Things had gone smoothly for Ikasu thanks to the Ha-ou Kouzetsu Gin's dillegence in assure his move to the 6th layer. No longer confinded to the task of judging souls, Gin had Ikasu placed in a lab custom built top his design. Filled with screens that mimiced the very tapestry of the highest of the Heavens, bordering the very Etherium that held all of creation, Ikasu's lab became his 2nd home, filled with an array of Heaven's most technological advanced devices, imported from all of the layers.
If Ikasu was capable of feeling emotion, what he felt in the prescense of his lonely, sterile and cold lab would border elation, but being an Elohite and a scientest, content was all he could be. Working on many projects, varying in both purpose and range, Ikasu was more than willing to take on all the projects the Ha-ou presented to him, as well as several of his own, which preoccupied his attention at the moment. Setting aside the finshed hardcopy specs of the Ha-ou's special project, Ikasu waved his hand at a hardlight, magic based projection, dismissing the information about the Kyrum Gin specified he know in and out.
Summoning one of the many flat metallic platforms he used to travel in his immensive and high walled laboratory, Ikasu floated to where his most sensitive and special equipment lie. Looking at another of the hardlight screens, Ikasu read the output of information on the finished analyzation of a certain subject. "Over two millenia in age... intresting. But the life signature is quite queer. This anomally has persisted through every scan I am capable of." Ikasu said, in annoyace at the resullts of his work.
He pondered back to the meeting he had on the terristial Moon of the Ningenkai, Luna. Remebering the Elf who refered to himself as Kensuke, Ikasu stared at what remained of the sample he'd given to the sterling scientist without conflict. "Screen, display the life signatures and magical spectrals of a Celestial, Fae, and Elf." Ikasu said as the near silent hum of the tran-light logical processor displayed the readouts in a briliant radiance to Ikasu as he gazed at the information, trying to ascertain the mystery of this Elf that eluded thus far.
