"She's probably in our tent, perhaps waiting for us there. Come, I shall lead you the way." Mei gently grabbed her mother's arm to lead her to her tent. She reflected on what just happened, wishing that things hadn't escalated the way that they did. She wondered if Gin was alright, she had never seen him like this and a worried look came about on her face. All the times she had seen him, he seemed to be mild mannered and poised even while soliciting orders to the soldiers.
They got to her tent and Mei raised the flap for her mother to enter, thinking that her sister should be dressed now so she didn't have to worry about exposing her while she got ready. But she saw that Amelia wasn't even in the there and furrowed her brow. She should be here.

There she lay, in the midst of pleasuring herself, just as surprised as he was when she saw him. Her cream skin was flushed in the center of her chest and face, her fingers slick with moisture from her tenderest part. She immediately rushed over to Gin, expressing her desire for him then and there, ignoring the scorch marks and dripping sweat, she kissed him softly on the lips. The blood of battle coursed through his veins, his senses all heightened to their peak, her could smell and feel her soft, fragrant skin, the bulge of his manhood pressing against her naked thigh, hardening with each second.
He would like nothing more than to take her now, to lose himself in her flesh, to lie inside of her and forget the troubles of what just transpired, the scratching of her fingers and heat of her body just as pleasing, if not more so than the rigors of the battle past, the slicing of skin with swords and dangerous volleys of fire. But as he kissed her, he knew that they could not be together at this moment, and his thoughts shifted to his predicament with Rosey, turning the sweet taste of Amelia's mouth to bitterness and ash in his own, and he placed his burnt, soot covered hand on her chin and gently broke away from her affections.
"Amelia my dear, there is nothing more I would rather do now the feel the sweet caress of your body, and I do not doubt that you are indeed wet enough to quench the fires of passion the burn within me now..." Gin said passionately, his voice soft as looked into her eyes with a small grin. But his grin faded as soon as it came, and his eyes grew heavy and remorseful, "But this is neither the time nor place for us to be together. I won't go into things at this moment but... I am sorry my splendor, you must leave me... As wondrous as the presentation my be, the mood has been somewhat, dampened... Send my regards to your mother and inform her I shall met with her when I decide what shall become of Rosey." Gin said ending in a cold tone, looking off to the side, a twinge of withdrawal set into his features, his mind back onto that what he would do to Rosey at a later time.

Her faced contorted with anger from hearing that whatever happened between him and Rosey on the battlefield made this an inappropriate time for them to through all cares away. She clenched her fist, nails digging into her skin and the her voice was no longer soothing, "What did that little bitch do?! Perhaps maybe I should handle her! She would even think twice if she cough the wrong way." A vision of her wrapping her hands around the neck of Rosey played in her mind as she shouted.
Thinking that maybe she overreacted, she quickly turned around hiding her face. "I'm sorry that you had to see that." Her voice was back to its sensuous tones and she turned back around with a smile on her face. "Perhaps after you're all sorted out and taken a bath, you'll feel better for later tonight, right?" She placed her wet fingers on his lips for him to taste the residue of her fondling left on her fingers.

Despite her outburst, Amelia understood the sense of urgency presented in Gin's remorseful tone, placing her moist fingers on his lips, back to inciting him. She still smell of flowers, and had the same taste from before, a blend of sweetness and savory, something Gin couldn't even resist the urge to smile at. Staring into her eyes, he sucked the remainder off her fingers and stroked her hair with his hand, "Perhaps we may share another night together, but please refrain from taking any action against the girl, she is alone mine to deal with." Gin said, and with that, the Ha-ou sighed, and moved to the rear of his tent, turning to allow Amelia the privacy of getting herself dressed.
Searching through a chest of parchments and scrolls, he located a specific text on military rules and regulations, codes and procedures he knew verbatim, but the hard proof of these would suffice to illustrate that everything is in order in how he planed on dealing with the accused, his mind ever present on Rosey at the moment. "This will not bode well with what I promised the queen, but what must be done, must be done. She knew the consequences of her actions, and if she did not, her blatant ignorance in lack of her lack of respect would fail to shield her from the wrath of Military Law, rolling out the scroll seemed as tedious as laying in the final slashes to the girl's flesh.

"I promise I won't do anything to her." Her wings fluttered in happiness just thinking about the being with him later, and she nearly danced to where the rest of her clothes laid in a pile. She put on her clothes while Gin rummaged through his chest for some scrolls, thinking about how she would escape back here tonight. Perhaps she would use the excuse of looking over paper work with Gin if she was questioned. She tried to smooth out the wrinkles in her clothes before she walked over to the entrance of Gin's tent. Before she left she turned to say something to him, "I'll to try to finish the inspection as soon as possible. I really do hope I get the chance of being with you tonight." She smiled at him again and lifted the flap to leave.
On her way to the tent she shared with Mei, she heard a lot of excited talking and figured it was about the battle that took place not too long ago. She wondered how it finished especially since she just realized the condition of Gin when she reflected on how he looked after the ordeal. He didn't lose did? He couldn't, there was no way that stupid girl could have won against him.
When she got to the tent she shared with Mei, both her and their mother had exited the tent. Not wanting them to get suspicious of what she was doing, she quickly made her comment of what sort of happened, "I was looking for you guys. I saw some of the fight but I didn't want to stick around, figuring that you guys were looking for me too. So I went and searched some more before coming back here."

Seeing that Amelia wasn't in the tent she left to go search for herself only to see her approaching her and Mei. She responded Amelia's excuse, "Why didn't you just come here in the first place and waited for us, that would have been a lot easier." She started to suspect that her daughter was probably somewhere where she shouldn't be and stepped a little closer to her to get a good look at her. "How come your clothes weren't pressed? If went so far as to try to impress me by wearing your uniform you would have at least pressed you clothes you little liar."
She looked away just so that she didn't have to look at her, thinking how she was going to deal with Amelia. There was little doubt that she had that she was probably sleeping with someone while everyone was busy focused on the fight. She figured that she would hold off until she was done inspecting but she wondered where Gin had went to and if he was alright. "I hope that fight wasn't too much for Gin, I hope he feels alright. If not we could just go on without him. But I do wonder where he went to. Hmm? Where is Chrysett?" She realized that the young fae wasn't by her side, she was quiet and stood out the way, making her easily forgettable.

Chrysett raised her hand. "I'm here," she said quietly, still scribbling onto her notepad. There had been way too much to chronicle during Rosey's punishment, and it was hard, even when only summarizing the main points. She had wanted to be a bit more detailed than the bare minimum expected of her. Still scribbling the last of her notes concluding the fight, she continued to speak, "is there anything else that you'd like me to record as of right now?" She looked a bit haggard--and indeed, in the ensuing disbandment of all of the onlookers of the fight it had been difficult for her to keep an unassuming distance from her superiors, but she had managed it. She smiled brightly, showing that she would go through anything necessary for her to provide quality service.

For a moment she thought she could get away with her little lie but it appears her mother sense she wasn't be truthful. Her mother continued on saying that they should wait for Gin before they went to finish with the inspection. She wanted to tell them what Gin told her but stopped thinking that it would prove that she was indeed lying but then again it could probably help her story.
"Gin told me that he would meet up with us after he figures out what to do with Rosey. I ran into him not too long ago." She really didn't want her mother to know what she was really doing but it wasn't a complete lie. "We should just hurry up and get on with the inspection just to keep things rolling." She didn't want to seem that she was trying to rush things to avoid further suspicion on herself but she really wanted to be with Gin tonight.

"Oh there you are dear." Erato turned around to see that Chrysett was still there writing away, asking if there was anything else that needed to be added. She looked at her daughter then back to her as if she was hinting that she should make a note about Amelia. She didn't say anything else to Chrysett, other than wanting her to note that her daughter maybe a liar and uniform not up to par, there wasn't anything else that needed to be written down right now.
Right now though, since Gin was still dealing with Rosey, all they could do was finish the inspection for today. "Then let's inspect a tent from the Aerial Force, I'm growing tired from this tiring day." A lot happened in such a short amount of time that it drained her of her energy and she hoped that the rest of the day will go by smoothly.

Mei didn't say anything about Amelia's absence and she hadn't noticed anything wrong with her uniform until her mother pointed it out. She wondered where she went but left that for her mother to deal with.
Amelia seem like she was eager to get on with the inspection and she started to think whether or not if it was necessary for her to go along with them. "Do I have tag along? I'm only asking since I'm not the one in charge of the Aerial Force and that since Amelia wasn't present for earlier inspection. There's other work that has to be done as well, I have to check with the other army I command from my layer and paper work that still has be done from a King previous to me."

Chrysett was not stupid. As a servant, there were things that were to be understood not just on the surface of the orders that were received from one's superior, but also subtle things. Silence was golden at times, and her mother had been sure to let her know that sometimes silent communication or body language could be enough to save someone's life.
That being said, she wasn't sure what exactly about Amelia she was supposed to be looking out for. The woman didn't seem suspicious in any way other than what she was usually known for back home, but if Erato had brought special attention to her Chrysett would at least keep an eye on her.

Erato placed her hand on her chin, mulling over her decision for Mei. "Well, it appears you have duties that must be done. I seemed to have forgotten that you have a kingdom to take care of." She smiled at Mei, rubbing her check as she thought about how much she had grown. "Very well then, you may finish your tasks, it'll just be the three of us then."
She turned to her other daughter, "Let's go, shall we? I'll go ahead and pick a tent for the random inspection." She head towards the tents that is under Amelia's command, noting that there weren't a lot of faeries in sight in this area. She looked at all the tents until she stopped in front of one that thought would do for the inspection. "Who stays here?"

Amelia didn't say anything about Mei not having to be there but she did kind of wanted her be there so that she could rub it in her face when her mother finds that her men passed the inspection. Following her mom, she watched her looked at all the tents until she stopped and asked about the one in front of her. She looked at it and the others around it and recognized it as one of the commanders tents. "That's a commanders tent, I believe this one belongs to one by the name of Hilde."
She started to remember that Hilde had gave her trouble when she first got here but haven't noticed anything else about her. She smiled to herself, thinking that this would be a rather quick inspection with no flaws.

Without announcement, she lifted up the flap and let herself in to have a look around the inside the tent. The occupant of the tent was not here but everything seemed to be in order. The only issue that she spotted just from looking is the dust that had lightly covered the storage chest in her room. "Chrysett, come here. I need you to thoroughly examine this tent for me. I believe that this tent fair better than the last one we were at."
She stared off at the neatly made bed wondering where this Hilde person was at. She didn't like having to do inspections without the person being there, how else would they know if they passed it or not. "Amelia, where is your commander at?"

After a rigorous shower to cleanse the burnt skin, ash, and smeared blood from his body and hair, Gin promptly changed back into his standard tunic and trouser combination, making his way to where Erato, and the other chief Fae were. As he approached, he noticed this was the same tent in which a precocious and overtly suspicious was encamped, one of the women under Amelia's command. "Erato, I have returned from my meeting with Rosey." Gin announced, as to not surprise anyone with his sudden reappearance into the tent.
All his pristine features were restored, his glasses firmly on his nose, not to high to hide the black pools of his eyes, his face as handsome as usual, a smile grin creeping up the corner of his mouth, and his long, ebony ponytail retained its brilliant luster falling down his back, Gin himself seemingly unfazed from the violent confrontation that occurred earlier. "What has transpired in my absence." He continued inside, his voice as pleasant as ever in reverence to Erato, Chrysett, and Amelia especially.

Erato turned around as soon as she heard Gin's voice outside the tent to see him step inside. He appeared as if nothing had happen, as if the had not fought against Rosey. He seemed ready to continue his observation over the inspection when he asked to briefed on the things he missed. "Well we really just started to inspect this tent. I already went over the basic things in the room though, and now Chrysett is going over to make sure things were not missed. We probably would have been done by now if we didn't have to wait for a certain someone." She glared at Amelia.

They were at another tent, after what had seemed like an eternity attempting to report on the last one, which had been ridiculously cluttered. It was ridiculous, trying to write down everything that had been wrong with that tent; she should have made a list of what had been in order instead.
However, this tent, belonging to a "Hill-dee" (Chrysett wasn't quite sure how to spell that), was now under inspection. Everything here seemed in order--neat bed and cots, furniture almost perfectly aligned, neat paperwork on the dresser, trunks tucked into convenient crawl spaces--but Chrysett noticed that there was a thin layer of dust on the dresser around the stack of papers and the small reading lamp that stood there. Erato asked where the Fae was, and it was then that Chrysett realized that no one had been in this tent for a few days, not even any underlings. She scrawled all of her conjectures, which were properly labeled as such, for this particular tent--these notes were much more neatly written than the ones for Rosey's tent, where everything was in such disarray she never knew where the next point of criticism would be.
Gin joined them after she began to take notes, asking Erato what he missed. Chrysett particularly noted a lack of personal items in this tent, which she would have thought was normal. She categorized this as another conjecture, however, as she didn't know much about what the rules were about taking personal things. She paused in her writing to specifically curtsy to Gin, pen in one hand and clipboard in another as she grasped the edges of her dress at the same time and then went back to writing.

Before she could answer her mother, Gin stepped in refreshed from the shower he took. She didn't care how he looked before, she was willing to do him right then and there in his tent but now she couldn't wait to be alone with him again. She had to hurry this inspection along.
"If I can recall correctly, I didn't give permission for Hilde to even leave the training grounds considering she had arrived late. Had she came when she was suppose to she would be able to travel freely to all the other layers of Heaven. But perhaps she practicing with a group that messed up a basic aerial maneuver, something that even a child could do. I had a Captain make sure they get right to the point where they could do it in their sleep. She might be there and if not then she better be somewhere amongst these tents." She couldn't remember exactly who was in that group and didn't care because at that time she was too pissed at them for making simple mistakes.
She started to feel slightly irritated remembering what had happened earlier in the day and that this inspection wasn't going fast enough. It was beginning to show on her face and she crossed her arms, fingers tapping against one of her arms as her patience was waning.

Beaming a smile at the oh so polite Chrysett, Gin moved inside and stepped near Erato, taking notice of the feisty Amelia's growing impatience. "Erato, this Fae, Hilde I believe, seemed out of place when I came across her on the starting day of the training. Amelia is absolutely correct she was tardy, not as tardy and overtly blatant as Rosey, but her faults lie in the realm of the subtle. Seemingly sneaking around tents, watching her superiors carefully, it was as if she..." Gin said, stopping himself, a rare occurrence as he was not one for being tongue tied often.
Coughing lightly, Gin extended the courtesy Erato, "Pardon me, but there is something I want to check..." Gin said, extending his field of Law magic into the tent, saturating the surrounding until he was familiar with everything inside. He could sense the page in every book, the individual heartbeats and skin temperature of the Fae, things he thought not to dwell upon for the sake of being to evasive. Hilde's magical signature was thick inside the dwelling, but there was a small twinge accompanying it. It felt familiar, and Gin walked around the tent, inspecting artifacts, searching his mind for the few traces of homogeneity. The small bit reminded him of something or someone that was akin to being astringent, as if there presence in the smallest sense was more than enough to make a lasting impression. It reminded him of something of something toxic and corrosive, something unfavorably intolerant. When it donned on him, his forehead has eased its creases and he lowered the concentration of the magical field a bit. "Erato, I know I said that I would not intervene, but I implore you, summon Hilde here, I have something to ask of her." Gin said, in the same friendly voice he most always used when talking to Erato.

Erato listened as Gin confirmed what Amelia said about this faerie. He seemed that he wanted to be sure of something by using his magic, which she could feel the magic surrounding her as he checked the tent. He stopped and asked for Hilde's presence as if he found something unknown to them.
Erato placed her hand on her chin and had the other supporting her elbow. "You seemed to be on to something. I to want this fae present but it seems it you have a more pressing issue with her." She look to her daughter. "Amelia, summon this fae so that we can get to the bottom of this ordeal."
She started to wonder if all the commanders needed to be inspected to clear up any issues. "Chrysett, I need you to jot that we might need to inspect the remaining commanders tomorrow just in case."
She turned back to Gin, "I hope you don't have to get physical with Hilde but it appears that would have to be an option. I'm sorry that the Queen's people are a hassle."
