As he walked through the doors of the Hospital, Migoto carried himself with an air of invincibility, his guitar strapped to his back, he felt as if the world was his to control with a whim of his pick upon the 6 strings of his instrument. Walking down the hall to the receptionist's desk, Migoto lowered his cerulean tinted shades he usually donned in his mortal disguise of Tony, and leaned on the counter of the desk. "Hey baby, do me a favor and tell the Doc I'm here making my rounds by making the world go round for the patients." Migoto said full of swagger, smiling as he placed his glasses back on face, covering his eyes.
A frequent visitor, Migoto came to the small hospital before doing shows in the Mortal Realm, a habit from his old days as a member of the heavenly host, playing to sick or terminal patients, as to make their transition from this life to the next easier, and today would be no different, as he continued his gallant stroll to his destination, slowly walking down the small hallway. "Hmm... here we go, Lizzy's room." Migoto said walking through the door of one of the few rooms to greet his audience of one.
Lizzy was a small sick girl, the daughter of wealthy socialite parents, who had not been to see their daughter since she was interred. Migoto had been to visit her often, hearing her cries of loneliness as he was passing thought the hall one day. After some conversation Migoto deduced the girl's parents only provided care as upkeep to their image, not concern to their daughter's health, which made Migoto realize cases like this made it hard to adequately do his job as a Djinn. Had he not cared, her soul would have been taken long a ago in a callous manner, tricking her into relinquishing her soul within the first meeting. But Migoto had a conscious, he liked humans and pitied their meager lot in life, so he sought to make her last days memorable, appearing only when she was well enough to wish him there.
"TONY!!! You came, just like you said!" The small little girl with bright red hair said as she shot u from her bed, coughing profusely as she was ecstatic to see her guest, her green eyes twinkling in delight as 'Dan' entered the room.
"And how's the most beautiful girl in the world doing today?" Migoto said, kissing her gently on the forehead, parting her hair with his finger, placing the parted hair behind her ear.
"I'm doing great now that your here, it's so boring in this stuffy old place." she said, her eyes dancing, her now brightend cheeks clashing with her pale skin as she watched Migoto as he pulled up a chair next to her bed, taking his guitar and placing it in his lap as he took his seat.
"Okay darlin', I think I'm gonna play you something special today, something you'll always remember." Migoto said, forcing his smile as his remembered feeling the little girl's slowly fading heart beat with his caress to her head, the small vibrations growing weaker when he took his hand off her forehead shortly after entering the room.
Migoto knew her time was coming to close and wanted to make her feel good, as much as he could before her passing, strumming his strings, he played a short arpeggios, the vibrations of his strings emitting sounds that entered her eardrums, messaging where with the subtle rhythms of song, relaxing the small child, as she laid back on her pillow, slowly closing her eyes. "Okay gorgeous, from the top." Migoto whispered, as he began to play the last melody she would ever hear as he began to make his guitar emulate the sounds of a violin.
"This on is called the Bittersweet Symphony, and I wrote it with you in mind Lizzy." Migoto said softly, trying desperately not to become overcome by the sadness of her passing, he continued to play, the tint of his glasses masking the sadness in his eyes.
