The Layer had changed so much since he had last been here. Now resembling a medeival town, Taiyou seached the outskirts, looking for the gravestones he erected for his family. "Dammit, they have to be around here somewhere." Taiyou said in despair, having seached desparatly for nearly a day now.
Arriving in Hell shortly after his training under the mountain, Oni warped Taiyou and herself to the Realm of Hell using her abilities as a Void sprite to transport Taiyou to the destination of his desire. "Had I not known you, I'd say your stalling, you don't want to fight Tomo do you?" Oni asked as Taiyou seached for the markers.
Ignoring Oni's comments, Taiyou located some polished stones near a small clearing of trees. "Found them at last!" Taiyou said excitedly as he ran over to the site where his family lay intered.
Kneeling before the five stones, one large stone surrounded by four smaller ones, Taiyou lowered his head slowly. "I told you I'd be back, and now I'mmhere to fulfill my promise to you." Taiyou said with tears forming in his orange eyes. "Tsuki my love, I'm so sorry for not being able to protect you and our babies..." Taiyou wept, apologitically as Oni stood silently in the background.
"Kyohaku, Shuensha, Tarento, Hoshi, not a day goes by I don't miss you dearly. Kyohaku my eldest, my son, you always made laugh, you were so funny, I couldn't have asked for a better child. Shusensha and Tarento, my twins, you were both so mischevious, yet neither was willing to tell on the other when caught making it hard to punish your cute faces, true twin brother and sister logic, I miss you sorely. And my Hoshi, my little Hoshi. So sweet and tender, so gentle you were a miniture Tsuki, not a day goes by that I don't ache from not holding you, any of you..." Taiyou said, wiping his tears.
Now standing on his feet, Taiyou seached for and found a large rock. Carving it with his sword and polishing with super heated air and his own hands, he marked the stone with his very own name, like he had done similairly for the stone of his family. Lifting the stone with one hand he placed the large object behind the rest, now the site contained a memorial for the whole family.
"Oni, let's go..." Taiyou said as he looked at her, his eyes filled with passion and determination.
"I'll open a portal..." Oni began before being cut of by Taiyou.
"Take me to the edge of the seventh layer of Hell, I'll walk the rest of the way." Taiyou said as he watch Oni open the Void portal, stepping inside, disappearing without anyone in the fourth layer able to do anything about his time there.
