The space that he moves through is connected to the Heimenkai however and does not truly exist in any one place as it is a tie between two places. Arashi has become more capable of creating the rift necessary to form the herethere tunnel but he usually ends up appearing in awkward places once exiting the tunnel. Sometimes he will enter flying up wards and exit being hurled into the ground.

Has the ability to manipulate his blood at his will. He does this because his blood itself is living chaos from the physical embodiment of Ranmyaku in his blood stream. His level of control is greatly affected by his acceptance off Ranmyaku as a part of him. At this point he is able to create creatures from his blood. He can proportion the amount of them he can make accordingly with the amount of blood he has spilled, though he will be burdened with each and every one of the creatures senses. The creature sees whatever Arashi sees and vice-versa which makes Arashi very weary mentally. With an amount of effort on both his and his sprite's part Ranmyaku is able to take shape from Arashi's blood. When this happens she will take the form of a female, always with the tail and ears of a cat and resembling a lillite. Her appearance is mildly different each time she takes shape and Arashi has yet to find a way to control her appearance.

His wings are bound completely to chaos much like the rest of them, except that in haze form that are easily utilized as a weapon. It's not much different then a cloud of chaos that can be used at his discretion.

Aside from his other abilities he excels in muay tai. Though, his skill is unpolished and in need of work, his celestial blood make up for this in some part. Arashi has recently found himself using his blood to fight more then his fists, but he can handle himself a little better then an idiot in a close ranged fight without his magical blood.

Arashi's blood flows within Arashi's veins and it is purely fused with Chaos. Every cell of Arashi's blood is tainted with chaos and is a usable weapon. Arashi can control the concentration of the energy as well as the amount of energy in his chaos enriched blood. The blood becomes a active and seemingly living force of power when Arashi uses it. Often Arashi will inflict wounds on himself in order to make the effect more useful. The tactical advantage of leaving his blood on the ground around the area he fights in is obvious. He can shape and control the blood at will, and Ranmyaku is also able to do this. Ranmyaku can manipulate the blood as it is a part of her as well. This makes it so that Arashi is able to manipulate his blood and fight in sync with the sprite in his body. If Ranmyaku is not in his body, Arashi is unable to manipulate the blood as well and she is unable to use it. Though, with or without her he is able to do things and set things up with his blood if given the time.

Personality:Arashi's personality is best described as hungry. He seeks knowledge and power above all else. He fears only the loss of what he has gradually achieved. He has no real attachment to his own life or a care for the lives of others. He has a serious disposition along with a sardonic sense of humor. Even though he has no need to feel empathy he understands and takes in things from other viewpoints. His personality has a habit of changing slightly according to any strong traits a soul he absorbs may entertain.
On the other hand Arashi finds his personality shifting to that of an average kid. Where he wants to be peaceful and play, as well as relax and enjoy himself. His flip in nature usually happens in the mortal realm, where the influence of celestial power and presence doesn't pressure him. It's a strange habit, though he seems to feel more at ease in the mortal realm where the level of his power isn't as low.
History:
Arashi is a certified accident. He is to this day the only male Lillite, though he doesn't know it. He was conceived in the attack on the sixth layer of hell as a volley of magical blasts shook the walls of the layer. His mother was in the layer with her master..who was also the father of her unborn child. The neko lillite he was born to took an indirect blast from a mana cannon, the extreme magical radiation let off by the blast had a large effect on her body, causing her to become more animistic. A second effect the intensely focused blast was that it altered the child she was carrying. The child was born later and was presented to Toll, the lillite's master(and Arashi's real father). Her master was unsure what to make of the young boy and believed she was being dishonest with him about the identity of the child. He looked the boy over and found that he was indeed on of the lillum race, as well as of the Djinn. Toll was a cruel old Djinni and decided the boy was an abomination and was to be disposed of. He took the boy and sealed in him a chaos sprite. The sprite ran rampant in the young Arashi's body, altering his physical appearance and draining away his natural form. His blood was changed to a magic consuming acid, his body was changed so that he looked like a human child, leaving him with only ears and a tail. The sprite was contained with only this amount of damage however by the boy's latent magic. His body naturally used most of it's magical energy to contain the powerful sprite.
Toll cast the boy into Ningenkai and left him, believing the sprite would finish him. The chaos ran through the child still, but without causing massive damage at a time. The crying boy was found by a young blood boy in an alley in Japan. This was the young doctor Yancha, who took the boy home with him. Yancha and his mother reinforced Arashi's veins with magic and aided his body in stabilizing from the havoc of the Chaos sprite. The effect of the sprite had not ended there however. Arashi was adopted into the family but was not given the family name. Yancha was given the duty to look after him, his father being busy most of the time. As a child Arashi's anger problems and unnatural strength led to constant problems. He was enrolled in martial arts in order to give him something to focus his rage into. Yancha decided to find ways to help him outside of fighting.

One of Yancha's experiments was focused on Arashi's blood trait, which awakened the sleeping sprite. As a result the thirteen year old Arashi underwent his first explosive transformation. The mind of Arashi was seduced and discarded by the spiteful sprite and he went into a rage which was stopped after hours of rampaging in the woods by Yancha's barrier. Arashi was frequented by these fits of rage whenever his anger topped his self control. The first transformation was very potent. It was the first time his body was so changed by the magic sealed inside of him and the effect was that he let an enormous amount of magical energy off.
The mother of the now sixteen year old Arashi had felt her son's presence though she was whole realm away. His transformations were felt in her gut and she had taken awhile to recognize it for what it was. She told her master, Toll, of the discovery that her child was well and he was furious. Toll ordered her to go and slay the boy and any that where close to him. At that she was sent through a portal into the human realm. Once there she was quick about locating the boy and she sharpened her claws. The family barely knew what had happened, she tore through the house,slashing down the man and woman that had taken the role of Arashi's parents. Yancha set a shield against her and tried to save Arashi. Arashi on the other hand lost his temper and flew at the lillite blindly and was knocked away, a clean slash across his chest. He saw that she was striking his death blow and closed his eyes..wishing to be free from this place...from the flaming scene before him..and in that moment he vanished and appeared in a place far from his home. Believing her job done..and drowning in guilt and remorse for her deed the mother of the young Arashi returned to hell....
Munashii Arashi woke up in a ditch somewhere on the Yellow river near Lanzhou with no memories and no clothes.He was taken in by a kind Muslim merchant and his family while he regained the few memories he could, his name and a few images about his parents.His small amount of memory always bothered him but he always tried to get along.But his drastic mood swings and sometimes savage and destructive rampages led to conflict those around him...in those conflicts he found he lacked control of his wrathful nature...usually only able to regain control while covered in dried blood and shredded bodies. After a few months he had an extremely vivid dream about being dragged half dead from the house of his mother by a demon drenched in his mothers blood and woke up in a wild blood-lust and killed the merchant's family. He ran away when he finally broke the rage and searched for the meaning of the dream...so far all he could find was a lead on a group of bounty hunters..
Arashi met up with Akuma Shadow and met a few of his group but left before taking a test to join them. That night he meet Tomoyo and Rosey, bringing his amount of paranormal experience to a new height. After spending a good few hours talking and being gently convinced Arashi was taken into her palace in hell. He was then subject to an episode of lost control which was quickly stamped out by Tomo. Th regression led him recovering a bit of memory.
Arashi know accepted that he was likely not human, but wouldn't openly admit it. He know knew that before he happened upon the merchant family he was the youngest son in a happy family. He had an obsessive brother a loving mother and a gracious yet strict father. He didn't remember names or faces but he remembered the last day they spent together. He remembers the blood, and the flames
That night he was attacked by a demon. Not a youkai but something feline and inhuman. The creature slashed arashi's parents to ribbons and razed the house. His brother saved them with a magical barrier, then a terrified arashi lost control and attacked the demon. He was flung away and just before he was struck by death in the form of the creatures claw he, as if by instinct, whispered the words "herethere" and vanished, coming into existence in another place.
With this memory he knew more about himself, not enough to satisfy but enough to move on. He stayed with Tomo that night and went to a Tavern the next day. He met her ragtag band of youkai and heard a prophecy. Now Arashi finds himself untrusting and frightened...
On the other hand..Arashi's mother in hell noticed that the feeling she got from Arashi hadn't left. She was terrified that she had failed her master and went to him to inform him of what was going on. With the highest level of disgust in her failure Toll killed the lillite and set out to find Arashi himself. The boy had survived his hand two times too many.. it was time for a father to son chat.
Arashi was now confident he had something to find in himself and the would around him. He set out to find it...leaving the place he'd taken under Tomo's wing and heading out into the human realm to search for..well everything.
Arashi found the sprite within him as it took control of his body in a mountain pass somewhere in Asia. The sprite spoke to him and over time revealed much of Arashi's past, and what he really was. Arashi, upon learning of his origins woke up in a village of human elemental adepts whom understood and manipulated elements. He managed to steal the souls of the leader of the village and the strongest fighters, her personal guard in less then ten minutes. He realized that unlike the sprite had told him, it merely took three wishes to do so. This was a fact because he is such an unstable being in the first place. The lillum blood in him still ran too thick, along with the fact that he is still not technically a fallen make his wish count lower then the more complete Djinn of hell. In Arashi's case his wish count is to increase for every major soul he absorbs(celestials and the like). Along with this the haze form of his wings grows darker and thicker as the wish count grows. When he finally reaches seven wishes his wings will take a black haze form as well as the black, sharpened wings of a Djinni when solid.
After his time in the ninja village he attained a new understanding in the concepts of elemental magic, along with it's application. He also has an understanding of sacre mot. His ability to understand the mortal magics is great due o the absorption of the souls knowledge..though he is only just barely able to actually use these abilities. For the most part he took in fighting technique and a new way of speech.
Arashi has taken the soul of his father and the soul of his adoptive brother, Yancha. Though he has the right to Yancha's soul by way of magical contract, he has yet to actually remove it or it's energy from his body, keeping Yancha instead as a puppet that can operate outside of any allegiance.
After killing his father he was healed by Yomi, who offered him solace in her home. The boy left her place to go and visit Tomoyo once more. His visit was standoffish at first but quickly became a festive occasion. He met the daughter of Tomoyo named Cielle and ended up with a crush. He promised Tomoyo a wish, and has thus began to think of ways to make good on his agreement. After that there was a small amount of discussion between the hellion king and her husband so Arashi left for a game with the young Cielle. The woman taught him how to play chess and they played a high stakes game in which Arashi was trounced and realized his tactical deficiency. After leaving the castle again his journey restarted.
Arashi killed the king of the second layer of heaven and took her soul. After he did this he used her memories to return to(in his mind) the second layer in order to tell them of her death. His intent had quickly went from an alert to mass murder as his fathers hatred for the uprights and his own mild confusion erupted into a chaotic and violent outburst. By first taking out the guards the rest of the people inside the castle were caught in the storm of bloody destruction and crushed in the collapse of the structure. Arashi then left the layer and found himself in the tavern he had visited with Tomo and met with the young barkeep.
After the murder Arashi went once more to the realm of heaven, but this time to the layer that he would consider his own. As he had not yet fallen fully, Arashi felt uneasy even then. Though, in the hopes of finding his answer, Arashi wondered the streets and happened upon an upright female. The girl was sweet and he decided to speak with her. The discussion was harmless banter but he fell into a trap of his own design and let off more then he meant to. The Mercurian quickly recognized him as the monster that killed all those that were in the second layer castle. He spread his wings, and saw that they were now black, he saw this and so did the residents of the layer. Arashi left the layer and found himself again in the seventh.
After a small altercation with Cielle and a stranger he was invited to go out with her and a friend. Arashi traveled to the mortal mall with Cielle to meet her upright friend.
Arashi found out of his fathers estate and went there. As was his father will he was to inherit it all, though most was to be seized by Yomi. Arashi had a moment of despair upon seeing his Lillite sister and his dead mother's room. he collected a blade of his father's and left the young lillite in the hands of Yomi. His sister was as a child and Arashi was unsure how to care for her just yet.

His ability to understand the mortal magics is great due o the absorption of the souls knowledge..though he is only just barely able to actually use these abilities. For the most part he took in fighting technique and a new way of speech.
Arashi has taken the soul of his father and the soul of his adoptive brother, Yancha. Though he has the right to Yancha's soul by way of magical contract, he has yet to actually remove it or it's energy from his body, keeping Yancha instead as a puppet that can operate outside of any allegiance.
After killing his father he was healed by Yomi, who offered him solace in her home. The boy left her place to go and visit Tomoyo once more. His visit was standoffish at first but quickly became a festive occasion. He met the daughter of Tomoyo named Cielle and ended up with a crush. He promised Tomoyo a wish, and has thus began to think of ways to make good on his agreement. After that there was a small amount of discussion between the hellion king and her husband so Arashi left for a game with the young Cielle. The woman taught him how to play chess and they played a high stakes game in which Arashi was trounced and realized his tactical deficiency. After leaving the castle again his journey restarted.
Arashi killed the king of the second layer of heaven and took her soul. After he did this he used her memories to return to(in his mind) the second layer in order to tell them of her death. His intent had quickly went from an alert to mass murder as his fathers hatred for the uprights and his own mild confusion erupted into a chaotic and violent outburst. By first taking out the guards the rest of the people inside the castle were caught in the storm of bloody destruction and crushed in the collapse of the structure. Arashi then left the layer and found himself in the tavern he had visited with Tomo and met with the young barkeep.
After the murder Arashi went once more to the realm of heaven, but this time to the layer that he would consider his own. As he had not yet fallen fully, Arashi felt uneasy even then. Though, in the hopes of finding his answer, Arashi wondered the streets and happened upon an upright female. The girl was sweet and he decided to speak with her. The discussion was harmless banter but he fell into a trap of his own design and let off more then he meant to. The Mercurian quickly recognized him as the monster that killed all those that were in the second layer castle. He spread his wings, and saw that they were now black, he saw this and so did the residents of the layer. Arashi left the layer and found himself again in the seventh.
After a small altercation with Cielle and a stranger he was invited to go out with her and a friend. Arashi traveled to the mortal mall with Cielle to meet her upright friend.
Arashi found out of his fathers estate and went there. As was his father will he was to inherit it all, though most was to be seized by Yomi. Arashi had a moment of despair upon seeing his Lillite sister and his dead mother's room. he collected a blade of his father's and left the young lillite in the hands of Yomi. His sister was as a child and Arashi was unsure how to care for her just yet.
Strengths:driven, intelligent, charming.
Weaknesses:moody, young. Is so fully bound to the chaos that he cannot exist without it.
Most honorable deed: ...ummm... killing his father (this is the closest to honorable he's ever really done... and his dad was a scumbag so it's all I got)
Most dishonorable deed: Killing the merchant family that took him in

Appearence:Jet black hair and deep back eyes. His clothing is often formfitting and interesting. Though he more or less will where a uniform type outfit, it is common for him to simply wear whatever he feels like wearing. His knives have been replaced by a large sword with a golden handle and a long red silk sash attached to the hilt. The sash is tied around his waist and the hilt-less blade hands at his side. His wings are lethally sharp and black when solid, and a black chaotic mass of a hazy substance when not solid.
