The shadows outside the capital city gates moved and came together. A form rose from the merged shadow on the ground in a rotating pillar. The form began to grow defined and the shape of a robed figure began to take shape. Then, as the form fully shaped itself the shadows dispersed as a rain of glowing red sakura petals and the hood of the robed figure was thrown back. The graceful figure of Roma spun free of his shadowy transport and stepped toward the streets of the city. Pausing to show respect to whatever custom would allow him to pass the guards.
"Good evening gentlemen."
With a smile the figure strolled forward without a second care as to the guards attention. At this time his actual body appeared behind the first as the guards moved to stop the shadow puppet. With a rapt grin Roma strolled forward with three more puppets in his image around him to trick the guards. He fell into the shadow of one of his clones and slipped away to a place down the street so he could avoid any further detection after dispelling his puppets.
"Oh how I love to play tricks.."
He chuckled as he strolled regally down to the large building near the city center.

The various people in the city were going about the city doing their daily routines. A couple of guys sitting on a bench noticed the robed guy walking towards the center of the city.
"Hey who is that guy?"
"I don't know, he doesn't look like he's from around here." The other guy said rubbing his short beard on his chin.
"You think maybe he could from another layer?"
Still rubbing his beard, "Possibly. But then again he could be one of them Hellion people. Possibly the guy who's responsible for what happened in the second layer."
"What? Oh my! We need to get out of here! Help! Help!" The young angel ran off in a panic as the robed guy got closer to where they were sitting, catching weird looks from the other angels nearby.
Meanwhile the other angel remain sitting on the bench, rubbing his beard. "Stupid young fool. He should know that the attacker only attacked the palace."

[Takes place after Gin exit in welcome to Heaven]
As Gin traveled escorted to the Inner Layer Transportation Station he the inabatants of his home layer continued about in their daily affairs. "It's good to come back home everyone once in awhile." Akai said to Gin as he continued his walk alongside his mentor and Ha-ou.
"Yeah, I guess, but sheesh, We couldn't even say hello to any of those cute Fae chicks at all, thats not fair boss. If I didn't like you so much I have at you." Aoi said to Gin, his claymore resting on his shoulder."
"Is that so, well when your wounds heal completely, feel free to commit insubordination, it will make for more fitting excuse to give you more bruises." Gin said, smiling. Looking around, Gin noticed two at the post as a young man unexpectedly barged past them. Watching as he and his escorts continued to walk, Gin noticed as multiples of the young man appeared, confusing the guards. "Interesting..." Gin said as he focused his vision, backed by his affinity with Law ascertain the nature of the dopplegangers.
He noticed that the other men were mere figments, duplicates as the real man toyed with the guards from afar. Escaping the confused men's vision, he strolled past a bench of inquisitive angel, saying hello. "Aoi, Akai, do you recognize that man?" Gin asked his Einjheriar.
"No, never seen him before." Akai said, placing his hand on his broadsword.
"Whoever his is, I don't know boss." Aoi said, grabbing his claymore firmly.
"Apprehend him, he may be a fallen." Gin said as he watched his Einjheriar advance on to the mysterious young man's location.

Roma noticed quickly the ruckus of the few angels that noticed him. Apparently he was an interesting sight, though the screams for help made him pause and turn. He wasn't sure, but it seemed he may not be all to welcome in the celestial realm of heaven. He wasn't sure why he was the center of attention but he didn't mind it either. He moved on rather then stop and see what was going on with the men however. His long black robes billowing around him as he moved along his way.
It was then that he saw a few more imposing figures step nearer to him. The men seemed to be intent of doing something more then talk. Roma knew his position here was none existent so he was not going to draw his weapon just yet. To be safe however he turned to the men and bowed deeply before vanishing in a whirl of rose petals. The petals fell slowly and when they had fallen he had transported to behind them, or at least intended to. He didn't know if they could sense the direction he would move in but he simply intended to play a bit.
"Now now. Is there a problem. Your approach seemed rather grim I must say. Isn't it better to discuss your problems then to fight?"
His voice seemed almost haughty as he spoke to the advancing strangers. He did not know there intent but they had been the first to approach him, and it didn't seem all that much like greeting him. As a result he remained on his guard. in the case that he was attacked he had a few tricks to try before he drew his weapon. Fighting, as always, was a last resort.

The angel sitting on the bench bowed to the Choubatsu-ou when he said hello to him. It was his first time meeting him, but he has heard about him and was greatly honored to be in his presence. He remained sitting in his seat though when the robed figured made his move. He took out a knife and started to clean his nails with it. He knew that the Kouzetsu Gin didn't need his help to take out the young kid, but he wanted to let him know that he would be ready for him if he needed the assistance without telling him.

Walking past the bench, Gin nodded at the eager Upright as he passed, "No need for you your assistance, although you effort and intent is appreciated citizen." Gin said as he passed, interpreting the intent with his attunment to Law, looking to find and secure a remote location to view his Einjheriar intercept the stranger. After the attack on the second layer, Gin was in no mood to tolerate another potentially fatal and disruptive attack, especially when the potential murderer was within his reach. Behind the north face of a stone building, Gin watched as things would begin to progress, walking closer to the location of the man.

Roma had no will to fight the people his father had chosen as his allies. there was no reason for such a battle and he would not be lulled into one. Though, he didn't wish to be beaten or captured either. He was sure that he could get out of this situation without much trouble. With this though he formulated a swift set of plans and started his game. There was a good chance he would merely annoy these men, but he would try to play a bit anyway. He couldn't think of any better an idea.
Using the shadow on the ground beneath him he dragged up a swirl of shadowy tendrils. And with a single turn he created to puppets on either side of him. Those puppets repeated the action to make two a peace. Those puppets in turn did the same, making a sudden army of copies. The gang of Roma clones then started to do a seemingly choreographed dance as the Roma in the center did the special effects. The intention was to entertain, or make the dragon able to escape easily. Roma sent manifested energy into the air and made them the energy burst into plumes of confetti and flowers. Then he sunk into his shadow, only to wisp into existence in the shadow of a building not too far away with the appearance of a man he'd seen walking down the street.

The angels nearby didn't know what was going on but they saw the clones dancing and it caught their attention. Soon others began to show up to watch what seemed like a show. They clapped and cheered when a small explosion produced flowers and confetti. The citizens watching were impressed and soon starting talking.
"Who is the performer"
"I don't know, but I don't recall there being some kind of performance scheduled."
"Perhaps its something Mei arranged."
"Maybe its someone who got bored."
"He don't look like he's from around here. You think he's a performer from another layer?"
The chatter had rose to more than just a dull roar and more people showed up to see what was going on.

Remembering their training Aoi and Orenji both took to their respective stances. "We command you in the name of the Ha-ou to halt." Orenji said to what appeared to be the culprit. Holding up his broadsword to what appeared as his neck, as he suddenly was surprised as the stranger managed to double, then quadruple in appearance. "What manner of trickery is this?" Orenji said as the clone all took on a similar carefree smile as what appeared to be the source.
"This asshole thinks we're chumps, okay then." Aoi said, tapping his claymores blade on the ground three times, a silent signal to Orenji to remove himself from the area and cover his eyes. Suddenly Aoi extended his hand, producing a small orb of light that began to radiate and burn brighter with each passing second. "We'll see if you like flares" Aoi said arrogantly, causing his small luminescent orb into a bright explosion of light, containing it to the small area that all of the mysterious strangers doppelgangers inhabited to not blind any pedestrians.
Keeping his distance from the epicenter of the blast of light, Orenji watched as the men stood in front of the blast of light, readying his weapon, whose razor sharp edge grew hotter by the second, hoping to access the situation from the rear in order to adequately aid his rash comrade in the apprehension of the stranger.

Having been a good bit away from the scene of his copies dance, Roma observed a man creating a great flash of light. Roma had a slightly saddened feeling on his face when he saw the man ready to attack and decided that there was no longer a chance that a completely peaceful resolution was possible. Though, he still refused to be in a direct battle with such a brute. Instead, as any good puppet master would, Roma manipulated his clones to do as he would not. With his eyes focused on the scene of all the commotions he observed the proceedings and played his hand from afar.
The puppet that had taken position in the center of the group was the only one who happened to have closed his eyes in time for the flash. The rest of the dopplegangers were blinded by the light and deteriorated into a dark haze of shadow. Under the control of the Draconian master the clone leaped up away from the blast radius to avoid destruction. The haze that the rest of Roma's puppets had become solidified and flew up to the airborne Roma-clone and took the form of his scythe. There was no choice but to fend for himself, and Roma decided it best to enter battle with a single puppet then himself. Focusing the on only his clone and scythe Roma sat himself on the ground with his back to the wall of a building. Her put his hands in his lap as to avoid moving them in accordance with his puppets movement.
"I wasn't aware that the celestial race had come so far as to attacking travelers. Nor did I know that the Malikim were so brash that they would not honor their opponent with a name."
The puppet landed a few feet to the side of the focused light and held his scythe at his back so that the blade faced up and blade at the tip of the staff rested on the ground. Romaclone watched his adversary with all the poise of his master. The clone wouldn't survive a solid blow, but it would surely move with near all the swiftness and grace his master had. If Roma failed to end the issue in this way then he would be forced out of hiding to resolve the issue. Romaclone prepared himself by sliding his leading foot forward and to the side. He lowered himself lightly and raised his scythe in his right arm. The staff wrapped in his arm and the curved edge of the blade facing upward toward Romaclone's shoulders.
"I am Roma Zenas Nateh. I do not wish to fight, but will if I must."

The people immediately ran for cover when they saw that Kouzetsu's Einjheriar at work against the many dancing guys. All the angels weren't effected by the blast except for one who was really close to the group of clones and cried out. "My eyes! Oh Suzaku! Why?!"
A Malakite nearby quickly grabbed the blinded angel after the blast receded. "You're gonna be ok." He didn't hesitate to administer a bandage around the guy's head to cover his eyes and hoped for the best.
The rest of the angels knew better than to stick around and fled the scene to take shelter, leaving the streets empty.

Seizing the opportunity, Gin walked along the wall silently over to the man who referred to himself as Roma. Moving with all the grace and noise of an autumn leave falling to the ground on a windless day, Gin finally stood behind the young man, placing his hand on the rims of his glasses to adjust their position on his face.
"There will be no need for such a fruitless skirmish to proceed any further. I, Kouzetsu Gin, Ha-ou and Choubastu-ou, Leader of all Heavenly Kings, demand that you explain yourself." Gin said, staring into the hair that covered the back of Roma's head. "Please understand, Heaven is in a state of panic as of late, and unless you neglectfully value your life, disperse the those dopplegangers of your or I can not assure your safety here." Gin said in a stoic voice, his face not betraying any malice, his gaze piercing through the disguise the stranger put forth.

Just as Roma had formed the resolve to do battle he was made aware that he wasn't alone. It wasn't as if he had started this game, he had only tried to resolve things calmly. Roma had gone so far as to actually make a dance group all for the benefit of the celestials present. Though, those had been brutally destroyed by the overzealous guards. Roma heard the voice behind him and knew there was something quite odd about being found so easily. It may have been that he hadn't run with the others, but he had changed his appearance as well as left the scene. He sighed and dropped his morphed appearance, though he was not so sure the clone wasn't needed just yet.
Roma rose and the clone made it's way toward him. Roma made no motion that would threaten an attack. Instead he was just as refreshingly kind and graceful as ever. The clone burst into a plume of smoke and roses about ten feet away and the roses streamed toward Roma. Roma turned to face the man who claimed to be the Ho-ou and smiled. The traces of his brother were in this realm, and it was likely he was known in some way if this was the standard greeting in heaven. Roma decided that the man before him would be the man to ask if he was who he claimed. The stream of roses formed into the wondrously decorated scythe in Roma's hands for a moment before sinking into the shadow on the ground.
"If I'm not mistaken it was your people who started this useless confrontation. I asked to discuss matters first, and when that was ignored I started dancing. Is that a crime now? Honestly, I can see why my father liked you people so much."
He laughed and shrugged, feeling that he had no reason to fret here. Though he was still not in a technically enemy free area he wasn't so afraid that he'd be nervous. Roma looked at the man before him and bowed lightly to him with the sweeping grandeur of a respectful noble. He had his ego to tend to after all.
"I am the Prince of Dragons, Roma Zenas Nateh. I am here to remake old memories and search for a man dear to me whom I've yet to meet. Is this enough to explain my purpose Lord Kouzetsu? Or will I be resisting arrest on my first visit to a formally allied realm?"
He spoke seriously even though his voice was somewhat light. He felt truly disrespected even though he seemed to be at ease. Roma didn't take kindly to unexplained attacks, panic or no. the fact that the ha-ou had com here made things better though, and Roma was appeased. He brushed away a long pink lock of hair from his handsome face and realized he was no longer smiling. He had to take note of the fact that he hadn't been forced to act in this fashion for a few years.

"Aoi, Orenji, cease and desist your actions, bring me the citizen who was injured." Gin called to his Einjheriar who lowered their weapons and aided the temporarily blinded man over to their Ha-ou. "I can assure that that was not confrontation, for if it were we would not be conversing so jovially my friend." Gin said as he was brought the injured citizen. Placing his hand over the man's eyes, Gin focused his energies attuned to Law, and began to say a short mantra, "These eyes of your light sought to rend, let them see without flaw again." Gin said calmly, as his hand began to glow. Removing his hand from the man's face, the Malakim opened his eyes to see that his vision was returned to him. Thanking Gin, he walked off to join the others who witness the altercation.
"We shall discuss you rash actions in regard to fighting within the presence of civilians later Aoi. As for you Roma Zenas Nateh, this man you seek, may be the man whom caused the damage in the Nisou, and I cannot let this pass again. You are a Dragon you say, a Prince no doubt, well if truly this is the case allow me to formally apologize to you on behalf of my Realm. I wish I could say that you simply request of finding someone within the Realms was palpable, but alas it is not. Travel has been restricted to Celestials only between the layers, so Dragon Royalty as it were is simply not enough of a reason to wander about.
"However, I am a fair ruler, and I can sense no falsehood in your speech. You were not aware of current events here, so I will not hold your ignorance in this situation against you. However, I do not want unfamiliars parading in the streets to add to the heightened sense of hysteria. Take this missive, use it to travel to the Rokusou, where all guests and travelers reside while in Heaven. Your accommodations will be more than pleasing with this missive, from their I shall send for you to meet with myself and Mikage Tsubasa. She has met previously with those of your kind, and is responsible for Celestial/Dragon Relations as of late, and may hold the information for the man you seek. Until then, goodbye, and depart for the Rokusou post-haste." Gin said, removing a rolled missive from his robs, one which clearly had the seal of the Ha-ou as its binding. Walking away, Gin was followed by Aoi and Orenji, off to depart for the Shichisou.
