The trail of whatever beast Tsurugi was tracking was never warm to begin with, until he reached Japan. Naturally he was attracting attention as he walked with a huge sword on his back, but what is one to do about him. He stood over most of the rodents around here. He spat thinking of how weakling such as this were allowed to live in the world. Tenmeigakure would never allow such pathetic creatures. Tsurugi was drawn to a dojo in the middle of a forested area that taught Maui Thai, which was uncommon in Japan as far as he knew. The man there remembered training a young boy who melted the floor when he bled. The man gave Tsurugi all the information he wanted in exchange for a lost match.
"We should be meeting at dusk, he said on top of tokyo tower right? How do these assassin's pick there meeting places."
Tsurugi removed the blade from his back and threw it into the air. He leaped atop the blade and force pushed into the sky. Force could be a very convenient way to travel, Tsurugi personally had taken to surfing on his sword. He flew to the peak of Tokyo tower only to find no one in sight. He always disliked the Assassin's for there arrogance, and the fact that they fought from the shadows. Why can't they fight head on like men? Regardless, the assassin's were powerful, this one in particular had gained Tsurugi's respect. He flipped the blade so it was pointing downward and sat on the end of the hilt, resting his feet on bottom of the blade on either side os the hilt.
"Assassin's don't seem to be late..."
He looked at the peak he was hovering about a foot away from.
"You there Kensei?"

"I am here Tsurugi." Kensei's voice echoed near the zenith of the Tokyo Tower. Removing his veil of invisibility, Kensei appeared, scaling the remaining distance to the top, garbed with magnetic gauntlets and soles to his grieves, making it possible to climb the immense metallic structure. "Our placing of conference may be inconvenient, but we are away from the prying eyes of interlopers. My lateness is the result of gathering information from my contacts. It seems several attacks similar in brutality and efficiency have happened in several other places. At your ready, we can depart for the closest of these spots, to further investigate in our culprit." Kensei said, walking toward the other floating shinobi.

Tsurugi heard his companions voice and looked to the side of the structure as Kensei climbed. Tsurugi saw that the ninja was using some contraption or another to make his way up. He himself preferred the simplicity of his force.
"I know now that our opponent is young. He is apparently inhuman as well. We should go to this place you speak of post hast. There is no way that we can allow this man to exist any longer without being punished."
He paused for a moment and his blade flipped beneath him. He fell for a moment, landing again on he side of the blade. It was then that the blade's edge faced Seishuku and the blunt edge was apparent. Tsurugi's blade had no real edge to it, it never had. The way it cut was no by the blade but by his power. Tsurugi never really hit an opponent with the edge of his blade before. He looked at his partner and a curious look came to his face.
"Why do you treat me so respectfully Seishuku? The rest of your class treat me like a lowly beast, and the majority of our village considers me just as low. Yet you seem o think differently. Why is that?"

Kensei starred into Tsurugi's eyes for several seconds before turning away to look into the the star filled sky. "Do you think that the fiend we seek to capture distinguished between classes when he ruthlessly murder our clansmen. They did no, so neither will I. Our actions are not sanctioned by the elders, and if we are to coordinate properly, petty squabbles over skills sets and honor have no place here. I am just as low as you are Tsurugi-san, do you think my father's honor saved him from being cut down?" Kensei said, turning back to Tsurugi.
Walking over to his partner, Kensei stood tall atop the tower, his crimson scarf blowing wildly int he crisp air. "We travel together as equals Tsurugi, I have complete faith in your abilities, for no else in the village with all their honor is here with me to avenge the fallen. Here take these and place them over your eyes." Kensei said, handing Tsurugi to minisule concave pieces of plastic nanfiber mesh. "Placed over your eyeballs, they will allow you to see disturbances in light, allowing you to see when when I render my self invisible. They automatically polarize so you will not be blinded when I use any of my Photonic Ninpou. I made them with you in mind, so now let's be off. Our next destination is called Tresspass Wood." Kensei said before a veil of invisibility fell over him. Leaping off the tower, Kensei glided through the air, clenching his scarf as the material expanded to a glider like construct, allowing him to soar through the air with ease.

Tsurugi was moved by the speech. It was the truth, all the honor claimed by so many in the village did not make them any better. Those who disregarded this malicious assault were not worthy of the titles they hold dear. Tsurugi saw that this mission was for the true honor of the people of the dawn. Kensei was truly one that saw through the garbage of the elders. He nodded in understanding of the words spoken and felt himself grow fond of his partner. This would become a valuable friendship. Their closeness may prove very key in the future.
The contact things that were given to him looked simple enough. It was a good thing he had only put them in his eyes. It wasn't an exaggeration to say that he was horrible at using any kind of Tech. He took them and placed them in his over his eyeballs, they didn't seem to change anything. Though, being able to see the invisible Kensei wasn't going to prove true until he went invisible. Their first matter of the day was to get to said village and gather more information in an attempt to find the beast they were searching for.
The sight of the gliding ninja was quite interesting to Tsurugi. It seemed that the skills of an assassin always shined with an eccentric flare. Tsurugi on the other hand just kicked the side of his blade and fell with his legs folded beneath him atop the floating weapon. Then propelled himself forward using the force element to push him along. He stayed alongside just behind Tsurugi as they moved on to the next destination.
