Arriving in a strange land, Eritas found herself in a jungle like environment, with large stone monuments nearby. "That presence is so strong here, I can feel it, it's like its alive." Eritas said, using her blade to remove the foliage from her path. Walking towards what appeared to be a city in the horizon, Eritas continued to home in on the similar magical resonance.

Tracing the familiar magics to a city, Eritas unknowingly entered the capital city of the first layer. Placing her weapon at her side, Eritas's walked into the city, hoping to not arouse suspicion. Unsure and unfamiliar of the people and the area, Eritas wandered around the city, hesitant to make contact with any of the people. The city of Lafayel, it's surrounding foliage and flora reminding Eritas of her home, yet so different. It was filled with the hustle and bustle of hundreds of shops and bazaars, merchants peddling their wares, people filling it's streets. Among this dense fog of fallen Celestials, Eritas appeared almost invisible, walking among the citizens. Having walked for the better portion of the day, Eritas began grow restless. Her search proving futile, the trace was growing fainter by the hour, leaving her to believe see was no here near what she sought. Finally reaching the end of her patience, Eritas walked over to an open shop, it's owner selling a myriad amount of exotic fruits and other items. Interrupting the talkative Impudan, haggling his way with his patrons, Eritas barged within the conversation. "Tell me, where am I, and where is the fifth layer?" Eritas asked, forgoing the notion of being cordial. "What the Hell? Your in the way of sale, dammit woman, go ask for directions else where." the clerk answered just as rudely, getting back to his conversation. Angered and growing more nervous, Eritas blew a column of air at his stand, destroying his wares before Grabbing the man by the collar. He anger had spike in only moments, and the skies overhead began to cloud. Many patrons wondered to what the cause of the disturbance was, while others began to seek shelter from what seemed to be another periodic shower that plagued the bazaar. "Enough, tell me where I am now!" Eritas demanded as the frail man swallowed his next profane words, trembling at the reverb in the voice of the woman that assaulted him. "This is Lafayel, the first layer. What else do you want." He said, reaching behind his back to procure a knife, feigning cowardice. As Eritas set him down, she began to walk away, unaware of the treachery that was behind her. In a deft move of uncanny precision, the shopkeeper lunged, striking the Dragon in her shoulder. Releasing a small cry of pain, Eritas brushed him away, knocking him back several feat with her Draconian strength. As the weary fled the scene, many Begin to watch to watch the altercation, as the skies began to darken under Eritas's burgeoning power. The man had only moments to celebrate his attack as the gaze in Eritas's eyes frozen him solid with fear, as she turned back and met him with her eyes. Standing to her feet, Eritas shot forth a storm of electricity, flying directly into the man's knife, the energy completely vaporizing him causing a small percentage of the bazaar to be reduced to rubble. Anger at this, Eritas grabbed another patron, a young man, and removed her sword from her side, placing it to his neck. "Filthy slime, if I am not told how to get to the fifth layer, I will kill this one like the one with the knife who attacked me so cowardly." She said holding the small boy in her arms, the wind picking up billowing debris everywhere. Another fallen, similar in features to the boy stood, couching from the dust in the air. "Please, I am his father, put him down and I'll help you get to the fifth." He pleaded for the life of his son. Taken aback by this, Eritas loosened her grip on the boy, pointing her sword at the man now. "What do you speak of, tell me or lose your child." Eritas said, trying her best to sound convincing. This was a delicate situation, knowing that she couldn't do what she hoped he would think she was capable of, Eritas needed whatever this man offered in the way of assistance. "I can take you there, I had to come to the market to grab supplies, just please don't hurt him." The man said, attempting to sound calm. "Very well, the first sign of betrayal, and he dies. Lead the way." Eritas said, placing the sword back at the boys neck. The man nodded, and flashed his wings, taking to the skies, as Irita's followed behind him, with his son, her hostage in tow.
