Celestique is a metal of divine origin. It was discovered in the Fifth layer of Heaven during the now complete Aegis Project. The metal itself seems to provide outstanding protection against various forms of attack. Seems to further improve itself with the abilities of its wearer. Bolsters supportive abilities, such as healing, and protective spells. is unique in the sense that it can be woven like cloth into any form desirable.
This merits further investigation.
THIS JUST IN! Experimented with Seraphim and the rest of the Angelic races. Although the armor maintains its protective properties, the boost to supportive magicks is absent.

What you're doing is very tricky Hotaka. By opening up the floor for minerals to be discovered, you're sort of starting a "tit for tat" thing, especially if anyone in Hell wants to make a mineral to make this even.
You also have to remember that Hell is only a reflection of Heaven, carved out of the very same Realm. That means that there's a possibility that Hell can discover this as well.
What I think would be more pertinent would be if you and I collaborated together and came up with a list of Celestial metals, alloys and/or steel along with minerals, precious jewels and other such things.
We can decide all the properties, and specify places where they can be found. We can also set rules for what can be mingled together without fatal results and what can't. We can even come up with a timeline, if you wish.
Without structure, I can't put this into the archives, but I am willing to work with you on it, as you can see from the ideas I have above. Let me know how you feel.

Heaven knows (no pun intended) how late this reply is, but I still think I should push to get this discovery into the actual game.
I feel like what Ive done is fair in that anyone can use it, they just dont get the same effects as an Upright Angel. I even went so far as to say that its even Race specific. Its only at its best when worn by an Archangel.
Anyone can do what Ive done. I just think there should be more rewards available for Uprights staying Upright than it is for Falling. Right now, the reward for staying Upright, is not being hunted by Tsubasa, and not being Scorned by Kouzetsu.
For Falling you get a place where you can relax and party all of the time.

I don't mean to be offensive, but have you taken a look at what you have in your first post? You do not denote anything about possible effects for Fallen, and you haven't really implied that "anyone" can use it. There also ISN'T anything in the post that implies racial specifics.
Take a look at the things that have been approved for other members. They've put up well rounded information. And it's been accepted. I need more information than what you've given me on Heaven and Hellion sides.
I think you misunderstand what I'm asking from you.
Celestique is a mineral unique to Heaven. I get that. Celestique can remain that way. I have no problem with that at all.
However, introducing a mineral to Heaven, no matter what it is or where its origins lie, means that there needs to be a general description of minerals on the RPG. There needs to be a breakdown of what constitutes as a mineral in the Celestial Realms--if it's different from the Mortal Realm--and a list of example minerals that have been used in the past for all three Realms: The Mortal Realm, Heaven and Hell. That's what I mean when I say that I need it to be rounded.
Then you can list Celestique as a new discovery and note that it is only found in Heaven.
I don't have a problem with an exclusive mineral for Heaven. I just need there to be enough background information so that the members know despite Celestique not being in Hell, other minerals can be found there.
I apologize if I was unclear before. I hope that this description was better.
However, I still can't pass your suggestion until the information I want is presented.
