or voice he has come into contact with.
Before his fall, Migoto secretly created a guitar, constructed from Heavenly metals. These metals, whose molecular structure is composed of a combination of loose, free floating particles, as well as rigidly aligned particles, is akin to solid water, not like ice, and allows for the excessive amount of vibrations the instrument can channel and create, without sacrificing structural integrity that would otherwise result in damage to the guitar itself. After his fall, he used the wings of a deceased Mercurim to create special strings for the guitar, for the purpose of using the Mercurim's innate ability of 'communication' to strengthen his instrument. Also around this time his reconfigured his guitar to closely resemble both weapon and instrument, giving it the blade of an axe on its side.

roll of a jester, looking to install an easy going atmosphere or lighten the mood. Focused on making music and listening to
sounds, which can cause him to be irresponsible at time when carrying out orders due to lack of focus on task at hand.
History: Born in Heaven's fifth layer a century ago, Migoto is relatively young. As he Cheribium, he frequented the mortal realm
often, developing a taste for mortal customs, especially music, Migoto found himself distracted from his heavenly tasks,
spending copious amounts of time in the mortal realm. Developing a taste for music, Migoto found himself secretly learning to
play the guitar, a mortal instrument, while he was away from heaven, mortal customs forbidden there. To go along with his new
found love for music, Migoto would done the visage of a mortal on his secret trips to the mortal realm, shirking his heavenly
duties.
Referring to himself as Tony, he would often times find himself playing for sick and dying mortals at hospitals, also
finding himself playing on street corners and small bars, which he also frequented often. It is in one of these he found a
woman named Sara, who was a musician in a band called the Cresendolls. Falling for her, he assumed the role of lead guitarist
for her band.
Migoto's happiness was abruptly brought to an end in an unfortunate series of events; His lover Sara was killed in a car
crash on the way to a show and the subsequent breaking up of the band, and his being cast out of Heaven for wanton disregard
for the Laws of Carnality. Finding himself without a purpose, he sought the aid of the Yami-ou of Hell, Sanada Tomo for a
purpose. It was here he found acceptance and where he currently resides, acting as a jester of sorts, while attending to his
job as information courier to the Yami-ou on the happenings and changing times of mortals. Amongst his travels, he still
prefers to entertain mortals, meeting and bonding with a Sound sprite named Hibiki, who reminded him of his lost love Sara.
Strengths: Good memory, ambidextrous, excellent hand dexterity, exhibits great control over element
Weaknesses: Irresponsible, focus on sound generation can cause him to become distracted
Most honorable deed: Becoming the surrogate Parent of the Elizabeth, the small child left by her parents to die at Yancha's clinic. Migoto took it upon himself to care for the girl, going so far as to perform a concert to raise money for her treatment, after which her began to raise her himself.
Most dishonorable deed: Migoto's recklessness caused the car crash that ended the life of his Human lover, Sara. Paying more attention to the radio than the road, Migoto taking his eyes of the road to find a tune he found interesting caused the head on collision that resulted in Sara's death, and him becoming greatly injured. Torn by Sara's death, Migoto return to Heaven bandaged with minor injures, after being missing for several months in the Mortal Realm. With his guitar still on his back, it became apparent where his allegiance lie and he was cast out promptly.
