Rain (Shadow;Runa)

[Rosey]

(I'm bored so I'm gonna barge in.)

Rosey walked nonchalantly into the diner while humming to get something to eat. She didn't notice that the diner was a wreak into she heard the glass underneath her feet crunch from her weight. She scanned the area to see what had caused the place to become ruined and saw one of the guys that were dumb enough to get involved with the Heaven and Hell war.

"Did you do this? Why would do something like this?"

She noticed a lady bending over a Youkai that looked like she was impaled by a leg of some chair and walked over to her.

She shoved her out the way and looked over the wound of the girl that was strucked. It looked like it was deep but the stake prevented her from bleeding to death. She knew that as soon as the object was removed that the blood would just gush out. "Hold still, i'm gonna pulled this damn thing out of you. Its gonna hurt like a bitch." She grabbed the object and pulled it out quickly making blood gush out everywhere. She had her other hand over the wound and she started rubbing her fingers together to sprinkle faerie dust over the wound. It formed a seal where the veins and arteries were cut. "There the blood has stopped but you're still gonna need to heal up...So..good luck with that."

She started to proceed to the kitchen in hopes to find something to eat.

Shadow looked in awe as the young women easly healed the hurt youkai and just left to head to the kitchen.

That's why I need to get her on our side.... Shadow thought quitely as he kept his eyes on the women intll she fell out of sight and fell out of mind.

His head now on the task at hand: The people in the Hummer. Who ever they are, they had wepons and weren't afraid to use them at all. That and the fact that they had to be human, at least that what he thought.

The sound of car door's slamming closed took Shadow out of his thoughts as the Devil Saint's came in and started to do their job.

One of medical personal stop to see the the waitress sitting up right aganest a broken table, still weak from the leg that was just stuck in her. The nurse gave a salute to Shadow and the Bara did the same.

"This one," Shadow pointed the waitress, "Take her back to HQ, she was just heal but she still needs medical attention." The nurse gave a nod and the rest of them came a gurney.

"Shadow...." Shadow's phone churpped again.

Shadow took out his phone and answered it,

"This is Shadow, you found it?"


"Yes, Sir and no Sir."

"Huh? Well which one is it?"

"Well I found it and traced it for 2 miles but its signal just....vanish. The last known location is in sector 2341."

"Thats better then nothing. Over and out." Shadow placed the phone in his coat pocket and turned to Runa.

"So, Shall we?"

Rosey came out of the kitchen with a mountain of bread in her arms and a steak hanging out her mouth. She stopped at a table when she notice that there was food on it that hadn't been covered in debris. She sat down to place the food in her arms down and to eat the food on the table, completely ignoring the people that were there. All she cared about was eating. That was her goal. Her only purpose on being there was to eat until her hearts content. She could care less if her clothes were covered in blood. Well at the time being she isn't. But it didn't matter, she wanted food and she was enjoying what she could scrounge up.

As the medical team and clean up crew did there duties, Shadow saw the women who just helped him. He walked over to this mystery person, who for some strange reason, eating.


Of all places... Rage laughed, This is not a normal person...

Shadow walked to the table and extended his hand, "Thank you for your help. My name is Akuma Shadow, whats yours?" he gave a smile.

[Rosey]

Still eating, Rosey didn't noticed him approaching her, talking to her, or his extended hand until she went to reach over to grab whoever water on the table. "Move dammit", she said while smacking his hand away.

After she drank some water, she continued eating her bread. She enjoyed the biting through the bread to the soft insides. The bread went well with the steak she found in the back that was cooked until it started to turn brown. It was all delicious to her and it made her happy.

Shadow pulled his hand away and gave a nervous smile.

Yeah....not normal at all.... he thought as he turned away and looked at Runa.

Do you really want to risk her with this? lust questioned, I mean she can handle her-self but...

"I know but she'll go anyway just so I won't get hurt. I might as well let her go with me. Besides, I know she'd like to go hurt the people who did hurt her own kind."


He walked over to Runa and held her tightly.

"You ready to find them?' he asked softly.

[Rosey]

Rosey finally finished her food that she had found and gave a satisfied stretch. She looked down to make sure she didn't get any food on her but realized she had blood on her shirt. "Oh my god! My clothes!"

She jumped up knocking the table over and pointed to Shadow, "This is your fault!" She then ran towards the back to the kitchen where she searched for something, anything so she wouldn't be wearing a blood stained shirt. She saw that there was a sink where there was some dishes in it waiting to be washed. She pulled her shirt over her head and realized that it went through the shirt and got her bra and skin bloody. She removed the bra and grabbed a dish rag to scrub the blood off her body. She started running water over the articles of clothing, scrubbing viciously to get the blood out.

[A/N: I just wanted to state that timewise, this thread occured before the Karrasi post, which is why Runa's not recognizing you, Rosey.]

Runa, instead of hugging Shadow back just as tightly or defending his honor from the fae before him who was making a scene while participating in an already fucked up scenario, she said, plainly,

"You're a Fae," she said, surprised to find another being that was non-Human at this location. Even the Mononoke, the new vessel for the Yakuza Ruler was Human; she had not been expecting to find anything around here.

"Do you know anything about the man who drove by? The Mononoke?"

Realizing that the fae had rushed away to clean her clothes, she called after her. "Hey!! You!!!" and growled when she was not properly addressed.

As Runa ran into the the kitchan, Angel walked into the gaping hole that was left behind.

"So, Shadow," She said with a glee in her voice, "What is it that you did now, hmmm? And with a girl no doubt, you are so bad." She stop short, leaving distance between her and him. She knew how "attached" Runa was with Shadow and showing any feelings towards him, even if it was only harmless flurting, was a big No-No.

[Rosey]

Rosey hadn't heard the lady call after her, she was too upset about the blood being on her to have heard her. She scrubbed and scrubbed at the blood but she couldn't get it out. She ended up throwing the wet clothes in a trash can nearby. She grabbed another bra and top out of thin air just so that she wouldn't walk out the kitchen topless.

On her way out she grabbed some more bread and started eating it. She started walking out of the diner ignoring everyone around her. She was done with this place. She came for only one thing and that was food. She headed towards the hole in the wall, stepping over rumble as if the whole scene was normal.

Runa was frustrated that the rude pixie had left without so much as a word or a offer to help the injured here at the site of the new Mononoke's attack. For the briefest of moments, Runa actually wished that the Ishii Shoko was still the Mononoke; then at lease she could say that there was some element of predictability. She knew nothing about this new poser; nothing about his motives or objectives. Nothing.

She huffed, looking at Shadow as though he could do something to stop the Fae from leaving...

[Akuma Shadow]

Shadow looked back at Runa, her eyes on him like hawk.

She's doing it again.... Lust Said harshly

Doing what? Shadow questioned as if he really didn't know.

That look.... he said again I...better do something about that girl.

A red smoke appeared behind Shadow and before the figure was known, it was gone, after the girl who cried cuss words while she ate.

Angel tilted her head as she saw the red smoke. Then she smiled whne she saw Runa come out the door.

"So", She said as she sneaked up behind Shadow and put her arm around his neck in a loving fashion, "How's it been Miss Runa?" Angel wanted to tick off the yokai a little. She felt like she needed to just for kicks.

[Rosey]

Rosey still ignored them as she made her exit. She didn't want to deal with them right now. She wanted to go lay down somewhere after she had eaten her meal. Or perhaps get a drink. But she felt fatigued so she decided that a drink would have to wait.

[Akuma Shadow]

Shadow looked the gapping hole that was there. The Rain seemed to have stopped but it was still cloudy to a point that little to no sunlight was bracjing through the "scars" in the sky.

I....I

Then Shadow seemed to remember something.

She didn't answer my question... He thought as he turned to look at Runa, a soft smile on his face.

Better go ask her now.

"Runa, you didn't answer my perposal earlyer; Do you want to live with me?"

[Runa Lisger]

Runa wasn't sure what to say; her family was strict and she would need time to convince them. And so, she said all that she could to stall actually addressing the issue.

"I...I don't know...I'll need to think about it." she hoped that it wouldn't hurt his feelings, and he also hoped that he would understand.

"But right now we need to try to find the Mononoke..."

Finally, an answer. Not the answer that Shadow planned in his mind to hear but it was one he was will to wait for to really answer on a later date. He made a nod as he looked away towards Angel.

"I need you to go back to HQ, there's a young Yokai there that will need your help." He turned to Runa and made a stern look, "Runa, I want you to check out anymore information on this person. Meet back at my office when you have something. I'm going back to HQ to round up the others, there's something that we need to talk about."
