History: Oracle was created by the Shijin, whose purpose for him was in case of their imprisonment, he would be able to release them from their bondage through the cooperation of a group with celestial blood. He was created as a celestial, but without wings, making him an instant outcast in Heaven. But his memory was faded, unaware of his creation or his purpose.
Aware of how dangerous Oracle was if he knew what the Shijin created him for, Mikage Tsubasa kept him busy as a hitman for hire. When the threat of Abbadon and his rebellion started to take a toll, Tsubasa hires Oracle to kill him and retrieve the "Sword of Darkness;" a very powerful magical sword that was passed down to Abbadon's lineage through one of Oracle's creators.
But having done Tsubasa's dirty work for years and finally sick of it, Oracle also decides to rebel against his client. Instead of killing Abbadon, he uses the sword to transform into a mortal, being the second one able to use the powers of the sword. He manipulated his thoughts to make him think that he used to be a very powerful demiangel.
But when he sent him to the mortal realm, the Sword of Darkness followed, cutting his hand and leaving traces of it's chaos magic in his system. This caused Oracle to become completely obsessed with killing Abbadon, along with his sadistic and sexual behavior toward others. One of those being the king of all of Hell, Sanada Tomo.
He first met the Yami-ou immediately after he sent Abbadon to the mortal realm, accidentally transporting himself into the seventh layer of Hell. He was captured by the Yami-ou's guards, under the belief that he was a spy for Tsubasa. Meeting Tomo for the first time in her male form, Oracle fell for him instantly, starting what would become a very long and steamy love affair. It wasn't until Oracle fully discovered his ability to transport to any realm he pleased until he made a trip back to Heaven and met Miyazawa Chiyo, pregnant with the twins of his current lover.
The two befriended each other instantly to the point where Chiyo offered Oracle to task of becoming the godfather of her children. But Sanada immediately intervened between the two right before Oracle could make his decision. The day ended with Chiyo asleep on her bed with Oracle and Tomo fore playing on the same long enough to learn about the keys of time and one of their locations.
Oracle then spent nearly a hundred years between the Realm of Time and the mortals doing odd jobs for the being Anubis in exchange for her key, and building up a reputation in the Mortal Realm as a being "more evil than the Boogeyman." His original plan -- acting under the influence of the chaos magic in his blood -- was to gather both keys and alter the past to his liking. Unfortunately, that plan failed.
After spending a lengthy amount of time in the mortal realm developing an abundance of disguises so that mortals wouldn't fear him, he returned to Hell to visit his former lover, Sanada Tomo. That was he found out that their mutual attraction, Miyazawa Chiyo had died. After an exchanging of hate felt and hurtful words, Oracle left Hell to live out the life of one of his disguises in the mortal world, Markus Bleache', overlooking his continuously-growing multinational corporation, Skylight Industries. But, still feeling that empty hole that Tomo filled, he decided to attend the wedding of her and her long-time love, Yamazaki Ren.
It was then that he observed the attack of the rebellion. Using this as an opportunity, he once again acted under his chaotic influences to try and sway both Tomo and the leader of the rebellion Ishii Shoko that whoever had Abbadon Hakaisha on their side in his true form could overthrow the other. That plan failed as well, ending with Tomo declaring that he wanted nothing more to do with the Zaihou.
Oracle, now alone completely, continued to wander around the mortals until a young man named Shadow Akuma approached him for a service. He was willing to do whatever Oracle wanted if in return Oracle would mend two of his emotional personalities back to his main psyche. Oracle then used this opportunity to hire the boy to find and destroy Abbadon Hakaisha, once and for all.
Somewhat at ease, Oracle returned to his home in Heaven only to discover that an elder was looking for him. His name was Hanajima Satori, and he had questions to ask him of his services during his time with Tsubasa. During their discussions, Oracle started to slowly fall for the man, upon learning of his origins as far as being hand-created by every one of the Shijin for the purpose that was unknown to both Satori and himself. Satori would later admit to Oracle that in order for him to have any involvement with Oracle, he would have to realign himself to Heaven and declare himself to the new king of Heaven since Chiyo's death, Kouzetsu Gin.
Once Satori took his leave, Oracle decided to do some research on the man Shadow Akuma. Not only did he find out that he was the leader of a bounty organization called the Devil Saints, but he also found out through the archives of Heaven that not only was he once a celestial in his past life called Shadow Seijin, but that he was also Abbadon's best friend at the time. This alerted Oracle that Akuma could cop out on their agreement and immediately went back to the mortals to try and find his location through two leads he found; his sister vacationing in Paris and his youkai girlfriend.
He tracked his sister in Paris first, disguising himself as a blue-haired homosexual man named Hako Akuni, who she befriended instantly. It wasn't soon until he was about to receive his desired information that the two were attacked by a very arrogant vampire, who later Oracle found out was named Yurik. After proving himself superior to him and losing his first lead, he was approached by a fae queen named Hilde. He fought her, refusing to allow his true form to show until they transported to Egypt, in which she apologized and declared her allegiance to him.
Afterwards, Oracle followed his second lead, the youkai girlfriend of Shadow Akuma whose family had a contact number for one of his other disguises called "Mr. Miracle." During their meeting, she made it clear that the reason for her visit was that she hoped he could help her find the location of her eleven year old sister, who had gone missing. Oracle then realized that by helping her find her sister, that she would be more than happy than to give the loaction to her boyfriend. But when given a list of names of people who could have her, Oracle scowled when one of them was Sanada Tomo.
Seeming to have no other choice, Oracle went back to the seventh layer of Hell to speak to Tomo about the missing child. She denied any information and at the same time chewed him down for all of his actions as of late. Leaving her palace, Oracle ran into a chaos user by the name of Mishiranu Arashi at her front gate. Attracted to the chaos magic, he was able to manipulate Arashi into hunting both Shadow and Abbadon in the mortals to find the Sword of Darkness.
Oracle, frustrated after his forced dealings with Tomo, located the home of Satori, hoping he could see him again. After being let inside his home, Oracle told him that he was finally ready to meet with the new Ha-ou of Heaven. He left immediately and returned to his home in Heaven, where he met a disciple of Kousetzu Gin named Kanzaki Toushi, sending word of Gin's interest in meeting him. Oracle accompainied him to the meeting quarters of Gin, where at first glance was reminded of Satori before continuing their discussion.
The meeting between Oracle and Gin ended with Oracle charged with the assignment of finding Abbadon Hakaisha, along with making sure that the Sword of Darkness was retrieved. Toushi was assigned as his operative and was given permission to travel to Kouzetsu's quarters along with a coin embedded with law magic that would act as a supressive for the chaos magic in his blood, as well as a tracking device.
With his mission assigned, Oracle traveled back to the mortals to continue searching for the flower shop, until he met the woman named Shounin Aika, who Oracle later discovered was the mother of both Shadow Akuma and Sara Akuma, his sister who he met in Paris. He also started to fall for her.
Immediately realizing that one of the clues to the location was given to him when he heard her say something about a flower shop, Oracle once again used his Markus Bleache' disguise to his advantage, searching through the loans department of Skylight Industries to see if an Akuma went through for payment on a flower shop. He was correct, and went to the location of the D. Saint Flower Shop in his Bleache' disguise, once again running into Sara.
After buying a small bouquet of flowers for his date with Aika, Oracle saw out the corner of his eye that Shadow Akuma was carrying an unconscious Abbadon to the back of the building, alerting him that this was the place. He immediately headed to a small park, getting in touch with Toushi to tell him of his discovery. But not without having a little bit of fun first.
Strengths: Oracle's strength is in his determination to get what he wants, whatever that may be.
Weaknesses: His weakness is in his lack of responsibility; he refuses to believe that whatever happens negatively toward him that theres the possibility that its his fault.
Most honorable deed: Oracle's most honorable deed involved one of his long-time loved ones Sanada Tomo. When he noticed that he needed conforting, he was there for moral support for him. But because he was married to Yamazaki Ren, Yamazaki Rei appeared before Tomo and he, under suspicion that because Oracle was there that Tomo would fall under sexual temptation. Because of either courage or caring for a true friend such as Tomo, Oracle was able to stand up to Rei and basically tell her that whenever Tomo needs him, that he will be there no matter what.
Most dishonorable deed: Oracle's most dishonorable deed was during the aftermath of Tomo's wedding. The rebels had ruined his perfect day and, because of Oracle's nature, he decided to start some kind of diversion that would feud the rivaling parties even more: He manipulated minds to make them believe that whichever side controlled Hakaisha Abbadon's power could overcome the other. Thus started the "Hunt for Abbadon". He involved Shirogane Setsuna, Ishii Shoko and even Sanada Tomo in the hunt. But evidently that plan failed.
Likes: manipulating others
Dislikes: being manipulated
Aspirations:
Appearence: Oracle usually parades in a white cloak, with his face covered in a white hood that becomes so dark within it that all you can see is the tip of his nose down. But on rare occasions when he reveals himself, he has hazel eyes and white hair. When he uses the power of Void, however, he changes his hair color from white to either blue or green. But the only thing on his body that will never change would be his cat-like eyes.
