[A/N: This project takes place a few months before the Hellion King Meeting]
Kojiro had finally had enough of the way his realm looked. It was time for a change of pace. With all the time he had on his hands, He had made a mental list of things to do and this was one of those things. After listening to the complaints of the people in his layer for years, Kojiro had finally decided o do something about it.
His Solution was Project Gardena. Since its completion the city had tripled in size. That was a good thing, because raising morale was something that would help in times to come. Having the support of ones own citizens was some what of a necessity especially when in an office such as King.
Thought the changes had been made, Kojiro still had one problem: he couldn't trust anyone. The entire town was under tight surveillance because of this reason, he didn't want something crucial to happen and have to rely on his subjects to tell him what happened and at the same time he wanted to keep an eye on everyone.
The result was a clean and efficient city with three different levels of security. All specifically trained to handle most situations.
Current Security level was high due to the Heaven-Hell Interaction level:
So far the city was in pretty good shape:
Now that this was over, Kojiro could deal with more personal problems.
