The Leporidae Clan is composed of all Rabbit and hare species. Because these two genuses are structrually similar, however, they are known as:

• Usagi (all types of rabbits and hares)

Usagi (Rabbit)

Usagi youkai of the Leporidae Clan are known for their stealth. Because of their small size in animal form, they are usually able to infiltrate any place they se their sights on. Rabbits are also not uncommon in most areas and habitats, and thusly can appear in front of Humans without fear of being conspicuous.

Usagi youkai are another group who do not distinguish between each other in terms of tribes: The Leporidae will accept any other of their own kind for safekeeping and care. They live in large families--usually in caves or burroughs. They do not mind mingling with Humans, however--there are several inns, hotels and other places of refuge that are owned by Usagi Youkai, as a disguise for Humans, to accomodate their bretheren, and also as a means of finding out information.

In battle, Usagi are known for their battle intel, their ability to work with and easily understand technology, as well as their nimble and speedy natures.

These youkai typically practice the elements of either water or light. These are passed down through their generations and an Usagi who does not practiceeithe rof these types is considered strange, although an Usagi without magic is very acceptable.

Usagi tribes are very numerous--more so than inu and neko tribes in some areas, and their tribes are usually named in latin.

Requirements for Tribe names: Usagi tribes are named in latin, without any limitation on subject.

Requirements for group magic: Usagi youkai must use either light or water, with exceptions only made in cases where admin considers it warranted.
