Age (generation): 1500
Lineage: Traces back to Kouryuu; although he is a physical descendant of the Golden Dragon of the Center Palace, he nor his family are acknowledged as members of Kouryuu no Ichizoku for the reason that Kouryuu's named descendants are not determined by bloodline, but by ability and ambition.
Relatives: none, considers Tsubarisu Hotaka a brother
Ranks/Titles: The Silver Tongued One, Warrior of Law, The Sterling Sword
Realm: Joukai
Pacts: None, Uses Law
Special Abilities: Very influential speaker, can spin nearly any argument in his favor, well versed and well read (uses abilities with the Element of Law to enhance his speaking skills)
An Avid Swordsman and martial artist, very proficient at talking opponents out of their game (also amplified by his passive use of the Element of Law)
Allegiance: Loyal to the King of the 5th layer of Heaven, Tsubarisu Hotaka, protective of his personal guard; The Einherjar (a group of Malakite that he personal trained), Loyal to Isurugi Mei, Loyal to Mikage Tsubasa
Race: Malakim
Birthdate: Never cared to find out translation to mortal months
Birthplace: Sansou, Third Layer of Heaven
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Significant Other: None
Personality: Kouzetsu is a stern and rigid being, a true bureaucrat, valuing neatness and punctuality. Cold and calculating, Kouzetsu is a true tactician, able to separate all feeling and emotion when engaged in combat. While not an active fighter, still provided training in swordplay and tactics to all other Malakim willing to take up his offer. When not fighting or instructing he serves as an adviser to his close friend and confidant Tsubarisu Hotaka, immersing himself in books and the arts.
History: A formerly highly skilled Makalite warrior, Kouzetsu served Heaven valiantly up until suffering a great injury in the First series of battles between Heaven and Hell. This injury left him without the use of his Silver Colored wings, and greatly damaged his legs, requiring a cane to walk. Not content with serving as a lame and enfeebled tactician, Kouzetsu felt his talents could be more useful elsewhere, serving under a King directly as an adviser, instead of a glorified soldier. During this hiatus, he delved into the world
of books and Law (the order and semantics of the workings of the realm itself), gaining much intellect and insight. Also during this time he sought out aid of a magician in the Mythical Realm to aid him in regaining his physical faculties. Soon after he recovered
from most of his injuries, he resumed training his swordsmanship, while still retired from active combat. He also befriended the young Heavenly King, Tsubarisu Hotaka, steadily gaining his trust, and soon rose to become a trusted adviser and confidant. Also sought to
improve the skills of Heaven's warriors for the upcoming war, he sought out former comrades within the Malakim ranks, and enlisted them as his personal guard, after making them undergo a rigorous training regimen. Now he seeks to finish what he couldn't be
a part of, the purging of Hell and establishing Heaven as the dominate power.
Strengths: Well read in knowledgeable in all of Heavenly law, he is a Highly intelligent cleric, A former warrior formally trained warrior, well versed in combat and tactics (though retired from combat)
Weaknesses: Logical and calculating nature can make him seem cold and uncaring to allies, causing them to become suspicious his motives, An injury from the Great War prevents him from engaging in combat for prolonged periods.
Most honorable deed: His highest deed would be the sacrifice he made to ensure that the remaining forces of his platoon (that would go on to become his Einjheriar) made it to the rendezvous point and were replenished, as he took on an enemy encampment on his own, losing the use of his wings and legs in the battle.
Most dishonorable deed: Killing his commanding officer, an Archangel who defected to the hellion forces, leading his troops into a trap. His remorse over this betrayal, allowed Gin to see this, as it was his lowest deed, upon which Gin slayed him in front of the remaining troops, breaking his own standard for adhering to rigid military discipline.
