Watching the deconstruction of the former King's palace was all to short for Gin, who wanted to purge the layer of any remnants of separatists and Hellion loyalists. As Gin along with the Einjheriar Akahaji Murasaki and Hitan Shiroi, watched the group of 35 Heavenly Earth, Force, Time, Water and Steel mages magically breakdown the building, he felt that things were proceeding, and it was good to see Heavenly being working for a common goal.
"Force mages, taking great caution and care and intricately disassemble the structure, remove all constructs from this place and let nothing stand. Steel and Force mages, after the building has been destroyed, move the rubbish along to the designated area, this place must be cleared so that the others may begin there duties.
"Earth and Water mages, till, sow and replenish the ground here, after which the Time mages will hasten the growth of grass in the area. This will be proceeded by the Earth mages, who will begin the process of forming the statues of Kings and other beings of importance to fill the grounds, you all have your tomes filled with the likeness of all kings current and deceased, omit the images of all 'fallen', as they will not be present in this place.
"Steel mages, erect a gate to enclose the entire area." Gin commanded, watching as the Project: Elysium Garden, went underway.

Mizuki hastened along, trying her best not to marvel at the fact that there was too much going on in this area. The Choubatsu-ou was proving himself to be very, very efficient, and she had been sent by Lady Tsubasa to do as much as possible for the new King.
Having just heard the instructions as Gin dispatched them to his mages, she presented herself with a bow of deepest respect. "Choubatsu-ou-sama, I have been sent by Tsubasa with a list of all of those Kings which we have lost, although my Lady has made about two or three, depending on whom you consider to still be an upright. As one who is old enough to remember these things, though you may not, she offers herself to your cause.
"The dilemma that exists now is whether or not those Kings who became Lords of Havoc shall be counted as Kings. While they were not declared to be against us, their souls had been created by the Shijin to keep us in check...some in the nation include them, and others do not...Lady Tsubasa includes them and implores you to do the same while acknowledging that you may have your own opinion and do what you wish..."

Taking the letter from Mizuki's hand, Gin eyes flashed from left to right, reading the list to see the names of those considered Kings who became Lords of Havoc. "Far be it for me to take away the titles of those not with us who have not fallen, all the names on this list are worthy of being memorialized, except Tohru." Gin paused, contemplating his decision.
"Although her intent was to bring about the downfall of Hell, her need for secrecy and deception are things we are trying to move beyond here, plus he deceit still bodes ill for those loyal to Tsubarisu... still I cannot deny an upright. Her case will be reviewed by me personally, please inform Mikage-sama I will be I need of her soon to discuss this and other matters. You are dismissed Mizuki, deliver my word post haste." Gin said handing her back the letter.
"Mizuki, I am still unaware of your true feelings toward the newly 'fallen' Ren, before you leave, inform me, how does watching his former palace be replaced with this project make you feel? I understand that under Mikage-sama, feelings are seldom expressed outside of her anger of course, but you have no need to hide them from me." Gin asked, crossing his arms awaiting a response.

Mizuki turned to look at the palace that was being torn down, at the building that Ren had created with his own will.
The conference had opened her eyes, and had shown her things that she had not bothered to think about before--about the possiblity of Ren's failure coming from himself and not The Sanada Tomoyo. Rest assured, Mizuki would still do anything to see the woman her killed her brough to justice, but she was lucky that she had been brought back--she could now see that everything here was Ren's fault. Ren was the one who decided to cheat on her, to be with Tomoyo, to allow Tomoyo to kill her, even. It was he who rejected her, not Tomoyo's perverse persuasion. Ren decided to torture her with electricity, Ren decided to abandon Heaven and walk out on the meeting...it was all him...
And so, Mizuki gave Kouzetsu the only thing that came to her mind as the palace that Ren had once lived in was broken down before her eyes. "He betrayed me. He betrayed Heaven. And now we know who he really is," she said. "I hope that Heaven never has another Angel like him."

"Under my watch, as well as that of my Kings it never will Mizuki. I am appreciative of your diligence, stay the course and never lose sight of your purpose, those who have committed the sinful act of sedition will pay for their ways.
"It is also good to see that you have removed the thoughts Ren from your mind, these attachments can cloud ones judgment, I am very fortunate to have you along, with distracting ideas of Ren and his 'abomination' plaguing your thoughts. See to it that Tsubasa gets my message, it is of great importance that we meet very soon." Gin said offering a warm smile to comfort the often troubled Angel.

Mizuki nodded at the Ha-ou's sentiment, and she smiled back at him as pleasantly as possible. Since her assistance here was not needed, there was nothing else left to do but to turn back and relay his message to Tsubasa.
She curtsied and said, "Thank you for listening. I will tell her exactly what you said, Ha-ou."
And with that she turned and walked away, her white wings following behind her.

Watching as Mizuki walked away, Gin turned his attention back to the mages at work on bringing his idea to life. After several hours the task had been complete. Using the very detailed list given to him by Mizuki from Tsubasa, Gin insured that every single King of Heaven, who had not Fallen, was memorialized in the statue form in now massive gated field, the pale, smooth, alabaster stone reflecting the visage of all Kings, live and deceased.
Pleased at what he had envision, Gin stood before the mages, "You have all done satisfactory work here today, rejoice in your labors for they have been fruitful. All of you have aided me i taking the first steps toward the restoration of the glory of our Realm, take the time now to bask in your works." Gin said amongst the Angelic mages, who all were pleased to receive the praise of their new Ha-ou. Gin then took the time to personally thank all mages for their efforts, dismissing them to stand alone amongst the new site, and reflect on things in front of the mirror stone visage that was his statue, its beauty no more radiate than any other their.
Finished, Gin walked back to his Einjheriar, who waited patently as the commanding officer oversaw the project. "Everything is finished, we may depart now." Gin said he the 3 of them left the Gardens, acknowledging the armed guards who waited at the gates to receive all guests upon entering and exiting the memorial.
