[This takes place after Hilde's involvement in "Three Days Grace," located in the Ningenkai.]
Hilde wondered around the Yumekai, wondering where everyone had gone. From what she noticed, everyone seemed to have taken a group retreat somewhere. Even Rosey was gone. That more than anything pissed her off, because she came back home just to rub it in her face that she was now officially Oracle's pupil. Instead, she went to her home to see what needed to be taken care of.
She hadn't been home since she first met that dragon. Hatulan was his name she recalled. It was hard to believe how much things have changed in a couple of weeks. Eventually, she would have to deal with Na'ame dealing with her absence, but she was willing to take the chances when the time came.
Hilde sat in a chair, sighing with the revelation that no one was here to share her adventures of late with. She bellowed in her own self pity as she asked herself a two-worded question.
"Now what?"
<Hilde,> a familiar voice echoed in her home.
She looked around anxiously, not only because she was trying to see where the voice was coming from, but because she knew whose voice it was.
"Mr. Oracle?" she called.
<Hilde, this is Oracle. Can you hear me?> she heard her mentors voice again.
Taking some time to think about the situation, she smiled as she realized what was going on.
Okay, I get it, she thought to herself. He's talking to me through thought.
Hilde then sat back down in her chair, closed her eyes and started to concentrate.
<Yes, Mr. Oracle,> she said. <I hear you just fine.>
There was a pause before she could hear Oracle's voice again.
<Listen to me very carefully, Hilde. I need you to go to Heaven and start your training with the other faes. I do not need you under any suspicion while I am under such heavy watch.>
Hilde frowned a bit in confusion. <Do you want me to tell them that you sent me?>
<NO!> she heard Oracle project. Hearing Oracle that angry at first frightened her, but she couldn't say she didn't deserve it.
After all, she did question Oracle for Shijin's sake...
<They must not know that you work for me, Hilde,> Oracle told her in a calmer tone. <Now go; the sooner you leave, the better. This is your chance to prove yourself to me...>
Hilde nodded in response to her new orders. She opened her eyes, cutting off the mental link and stood up. She walked toward the door, picking up her sword and opening up her door. She looked ahead into the wonderful view of the Yumekai and sighed.
"I promise I'll be back," she said to herself. "And when I do return, Na'ame will be so proud of me..."
