The Demonic Bands are not Demons in the Mortal sense of the word, though Heaven has adopted the term as a malicious joke their opponents. As with Heaven, Hell also has seven plains, each with their own races with attributes. They are refered to as the Fallen of Heaven, those who have broken the characteristics bestowed upon their race by the Shijin. Some by accident, some for a cause and others by their own ignorance; they are all grouped together by Heaven as sinners. The Seventh band of Fallen are the Balseraphim (singular: Balseraph). They resonate Lies. The antithesis of their Heavenly counterparts, they can tell when you're lying, why you're lying, and any harmful effects it may have on those whom you lie to. The first band that existed on the surface of Hell. They can claim to have the first Fallen Angel, which was unexpected by Heaven. Most of them Fell because they were shrouded in their own lies, no longer able to tell the truth apart from their own opinion of the world. Because of this, they can easily manipulate Humans into believing an entirely different reality if they focus on the being long enough. Their wings are made of pure shadow, often taken by Humans for a cloak draped across their shoulders, though they can become solid and feathery at will. Their wings can also become shadows projected onto nearby walls so that Humans won't recognize them. Their opposite in Heaven are the Seraphim.

The Sixth band of Fallen are the Djinn (singular: Djinni). They are Hell's manipulators, and as such they resonate Wishes. Like their opposites, they can attune themselves to a being--however, it becomes an obssession more often than not, and they begin to not bear being able to disobey their "Master's" commands. The good news for them, however, is that after seven wishes, they physically own the soul of the being that beseeched them. The wings of Djinn look more like smoke than actual wings--which is where the Human folk lore for the modern "Genie" came from. However, in the blink of an eye, a Djinn can harden its wings, making them steel sharp enough to cut down an elder oak tree in the Mortal Realm. They are the race whose magical ability is most restricted. Because of their nature, they cannot perform magic without a single piece of will from their Master. Djinn not bound to anything are considered most dangerous because of their nature. However, they possess incredible physical strength. Despite their slave-like appearance, the Djinn have presented themselves as a force to be reckoned with. They are ruthless, and have been known to be able to pervert a wish into anything they want it mean. Their opposite in Heaven are the Cherubim.

The Fifth band are the Demiangels (singular: Demiangel). They, like their rivals, resonate Willpower. Their wings function the same way, by sheer force of will but are usually black or blue. However, in Hell, the Demiangels are a particularly nasty bunch, almost as haughty as the Malakim in Heaven. They like to force their wills on the minds of others and participate in the internal struggle for control. Because of their natures, there aren't too many Demiangels in Hell; the population that exists there is split in origin--half of them had to be tricked into Falling, and the other half is so strongminded that they are sure they did it for the right reasons. Whether or not various stories are true depend on the Demiangel. Usually, they function as the fighters in Hell, because of their one track mind--they would rather die than fail at a mission. Once they have made up their mind about you, it is hard to change their opinion. Their counterpart in Heaven are the Archangels.

The Fourth band are the Habbim (singular: Habbalim and Habbalah; male and female respectively). They resonate Emotion, the opposite of their counterparts. Because Elohim are supposed to be objective judges, they are shunned or eventually exiled from Hell when they acquire any emotion. They are deemed a hindurance to their kind, and therefore most of the Habbim in Hell are not there willingly. Hell has become the only place where they feel realtively accepted. Because they resonate emotion, they understand the weaknesses of most emotions. They can tell how you feel, the different emotions you've experienced in the past and who they were directed for as well as why you feel that way. In the Mortal Realm, most Habbim make themselves at home as psychiatrists and other occupations that examine the Human psyche. Those who cannot find some sort of purpose usually go insane, which makes them highly dangerous. Their powers are already unstable because they are based moreso from their emotions than normal. Their six wings are never all black, which is a mystery to those in Heaven and Hell. There have been different combinations of ratio for black and white wings, with the most common being half white and half black. Their opposites in Heaven are the Elohim.

The Third band are the Lillum (singular: Lillite). They are the servants of Hell. Created by the Seventh King of Hell, Sanada Tomo, they are the race juxtaposed to the Malakim, the honorable of the Heaven. They are the only "true" demons in Hell, who were made and not simply a mirrored version of another creature. Lillum resonate Freedom, the one thing that they don't have. Because they are slaves, they almost always belong to someone else in Hell. They have free will but never exercise it, and even in cases when a Lillite can find freedom, it will be awkward and misplaced for the rest of its life, as their servitude is almost a culture to them. Lillum in Hell are only known to produce through joining with other species in Hell. There has never been a case of a male Lillite in all the thousands of years their race has existed. Reproduction amongst themselves, however, is the one secret that the Lillum have and have not divulged. They also have the ability to change the inherited traits of every child they have so that they are pure, 100% Lillumi and thus other creatures in Hell tend to not reproduce with them. Their creator has not pressed either of these issues, and so has no one else. Because they are true demons, having no Upright Angels to be derived from, they have no wings. Their appearance is slightly more beastial than Human, with long claws and an animalistic physique--they look like animals that walk upright, so to speak, and the amount of humanistic features vary per Lillite. Depending on how they are made, they are often mistaken for Jin, although after noticing the lack of free will one usually catches on. The Lillum's opposite in Heaven (layer-wise) are the Malakim.

The Second band are the Shedim (singular: Shedite). These are the corrupted Kyrum, who are obssessed with obtaining a physical form through whatever means possible. The Shedim resonate Stasis. Shedim are perfectly content to live immortally within the form of a human. Since they can't create this form on their own, the Shedim are forced to steal their form from a human, virtually possessing them for all eternity. In this way, many humans have lived far beyond their mortal expectations; most humans are aware of what their body is doing, whether or not they can control it, but few humans remember what they did while they were possessed once the Shedite leaves. These creatures love humanity, and everything about it. They love the perversions, lust, passion, pleasure, physical pain and ecstacy. They have become obsessed with the physical plane, and are therefore trapped by it. Most other demonic bands simply scoff at the Shedim's ridiculous waste of energy. Shedim are formless and wingless. They look completely human when they possess a human's body, save for subtle features such as reddened eyes. The rivals of the Shedim are the Kyrum.

The First band are the Impudim (singular: Impudan). Like their counterparts, they resonate Communication. They possess all the same abilities. Most Impudim wander earth like the Shedim; the two bands are perhaps the most friendly toward each other of any demonic or angelic sub-races. Although they're lower on the food chain, the Impudim are tolerated more than the Shedim by other demonic bands. The Impudim had the shortest distance to fall -- they were already walking among humanity, they simply became attracted to it and finally, completely obsessed by it. Unlike the Shedim, they are not obsessed with the physical side of it; they are adept manipulators, and enjoy stringing a good lie or practical joke. They also enjoy being the center of attention. Their wings are like the standard Angelic wings, but a deep, piercing black, blue, or blood red. The opposite of the Impudim are the Mercurim.
