she slicked her long brown tendrils back and traced her index finger along her black choker as she made eye contact with the already-in-wait Gentlemen. Lacroso nodded in approval, and Kisho simply sank deeper into his seat, flushing from reading his teammate's mind in regards of what he would do to her if given the chance.
Not taking too long to complete a local area scan, Ameria whipped her head around and back to Kisho. "Where's Jyo?" she exited finally, replacing her earlock again. "I could contact her telepathically." Kisho answered. The look on Ameria's face spoke of dissatisfaction. "She knows it's time to go," Ameria stated. "I don't wanna miss any sales. The shoes I saw at Gracy's were to die for! If I don't get a pair...." Ameria began to crackle electric energy in her left hand, balling it up tight. "Easy, sparks." a female voice called from across the garage. "I'm over here." Jyotika, wearing a beautiful sun-dress that was yellow with flowers detailed in many oranges, made her way to her teammates. Hopping into the front passenger seat, Jyo readjusted her dress strap and continued speaking. " I want those shoes too. So Let's hit the road already!" Shrugging, Ameria opened the back door behind Lacroso and got in as he turned the key in the ignition. The roar of the engine made Lacroso inhale with his teeth clinched. As He Backed up, Jyo turned on the radio.
Too bad the radio was left on the police wave.
"Attention! Emergency at 956 Koala drive in Richmond Heights ! Two Apartment complexes are On Fire with multiple civilians inside. Requesting backup and All available Miami fire crews immediately!"
Lacroso looked at Jyo, then back to Kisho and Ameria. Everyone's face read the same. With That, Lacroso Turned the wheel, Gave the gear two clicks, and jammed on the accelerator.
