Allegiance: The people of Tenmeigakure are bound to each other and their honor. They have no real outside allegiances due to the discrimination that they run into, and the dishonorable state of the outside world.

Nature of the Organization: The purpose of the village is to find strength. They believe that they will one day find the great warriors with flaming wings.
History: The village of Tenmeigakure was not initially a village of actual existence. In the time of peace in Japan the need of those skilled warriors decreased. In the mortal realm the ninja clans had become a secret force known for their skill. Because so many humans had begun to refuse the existence of magic and anything supernatural the ninja was becoming a living myth. At first the people that worked in the shadows were called the people of the dawn. They were a people that followed the honor code of the samurai and worked under the emperor.
In the midst of the time that Japan prospered in a peaceful age the emperor called for the leaders of the village. Oda Rimenshi was the current leader of the people of the dawn. He was a very honorable man and was committed to his people. The emperor ordered the whole of the people to kill themselves. Naturally this was unacceptable, and as such, Rimenshi took his people to a place they could live away from the growing prejudice and fear.
Now that Tenmeigakure has been formed they began to grow and become an even stronger force. Having surpassed much of the norm of humanity the people formed a new goal. The legend of a god with glorious flaming wings became the goal for every warrior of Tenmeigakure. The statue in the center of the village is of a Malakite, the form they see as the greatest sign of the warrior. The flaming wings is said to be the symbol of power, the same symbol that the first leader of Tenmeigakure had. He was able to create a set of flaming wings on his back in the fashion of an angel. Which is why Oda Rimenshi stands beside the angel in the statue.
Strengths: Unified and close people that seem to be family. (many actually are)
Weaknesses: The system of government is currently destroyed and the current leaders are the elders, who have little skill in managing battle or anything in that field
Aspirations: To join with the warrior race of legend (malakim). (though not everybody wants the same thing)
