Annoyed by the copious amounts of sand the permeated this Realm, the Choubatsu-ou, Kouzetsu Gin made his way to the capital city of Zachariel, escorted by his Einjheriar, Aiyoku Midoriiro and Jakushou Kiiro.
"Midoriiro, kept this sand away from us, this accursed gossamer has a tendency to get into every crevice, Kiiro, continue to generate the low yield temperature wall, focusing on us three only." Gin said wiping his brow with a silken cloth. As he arrived at Setsuna's palace, he acknowledged the guards and made his way into the building, telling on of the many subordinates around to go and inform Setsuna that the Ha-ou has arrived to discuss matters of importance.

Setsuna was in a meeting with her heads of state going over the finer details and affairs.
Someone softly knocked on the door to one of the conference rooms.
"Yes." Setsuna called.
A servant came in, bowed, and saluted. "Queen!"
"Yes", she looked up removing her glasses, "Yuka, what is it?"
"Gin Kouzetsu, the current Ha-ou, request an audience with you." Yuka replied.
Setsuna looked up a little startled. "What? Now?"
"Yes, apparently. He just arrived with two others." she replied.
"I am a little busy currently." Setsuna declared.
"Setsuna," Meriana, the vice commander of the 4th army, "We can reschedule." The other heads of state nodded.
Setsuna sighed, this was a little unexpected. Setsuna hoped that Gin, otherwise in the future, would not expect an immediate audiance when ever he wished. "Very well, then. Please send him and his companions up to my office." Yuko nodded, bowed, and left. "Bahlar, Meriana, please follow me to my office. Everyone else is dismissed."

Walking past the dismissed servants, Gin stood in the doorway of Setsuna's boardroom, gesturing his hand for his Einjheriar to remain posted at the door. "Setsuna, I have wanted to speak with you for some time now, there are several matters we must discuss in order to hasten Heaven's progression." Gin said taking a seat at one of the now vacant chairs. "I am aware of the inconvenience of this sudden congegation, and I apologize to you personally. Now to discuss business, I am in need of two things from you Setsuna. The first is an Elohite, one in particular, a technical and scientific genius who worked under Sasuke.
"His name escapes me but you should know of him. Second, the urgency of this meeting is to discuss a task I have for you, in relation to a new official title to be bestowed upon you. Inform me, to what degree does the extent of your powers of Time and spiritual affinity go. Are you aware of future events in respect to time, and exactly how much time will you require on trips away to see to the judging of souls in the Spirit Realm." Gin asked looking directly at Setsuna.

Setsuna spoke up as Gin sat down, "Kouzetsu" she said inclining her head. "Good to see that you are well." She accepted his statement without a word.
Setsuna listened intentely to his brief description of an unnamed Elohite. She figured she knew Sasuke-kun well enough, but she could not say the same for his subordinates.
"Bahlar, do we know this unnamed Elohite who severed as a technical genius under Sasuke-kun?"

Setsuna nodded, "good.
"Now, on to more serious business." She paused tooking towards Gin. "You want to know the extent of my...abilities.
"Meriana. Thank you for your reports and services today. A meeting will be rescheduled. Ami will send memos."
Meriana bowed, "Setsuna. Kouzetsu. Bahlar." And left promptly closing the door behind herself.
Setsuna turned back to attention, "Thus far in my years of exsistance I have found I can do a few things. Most notably is my ability to rewind, if you will, the immediate present or speed it up. As you can imagine, this is very useful in battle. As far as seeing into the future, I have not been known to do thus. That seems more like a being infused with the Elemental Spirit of Future. I have visited the past, but not the far distant past. One would need the Gates of Time for such a journey.
"How I visited the past, was to project myself into it by using my abilities to focus on where I wanted to go. I was more or less an observer of the past. An actual full bodily projection of myself into the past may affect the time stream, so I have not attempted thus.
"My spiritual affanity...I can go to the Spirit Realm and only go to make sure things are proceeding smoothly or to look for specific souls. When I judge the souls, they come to me at their appointed time to my Juding Chambers. When I go to the Spirit Realm, I am not aware that the flow time changes at all, but then again, I never stay too long. I do suppose the longer one where to stay there the more time would be affected for the individual.
"I hope I have been sufficient in answering your questions."

"More than sufficient Setsuna, I thank you for your cooperation." Gin said pleased at what he had been told. "Times are rapidly changing, and your talents could prove themselves to be very useful to Heaven Setsuna, both on and off the battlefield. War in inevitable, and despite our combined efforts, we will not be able to maintain this armistice forever. I will need your expertise in upcoming events Setsuna, I will need you to guide me through past events, in order to aid in the perdiction of future events by judging the actions and motives of past Kings, to learn from their mistakes, and ensure a bright future For Heaven, war or no war." Gin said awaiting a response.

Setsuna inclined her head deeply. She figured if Kouzetsu proved himself, she was have to follow him. After the reign of Chiyo-dono, Setsuna had not sufficiently followed another leader. This Kouzetsu seemed like he was a natural leader.
Setsuna spoke up, "I never liked war. Not then and not now, but I must recongnize that times are indeed changing, and however much I resist it, I must evolve...I am glad to have been of help."
She paused making up her mind. "If you come to me, in the future, and have need of my abilities to help end this war--to make peace again, I will help you. But I must say something...The Hellion Kings, combined are strong, they may be stronger than us.
"A force to force battle may end in our defeat. I do not want the end result to be the destruction of Heaven, I have lived too long to see it go. If it does come to war, however, you must understand that I will do what is necessary for the well-being of my people, here, residing in this layer, whom are depended upon me.
"I recongnize your efforts in trying to rebuilt Heaven."

"I do not intend to see my home fall before me, torn asunder by the vile filth that seek to ravage all before them. I am a warrior by nature, but I am not stupid, and I agree, the looming war is not a conflict we can win at this moment. With the absence of so many kings, and the falling of one more, we lie in ruins before the war has even begun. I do not seek to force a conflict of any sort, only to quell the conflict of discontent the remains here in our home.
"Setsuna, I will need to rely on you in this coming times, and be assured anything I ask of you will be for the benefit of all of Heaven, we must stray away from the separatist thinking that has cost us so dearly in the past. I understand your obligation to your people, but we are all people of Heaven, just as I place the needs of no Realm above that of the others, I expect the same of my kings, without the compromise to the loyalty of their Realms." Gin said clasping his hands together as he starred into Setsuna's eyes.
"Have you come across the name of Sasuke's contemporary yet." Gin asked, awaiting the name of the Angelic Technocrat.

Bahlar reentered the room holding a file of the one Kouzetsu asked for.
"Here it is...his name is Kagaku Ikasu. His age is 350. He was born on the fourth layer of Heaven. He has an incomplete pact with the Spirit of Metal. He worked extensively under Sasuke-kun with technology. He specialized, for a while, with Celestial Weaponry." Bahlar paused. "This is interesting. Not only is he one of Elohim (not every being borned her is Elohim), but his ancestry can be traced back to the Byakko...It's all right here." he said handing over the file.

Taking the file from Bahlar, Gin nodded in acknowledgment, "Thank you, I am appreciative of your diligence Setsuna, as well as those that serve you." Gin said standing to his feet. "I will take no more of your time today Setsuna, for I have rudely taken more than enough, I will saty in contact with you for I feel I may be in need of you in the near future. If you have no questions for me I will bid you farewell." Gin said awaiting Setsuna's response.

"No" Setsuna said, "I have nothing further to ask." She paused, bowing her head slightly, "No, thank you for the opportunity to prove myself. The fact that I was able to help you, means a great deal. I hope to prove myself further in the future."

Ikasu sped through the skies above he searing sands of the Fouth layer of Heaven. Not on to visit the layer at random, Ikasu soared the skies today for one purpose, to speak to Shirogane Setsuna, king of the Fourth and the most predominate Elohite in heaven about a change in his job. Tired of the task of Judging Souls because of its time consuming nature, Ikasu would seek to gain Setsuna permission before setting of to work on several projects that had been delayed due to work. As he located the palace of the King of the Fourth amongst the myriad dunes that encompassed the landscape, Ikasu slowed the speed of his board, to safely land on one of the various mounds of sand, his lustrous body glowing magnificently in the basking sun.

Nodding in acknowledgment Gin stood to his feet and bowed in reverence to Setsuna as he grabbed his draping robes, exiting her office as he gestured his Einjheriar to follow. After enjoying the temperate surroundings of Setsuna's place, Gin again found himself outside in the sweltering heat of the Kings layer, but before he inform Kiiro the produced another veil of cooling air, Gin noticed a bright, and lustrous object descending from the sky.
The figure had a body seemingly covered in a metallic layer, his reflecting complexion magnifying the intensity brightness of the sun tenfold from the reflection emanating from his person. He also flew without the use of his wings, using a board-like construct to glide through the air as he slowly approached the ground. Watching as the figure landed on the ground, Gin noticed that this was indeed the person whom him would have begin to summon upon returning to his layer. Taking advantage of the present Gin gestured to his Einjheriar to remain as he walked over to meet the odd looking visitor. "Kagasu Ikasu I presume. I am Kouzetsu Gin, Ha-ou and Choubastsu-ou, and I am in need of your services." Gin said extending his hand in a gesture of camaraderie.

"I am known as Kagasu Ikasu yes, but I have been traveling in the arid enviroment for several moments, I do not believe it wise for me to scorch your flesh in our first meeting with a simple handshake." Ikasu said in an emotionless manner. "However Kouzetsu-sama, whatever you ask of me, it is my duty to oblige.
"I have an inquiry prior to providing you aid, I am seeking to permanantly moved my residence and seek a new occupation, the meager task of judge of souls will not provide me with the time or resources I need to further Heavens progression. May I ask you for these changes to commence if at all possible?" Ikasu asked, his body's reflective nature gleaming into the lenses of Gin's spectacles.

"Yes, yes, all in time. I will personally make the changes myself upon returning to my lair. Their will be no need to inform Setsuna of this, for I have a special project I've been wanting to undergo. But I lacked someone of your expertise, which is why I come to seek you out. Kagasu Ikasu, come to my quarters in the 7th layer for further instruction, I will speak upon the details in the privacy of my own layer, now if you'll excuse me, I will take my leave of this Genbu awful palace, this heat and sand is unbearable." Gin said turning away from Ikasu, walking over to his Einjheriar as they to exited the 4th layer.
