Arashi once more found himself falling from nowhere into the realm owned by the lovely Kaze-ou. His eyes caught the site of his fathers estate easily. The pompous bastard had created a manor that fully represented his own love of himself. Though, as it was a condo in style he had a wonderful way of making even a basic modern home seem royal and annoying. His style seemed to make Arashi sick and even as he spread his wings to land, Arashi felt hesitant about the place. There was no real reason for him to be here outside of a memory he felt was more of a dream. In the back of Toll's mind there was a memory that was made at the birth of his unwanted son. There was no solidarity to such a thing, but Arashi had to know if it was real. His mind was racing as it were, but naturally he would have to silence Ranmyaku before he could think clearly. She spoke as he flew in over the estate's lawn wondering if it was safe to land.
Why are we here.. There is no way that man would have given you his estate. Why would his dejected son be in his will?
"You're a little too sure of that Ranmyaku. The man had no other children, maybe he didn't want his estate to be wasted. Apparently his decision was to give everything to a son, nd all he had was me."
Are you such a fool that you would think that to be true? Stop wishing for a father who wanted you dead to have loved you. You can't grant your own wishes boy?
Arashi had no response to the last of the sprites words and he landed swiftly. Ranmyaku took the hint and said nothing more, Arashi then walked into the estate. Upon entering he was greeted by a half dozen females modeled in all the sexy animal perversions one would expect of man like Toll. Arashi understood the scene easily and wanted nothing to do with it. Though, the fact that they greeted him as their master was enough to bring the dreamy memory into possible reality. There had to be something to this situation, and the fact that he was already seemingly the owner of the servants made his hope rise.
Don't get your hopes up.
Silence Ranmyaku
"Which of you knows the location of my fathers will?"
Upon his request a young Neko-lilum stepped forward and bowed. With not a word she walked toward the back of the place and Arashi followed. He entered the room and saw himself, a lot of himself. He gazed across the room and more then once found himself completely unbelieving of what he saw. There were too many pictures of himself to count, and in various points in his life. He turned in the middle of the room and faced the servant that had led him there.
"What is this?"
She bowed and spoke to the ground hesitantly.
"This is the room of my mother. Master's favorite. she passed away recently, but her room still holds master's will."
Arashi searched for the purpose of this and understood exactly what this was. His mother had been here, he could feel it and it was strong. this was the room of his mother, who had been given the duty of finding him, and who had watched him to be sure it was who she thought it was. This was also the place she was ordered to kill him, amongst her pictures of her lost son. Arashi fell to his knees and felt himself succumb to the tears not foreign to this realization. He had been loved, and hated in one. It was a strange thing, and it hurt him deeply. The sister he'd never known was behind him calling him master, an awkwardness he didn't wish to feel.
"Leave me."

The echo of Yomi's boots announced her arrival as she approached behind Arashi. "You aren't supposed to be here," was the first thing that she said. The servants had tried to stop her at the door; but unconscious servants typically weren't a problem, were they?
"Your father may have left all of this for you, but you won't be getting much of it. All of these servants aren't legal; in fact, this house only has them all here because they're all dead. Your father used extortion to have friends tailor Lillum from Tomoyo and thusly they're illegal. The Law is that each Fallen is allowed one Lillum if they wish. The only way that others are allowed to have more than one is through inheritance. Because these are all illegal, you will inherit your sister and nothing else. The others will be given homes in the third. Your father had two other homes filled with Lillum. They have already been given homes. Because of his other crimes, which include killing other fallen to steal their Lillum, most of his assets will be taken and distributed amongst the people, as is usually done to those whose belongings are confiscated by law in Hell. You may take a few items with you from the house, but even this manor will be destroyed. In a short while I will be building an office building for the recruitment department of the Hellion Militar reserve here. Do you have any questions about that?"
Thinking for a moment, she remembered how sick a person Arashi's father had been. Tomoyo had sent a letter to her directly detailing what was to be done with his belongings, but there was something nagging at the back of her mind; then she remembered: when she had lost Seki, she had wanted more than just logical explanation. She had wanted something more.
"Do you...have any questions about your father?"

After his moments of solitary sadness passed slowly, his tears falling silently. The only creature in this or any other realm had been slain for failure to kill him. What could a boy do but cry? There was truly nothing for Arashi to think, he had no one and nothing. Arashi's memories had more or less pushed those of the other souls into the back of his head for now. Certain information remained but memories of this house, the females in it, all of that was put away. Arashi wasn't so sure he wanted this place, nor it's treasures. Nothing in this place could bring peace to his tremulous soul, there was nothing but trinkets and tools here. the room he was in was bare but for the pictures, otherwise it held only a large bed. The bed seemed to have been rarely used, and Arashi guess the usage it had been given. The hot tears that burned the white marble floor as they dropped were put to a halt at the sound of falling lilum. Arashi hadnt heard anything, having been in despair for the moment. Though, Ranmyaku gave him a mental kick that snapped him into a bad mood. the fallen youth rose and wiped his tears on his arm, careful not to melt his sleeve. He did not turn, but instead waited for the intruder and allowed his wings to become a black haze. The swirling chaos was sure to be an effective attack against whatever had broken into his moment of memory. Arashi had been sad, but this intrusion was thoroughly aggravating for reason's not truly clear to the boy. It's your king Arashi. Calm yourself.I don't care who it is... Why does it matter?Just don't do anything stupidyou think so little of me my little bloody parasite. The huff of annoyance in his mind was not enough to cover the sound of Yomi's voice. Arashi knew the sardonic voice all too well and disliked it at this moment. Her first words were enough to have made him angry, though he knew better then to start a fight for nothing. Arashi grimaced and waited for her words to end, it was surprising she was so kind as to explain and even attempt to console. Arashi could have laughed at her like he had last time but his mood was in no way pleased. The comedy of the world was not enough to please the Djinni boy in this place. The house seemed to cover him in the oppressive loathing of his father, if that was what it truly was. "I can take my sister as a slave? My sister... I can have my sister, but my mother had to be killed... our mother." He spoke to himself aloud without really caring of what was said. He wasn't sure how she knew that the female was his sister but it was of no consequence. She hopefully knew little else about him. He sighed and tapped his foot for a second, then there was a click. The wall in front of him opened to reveal a intricate blade, draped in a red silk. He looked up and saw the blade, and felt he had to take it. A moment's thought produced the realization of exactly what the sword was. Toll had been charged with this item to protect before he fell, and in the end he took it as his own. A blade able to channel his magical energy into chaos, just as the sprite that Arashi had been bound to. Arashi knew his father enjoyed the element of chaos, and there were fuzzy memories of Ranmyaku before his birth but this blade seemed to attract every fiber of his being. Or, it at least pulled at the chaos infused with his every cell. "I understand that this place will never be a home to me Yomi. I'll take only that sword," Arashi spoke in a clear and serious voice that held all of the enhanced persuasiveness he'd trained into it. The lulling tone he considered a prideful tone given to him by his father. "I have my fathers soul Yomi, I know everything about him. He liked you... disgusting man. He hated me, but he liked you. was I that much of an abomination?" He spoke in an offhanded and hollow voice. It was obvious that he wasn't very stable at the moment. The feeling of rejection and of paternal dejection was something that made his dreary past fully complete. He was more or less broken, and hateful, and fueled by the chaotic need to make things crumble. He took the blade in his hand and felt the enchanted blade shiver in his touch, apparently pleased to pull his energy into itself. Arashi was organic chaos, born of a mistake and also living enigma of the fallen races. His physical body was very far from stable given it's properties along with it's fusion with chaos, and now his mind was in just as much disorder. The blade seemed to harmonize with him and the red silken cloth wrapped itself around him tightly, tearing skin and seemingly drinking in the blood. "I fell... but not directly after killing Haruhi and her servants, but after talking to some annoying girl and being cast out of heaven. I think I get it, the fallen are simply those that accept being outcasts. Am I right..." Arashi spoke in the same heartless and strangely alluring monotone before turning to face Yomi. The dangerous look of his demeanor extending into his eyes and the charming grin that seemed oddly out of place. He held the sword loosely, but with obvious malicious energy in his stance, as his black wings extended and took their full span from wall to wall. And the last word he spoke over the chuckles of Ranmyaku ringing in his head held an odd ring of challenge as well as curiosity. The channeling blade fueled by Arashi's purely chaotic state seemed to sing in glee at the volatile fallen youth. Uesugi -sama?

Yomi wasn't really sure what to say while Arashi stood there and mourned. No one had said anything to her when Seki had perished and she decided that the same action should be taken now. There was nothing that she could say to make him feel better. His mother was a slave to his father, his father tried to kill him and had sent the mother to kill him; he had a sister who was a slave to him...
Even Yomi had to admit that it was pretty fucked up.
Yomi had asked Arashi a question, and honsetly she wasn't really expecting a reply. He seemed so distant from the vibrant, sarcastic and annoying piece of shit that had been dragged by her into her home.
The boy was even crying, and considering what had happened she couldn't blame him. She had cried, holed up in her house and wishing that someone could know how she felt. She knew that she wouldn't be able to know how he was feeling about his parents, but...
Rolling her eyes at her own sympathy, she put a hand on his shoulder.
"I can take my sister as a slave? My sister... I can have my sister, but my mother had to be killed... our mother."
Yomi didn't say anything about that. She couldn't, because she couldn't have possibly understood. It was common for Lillum to die while carrying out orders for their Masters. But she didn't know the circumstances of his mother's death, and because of that she couldn't speak to it. She stayed there quietly, her hand clenching his shoulder in a show of support.
"I understand that this place will never be a home to me Yomi. I'll take only that sword," Arashi said.
"I hope that telling you that doesn't upset you, but it's Hellion law. I can't change it. You'll take your sister with you as well?"
"I have my fathers soul Yomi, I know everything about him. He liked you... disgusting man. He hated me, but he liked you. was I that much of an abomination?"
Yomi had known that Toll was a perverted, strange man, but hating a son as powerful as Arashi was impossible, in Yomi's mind. She didn't know why he would be an abomination other than that he had a better aptitude for Chaos than Toll himself did, but again, Yomi thought that unnecessary. So she decided to still just listen as he spoke. The Kaze-ou was sure that anything that she would have said would only make things worse. Arashi already sounded like he was dying inside. If anything, Yomi hoped to be able to show him that life didn't end at tragedy. That had been her mistake. She had spent too much time wallowing and not enough time getting herself together. And it had cost her her life.
He took the blade, and it seemed almost as though it had been made just for him. She hadn't thought that a person such as Toll would have been able to manufacture such a thing. But that was still a small issue compared to what Arashi was going to do with it.
"I fell... but not directly after killing Haruhi and her servants, but after talking to some annoying girl and being cast out of heaven. I think I get it, the fallen are simply those that accept being outcasts. Am I right..."
Yomi didn't show her reaction on her face, but her mind was whirring on the inside. Haruhi, the King of Heaven? He had murdered her before he fell?
But she answered his question promptly. "Being a Fallen is not simply accepting being an outcast. It's a cause. It's knowing that Heaven is not the right place and knowing that they don't accept you for who you are, and trying to change that!" Arashi's labeling them as simple outcasts made her blood boil. "Would outcasts have an entire nation?" Taking a deep breath, Yomi calmed herself down, knowing that he was just trying to figure things out for himself.

Arashi realized what Ranmyaku found so funny and felt infuriated. It seemed that Arashi was giving into the loss of his mother and losing his edge. Arashi felt his blood heated and his body tense. He wanted desperately to release his despair in violence. Arashi wondered what he should do, he was nothing but an outcast. He wanted to release his frustration, but then then the words of his king made him understand. Though, there was no denying that he was an outcast. Her explanation at least made it better. Though they were not accepted, and they were dejected by the home made for them, the fallen race were a people with a cause. They wished to be accepted and to feel at peace. Arashi sighed understanding that he was foolish.
Arashi let his wings fold in and he placed the blade at his waist, the red cloth wrapped around him on it's own and was held fast. Arashi closed his eyes and thought to himself for a moment. There wasn't much for him but to stay in hell now, he was truly one of the fallen now. The only proof of his lilite heritage was the form of his sprite, and he had fully accepted his Djinni blood. What was he to do, Arashi was younger then all of those whose soul he'd taken. There was still so much he'd yet to understand, and there was little he could do but search for answers. Arashi looked up to Yomi and shrugged, looks like he'd be in her care for longer then he'd expected.
"So I had to piss you off to get you to finally tell me what it was to be a fallen. Even if we are outcasts to heaven, we are a people with a cause," He chuckled. "Having a race of con artists might not be so bad after all huh?"
His joking was barely able to cover for the hurt that was yet to be healed in his heart. Arashi had only grieved for moments, there would be a time when he was passed this pain, but for now he was alone. For Arashi, he had no one left to care for, and no reason to accept a life alone. He wanted to have someone by him, and that person would be his sister for now. Arashi did his best to hold in his feelings, he stifled it all and strengthened his heart.
"I'll take my sister as well. Though, where am I to live? Do you still want me at your place?"
You know.. its not good to hold all this in.. you're gonna explode one day...

Yomi knew what he was doing, but not how to phrase it to warn him against it.
"Look, Arashi..." she began, but bit her lip. She still wasn't quite sure what to say. None of the other Kings had even tried to comfort her after she lost Seki, and she wasn't sure what to say to him now because of it. She took a small breath, rolling her eyes because of her own incompetence, and realized what it was she had to tell him. She couldn't believe that it had taken even that long.
"Look, I know that things suck right now," Yomi said, her lack of empathy or sympathy to other people showing in her words. "And I don't mean to offend, but you have to seriously get a grip on yourself. Not that way that you think that you're doing it." Sighing, she continued, knowing that she was going to have to reveal things about herself to make him feel better and depart her advice. "Keeping how you feel inside...and shit, that's what I did. And it started off with little zinging comments like that. Sarcasm to keep the people who could care about you who are unsure of what to say--because they really can't say anything to make you feel better--away from you and from asking you questions and shit. But...it's not good to do that, you know, because you lose touch with yourself as a person. Next thing you know you'll never talk to anyone and when you do it'll be something mean and no one will like you. At that point you won't care because no one will be able to understand--I mean, you lost your hu--"
Yomi took another breath, catching herself in time from telling him something he hadn't needed to know. "--parents. Losing your parents is a big deal no matter how you try to play it down, and pushing people away from you will only earn you moments where you break down and cry by yourself and start thinking that no one cares and that you're all alone, and that's when you start to go crazy. I know that Tomo cares about you at the very least, and that enough."
She was rambling, and she nervously ran her hands through her hair. "What I mean to say, is, kid, don't end up like me. Not that I regret it, but I lost my life because of that stupid shit. Don't lose yours for the same reason. You got real talent...and shit. So you'll be okay. Don't start talkin' to yourself and thinking inside instead of saying things outloud to people. I know I'm unpleasant, but if I could go back and change some of the things that I've done, I'd change them."
Sighing, she changed the subject from her awkward pick-me-up rant to the answer of his question. "I guess you can stay with me for now. Because of the way that the Realm works, people usually design their own homes...buildings rather...ah, pop up when they're needed. I'm sure they're be an vacant place soon. I'll fix one up for you. For now, though, you and your sister can stay with me. I just have to make sure that the rest of these whores make their way to the Third Layer. They'll be free, now, with their own homes and such...good luck to 'em, though--how they're going to function without any real sense of will is beyond me. I couldn't imagine being one of those b--" realizing that Arashi's sister was grouped in with them, too, she changed her word, "--broads."

[[you can wrap this one up in your next post, then i'll mark it finished]
Arashi felt a bit argumentative, he didn't want to accept his feelings at all, let alone deal with them. She was not one to talk, he knew the same information about Yomi as his father had. At that, he was aware of a tad more then he would normally, her dead husband and her normal behavior being part of that knowledge. the fact that there was stuff even within those subjects he knew nothing of was not on his mind however, and he merely looked on without a word. She was obviously speaking from the heart, from experience. He felt a mild kinship, but it wasn't as if he wanted to be close to her anymore. Rejecting his feelings meant to reject his father as much as possible. Being near Yomi was nothing more then a reminder of his father's infatuation.
You are such a child Arashi. Face yourself like a man.
I will. In time. Leave me alone for now, I don't need to hear this from both of you.
He listened on to her invitation to her place for a bit more. He was sure she hadn't forgotten his words though, and now that he was back to his senses he realized what he'd told her. the fact that he had been seen in heaven an identified as the murderer of Haruhi made him anxious. One thing he wanted to deal with was this, and Tomoyo was just, once more, not the person he wanted to talk to first. He sighed thinking that by staying with Yomi he would only bring himself more attention. Making his own place quickly would surely be the best way to fix things. Though, his priorities at the moment were lining up and housing was first. Arashi couldn't feel safe without making his defenses himself.
"I won't go back to staying with you. I'll go out a bit away from the city and find an empty lot to work with. If it's an effect of the realm to have my home pop up according to my design I think I can manage. I'll ask you to take my sister to your estate while I settle things though... please. I can't... I won't be able to lo.. care for her for the time being. If you don't mind I'll come to pick her up within a few days. And I want to know what you think I should to about the dead king. Since I told you I bet you have to tell Tomoyo, but I want to tell her myself so please don't. I.. I need a bit of time. Fixing up a place to stay and fighting my demons for a day or two should be enough to set me on track."
With a breath he stepped closer to the exit and stopped again. Arashi smiled and turned to face Yomi directly and he bowed to her.
"Can I work for you... magical research and development is your jurisdiction as far as I can tell. Think I can take a wack at it? An anomaly should be good at making more of the same right? Since you'll be taking care of my sister I think it's fair to tell you she' has the same mother as me too. My father never slept with other fallen, only Lillum. I was born half Lillite, I think that tidbit is interesting enough to serve as a thank you for your kindness and your advice."

[You can close it now. I assume that your sister is an NPC. If so, I'll be using her later in a random thread ] Yomi listened as Arashi made the declaration to go out on his own, and she awkwardly removed her hand from his shoulder. She had given him the only sort of advice she could give--she didn't know anything else but how to fuck up your life based on a loss. That was all that she was good for emotionally, and she hoped that Arashi would take her words to heart. Casting the burden aside, she decided that if he decided to ignore what she had said, fuck him. However, she was not going to group him in that category just yet. She would watch him to see what it was that he tried to do with his life. She understood the plight about his sister. It was something she hadn't really understood-- for she had never owned a lillite in her entire existence--but she supposed that having a trial one would be okay. "I understand," she said, "about you going to see about your own home. I'll keep your sister. However, I'll have to report her so that she's in the system. It has to be catalogued that I'm keeping her temporarily but that she belongs to you...It's one of those stupid formal things Sanada has us do." Then he asked about the job. It was at this point that Yomi approached the door as well, heading in a separate direction than he. He bowed to her, and she returned the gesture by inclining her head--slightly--but she shook it right after. "You can work for me, but it won't be in my lab. While you would be an interesting test subject--Lillum and Djinn--I don't take rookies. My lab workers are handpicked and most of them followed me from Heaven when I left. However, if you need work--or you feel like you should contribute back to the Realm you were born to--you can have a position at The Windtini, my night club." Yomi kept her real interest in Arashi in the back of her mind. There were too many issues going on at the moment, especially with Yomi having to rebuild her own attack in light of Ilreg's attack. She had managed to mask her wound from Arashi, as she was healing more quickly with the help of her lab techs, but not quickly enough. She had been damaged really badly. "I feel bad that I can't give you the work you want, but as they say in the Mortal Realm, dem's da breaks. I'm not budging." She began to walk out of the door, his sister following behind obediently--Yomi hadn't thought she had been paying attention to any thing they'd said. She wasn't used to Lillum. If they were listening to everything their Masters said, she would have to keep her under wraps. She couldn't have any information from her mansion leaking to anyone, least of all that Ilreg character. Stopping in the middle of the road because of a deep pain in her side, she kept herself from doubling over, licking her finger and holding it up to see if there was a breeze. Indeed, there was one, and she took the opportunity to magic herself away using Nectar rather than walking all the way there like she usually would have. She brought the girl with her, not bothering to glance back at Arashi but wondering if he would get his shit together while she was gone.
