After his fight with his father Arashi found that his wounds weren't gonna heal. He was a good bit battered and in need of medical attention. He had about two broken ribs and a third fractured. Not to mention much of his energy was depleted. He had meant to use his herethere ability to transport himself to Tomo's castle and hope she could help, but because he lacked energy he happened to fall out of the tunnel between realms and land in the home of a stranger. He was of course absolutely unaware that he was in the residence of another hellion king, and he wasn't even that able to take in what was going on around him. He knew only that he had lost a large amount of energy by failing to complete his jump to the seventh layer and was now nearly unable to move.
You not going to die on me are you boy? You shouldn't die from only these little wounds
The constant tripe spoken by the sprite wasn't tolerated by the weakened Arashi. He was, after all, around a thousand years younger then his father. Not to mention, the absorbing of so much energy and such had taken a major effect on his mental stability. He needed to heal and reflect. But this pain was getting to him.
"Dammit Ranmyaku shut it."
And with that he began to struggle to his feet hoping someone would aid him...soon.

Yomi had been alerted right away. Typically, in this layer of bars, clubs and dance joints a drunk on the ground here or there, bleeding from a fight or two wasn't uncommon; but what was strange, though, was that there was a report of a bleeding traveler who looked more like he was in serious pain than just recovering from a showdown that he would forget when the morning came.
Yomi, serving as the bartender for Club Kaze at the moment in a short black dress that helped to celebrate the club's comeback and completed construction, was not pleased.
"Are you sure he's not drunk?" he asked the woman at the counter. A Human, no less, brought here by a Shedim who stood next to her, fondling her as she spoke and distracting her from Yomi's words.
"I'm--stop that," she added to her companion, swatting his hands away, "I'm sure that he's not drunk, he looks pretty--" she broke off into laughter, the guy's hands tickling her stomach. Yomi didn't understand this childish behavior, and she was growing impatient. "There's quite a lot of--" she broke off into laughter again, the man's hand reaching underneathe the table.
"STOP it right now!" Yomi yelled, grabbing the nearest bottle and shattering it against the edge of the counter, liquid flowing about.
Everything went quiet for a moment; and Yomi resisted the urge to uncork a bottle of poison particles and let them fly--but there were too many paying customers here. She couldn't risk it.
The Human woman looked as though she was about the cry, and her punk ass boyfriend stood tall as though he was going to protect her. With the intention of the entire bar on herself, she spoke through the ensuing silence.
"Get the fuck out of my face!" she said to the both of them. The girl appeared to be startled, but Yomi left the counter abruptly before she could say anything.
Storming outside, even she could see the body down the street, trying to rise from the ground. Who the fuck was this and what would it take to get them to leave?

Arashi was learning, to his dismay, that he was in the sixth layer of hell. The memories he'd taken from is father were pushing into his mind. Arashi was not expecting so much aftershock from absorbing the soul of one angel, it was painfully obvious that he was too young to contain such an old soul.
You wish count jumped to five Arashi. Your energy has nearly doubled. Absorbing another Djinni has drastically increased your ability and alignment, you should have left his soul for later.
Arashi couldn't bare the voice of the sprite rattling through his head along with the mental..everything of his bastard father. Arashi was still weakening, his body unable to support himself he fell again. The gash across his gave a blinding throb, it had been a heavily enchanted blade and the pain it caused was disgustingly horrid. Arashi fell to all fours and looked to the blood coating the ground beneath him, able to see his reflection in the glossy surface. The smoky haze of his wings had darkened to a dark gray instead of the white gray they' been before.
"Ranmyaku. Is this always going to be so difficult. I feel poisoned."
He coughed and a bit of blood fell into the pool, a swirling pool of chaos in the red form of Arashi's blood. Arashi looked up and saw he was no longer alone. And the rushing memories told him his company wasn't likely the best form of help.
Your right Arashi. This situation isn't to your advantage. This king doesn't have the compassionate and merciful touch of the yami-ou. She may just kill you for bloodying up her club.
"Or I'll die because no one helps me..."
Arashi's vision shook to blurry for a moment before settling back to the woman heading toward him. He hoped she wasn't as despicable as her reputation let one believe.

Looking at the fellow Djinni on the ground, the only words to permeate Yomi's lips were "What the bloody fuck?" She turned to the people walking down the street. "Why haven't one of you fuckers killed him yet? He's as good as fucking dead. What the hell happened here?"
But all of the patrons of the various bars and clubs kept walking, as Yomi would have had she not been informed by the drunkards at the Club Kaze; after all, the dying demon had nothing to do with anyone else.
Yomi tutted, trying to decide what to do, her hands rubbing her temples as she attempted to work out any logic that would lead to his death.
He was bleeding, but that was all, and bleeding was nothing to a Celestial. Unfortunately, all thoughts led to the conclusion that he would eventually recover.
She sighed. She had not been prepared to deal with this. She should have at least gotten the chance to down a few Windtinis first or something.
"...you're one of mine, aren't you? Damn it all to Genbu, why won't you just die?"
Out of anger that she was about to help out this pathetic stranger, she kicked him, knowing that he wouldn't do anything back. When her sandal came back with a drop of blood on it, she bit her lip, trying her best not a cry out in surprise when the blood actually burned. But it didn't have the properties of acid at all, and Yomi drew the only conclusion--that it was magic-based blood.
Such blood was not uncommon, but seeing it come from this wretch made her ponder his dealings--what the hell had he been doing?
With an exaggerated sigh and a roll of her eyes, Yomi summoned her wind magic, using the strongest gust--almost hurricane like speeds-- to push his body behind her as she walked down the dirt road that led through her city, headed to the large black mansion in the distance.

Arashi looked up at her as she yelled at the moving patrons around him. He was not at all surprised that they didn't want to bother with him, after all..it was only blood. He knew the bleeding wasn't going to kill him, but hell if he wasn't in pain. The annoyance that she spoke to him with was strange and he felt annoyed at her comments about his death.
Dreadful little winch isn't she...simply grand.
Arashi would have muttered the words to say something to her but she too swiftly kicked him in the chest. He felt the sting of her striking his open wound and hissed, laughing as his blood burned into her skin, he didn't have the energy to make the chaos do any more so he was content with a little singe. He was surprised to see her move to aid him actually, nothing in the confused memories of his dead father told of a kind Yomi. Yet, she was helping him, likely out of curiosity and nothing more. With the gale of wind he was knocked to his back and pushed along the ground.
At least the ground isn't to rough...
Arashi decided against thanking her for her assistance until he knew if she would care for his thanks. She seemed to have taken the blow as a way to say your welcome so he figured it was enough. He just hoped he would survive her medical attention.

It was a long trail to Yomi's mansion from the city's clubbing district. But Yomi did not mind walking the way so long as he didn't have to touch this stranger whose blood burned at the touch.
The path to her home was lonely and only surrounded by sparse trees and animal life. There was no need for anything near her castle, and the animals that used to populate the area when the Yami-ou had rejuvenated the Layer had scattered to avoid being a part of her "experiments".
His blood trailed behind him, leaving a smoking imprint along the trail that she dragged him through. She could see the civilians running into the clubs for refuge against the strange substance, and when they approached the apartment district they did the same, families retreating to their doors and windows and fathers taking their stance in case the strange being suddenly snapped up and attacked their leader.
However, Yomi knew that this wouldn't happen. He was too weak, to wounded and too much of a fucking wussy.
When they finally came to the end of the long trek, an assistant of Yomi's opened the door, recoiling back at the sight of the stranger behind her and leaving the door open before fleeing to what she saw as safety.
Yomi, with another strong gust of wind, threw Arashi's body across the threshold, not caring whether or not he was in pain. The black marble tiles on the floor began to deteriorate, and Yomi shook her head, dragging him further across the room and pushing him without touching him into a corner.
"Lie there until you get better," she said coldly, and walked off into the next room.

Arashi couldn't tell what to make of Yomi. He felt his body smack the floor and his head hit the wall and smirked. She was enjoying this, there was no other explanation. Either that or she was simply the biggest bitch of Arashi's life.
Your not fighting back why? She isn't that strong that you shouldn't at least defend yourself.
Arashi laughed hysterically as she exited the room. The pain he had been feeling had long since stopped bugging him, but the memories...the knowledge. All this information flooded through Arashi making him see visions of Times he'd never actually experienced. He watched centuries of his fathers life flash through his mind and sat in awe. He felt as if he lived the days his father remembered. He saw all he saw, felt what he felt. It was just such a glorious thing to experience and Arashi couldnt help but laugh.
Don't lose yourself in these thoughts Arashi
Arashi knew to be careful not to drown in his fathers memories. His wounds would take time to heal but he was already mentally back to normal. He slowly rose and felt the two broken ribs crack and moan as the wound had been made worse by his rough handling. The blood that he'd been allowing to spill about was forcefully stemmed by Arashi. The blood stopping at his skin instead of spilling out. Arashi glanced around for a sign of life.
"HEEELLOOOO"
Your such a child
Arashi shrugged and kicked open the door that he'd been hurled through, hiding his pain. He tried to avoid wincing from the ribs knocking around as he moved about.
"Is it too much to ask for someone to set a broken bone..kinda tingles a bit."
He was acting a bit more arrogant then he needed, but his initial impression of Yomi was that she'd respond to this faster then his groveling for help.

[You realize that the door that I hurled you through was the front door...?]
Yomi heard steps being taken downstairs, and she sighed. She had been sleeping, taking a nap, when the gentle breeze of her companion, Nectar, stirred her slumber.
"You have a guest roaming the premesis downstairs..." her voice was wispy and hollow, like the echo of a voice in the wind--fitting for a servant of the element.
It was with this that Yomi rose, descending the stairs dressed in golden robes, her long hair pulled back into a ponytail. It was then that she saw her guest, who had apparently found the energy to stop the flow of his acidic blood...of which Yomi had "borrowed" two magically resistant vials of while he was out.
He was standing on the small porch outside...he looked disoriented to her, like he didn't know where he was.
It was only then that it occurred to her that he hadn't been here before.
Considering his extensive injuries, Yomi took a deep breath and began to cover the large gaping space that loomed between them. She would have to be nice to him until he was better...
"Good, you're off of the floor," Yomi said with a sudden, forced smile. "I guess we can get someone to look at you now. Do you at least know who I am?" her voice failed to keep the arrogance from seeping into her question.
"I wasn't about to put you in my infirmary with all of that burning blood, you see. It seemed cruel, but I can't have my Djinn no long able to see other patients because they burned their hands off working with you. No, you had to stop bleeding first. And since you have, I will work on you myself."
She didn't really want to do anything to help him--he hadn't done anything for her...but he was hurting and in pain and wounded and blah, blah, blah...
Why the fuck do I always get these weirdoes?
"Come on...you lazy fuck," she said, still smiling as she turned and led him through a series of rooms to the infirmary.

Arashi blinked and looked out at the open space before him and felt a bit foolish. He was still a bit lost apparently and his mind wasn't all together as he'd thought. He turned a bit and looked into the hall he'd skid across earlier and heard the footsteps of the king descending the stairs. She looked as though she was more curious then concerned with him. He actually got a strong feeling of worry when he remembered exactly what layer he was in.
He blinked as she spoke to him and as soon as he saw her smile he fell back to the floor he worked so hard to get off of in laughter. He felt a fear tears well up in his eyes and the blood he'd stopped dripped slightly before he stopped laughing. He rose again slowly.
Idiot..show some respect
"There is no need to act out of character..you've already kicked me and hurled me across the room. If you were such a nice host..that wouldn't have happened. I know exactly who you are actually. A moment to remember..."
He paused and closed his eyes..he had more memory then his mind could have possibly lived through..he had to think to find them still.
"Uesugi Yomi. King of hells sixth layer. Cruel and sadistic mad scientist of hell. Feared for her poisonous nature... User of air. hmm.. you seem to have been rather popular with the men at some point. I wonder what happened to stop most of your suiters..you have SUCH a lovely personality"
He knew he was in no shape to mess with her, but he wasn't so sure she 's care enough to laugh at his joke let alone be offended. He followed he and smiled, his father knew his king well..then Arashi paused and made a sickened face...
"I really could have gone without that image..."
He looked up at Yomi with a look of slight apology. His father seemed to have had a crush on Yomi...along with the little fantasies that would go with it.

He seemed to pause and look outside, realize where he was, and then turn back around. Yomi rolled her eyes, waiting for him to reorient himself. Then he broke into laughter suddenly, falling to the ground in a heap, drops of blood hitting the floor beneath him with a sizzle.
"Look, I don't need any more damage to my floor than you've already done. Do you know how hard servants have to work to get the marble to shine like that?"
Then he said something about her being nice in a sarcastic tone and tried to remember exactly who she was. He must have really been fucked up to not remember his king, after all, but that meant about as much as a Mortal monkey's ass to Yomi.
"Its good that you've woken up and all--I don't mind having a subject with a few screws loose. Of course I was popular with the men at some point--I own the most popular bar this side of the Layer. Club Kaze, by the way, which I left--in a lapse of judgement, clearly--to take you here. Any other questions?"
She did not laugh at the joke. It wasn't funny to her and she wasn't going to pretend it was. Then he made a face and said something about an image--more of his schizophrenia, she supposed.
She crossed her arms, glaring at him. "It seems that you're well enough, since you're laughing and such. Maybe I should show you the door, jackass. Thank you for visiting Yomi hotels, where the floor is always free. Get the fuck out of my face," she said sternly, "Don't forget that being thrown out or in is always a free service. Leave my sight before I slaughter you. Go see Tomo or something--she always has a soft spot for little idiots with no place to go."

Arashi lost the need to joke quickly and looked at her wondering if slaughter was a necessary word. He wasn't stupid but he wanted nothing to do with Tomo at the moment. He wasn't to happy with the idea of crawling to her for help. It wasn't like he needed anything more then a patch up.
"Okay then. I see I've annoyed you enough. I meant no disrespect. I'm not exactly accustomed to the way things work down..no..around here."
He cringed slightly at the feeling his ribs made when he moved..or breathed. He frowned slightly for a moment.
"I would really rather not go to Tomo either. She's a bit too...let's say your opinion of her isn't likely anything but the truth. If you don't mind I'll just need a quick fix for a few broken ribs. I got into a bit of a domestic violence issue."
He looked at her hoping she'd allow him the needed treatment before getting rid of him. He wasn't expecting much hospitality, he didn't really need it. He'd be leaving soon anyway.

Yomi's glare continued. He was apologizing, as though that was supposed to make things better for him. He cringed, and Yomi could tell that despite his ridiculous schizophrenic tendencies, he was actually hurt.
He said something about not wanting to run back to Tomo and Yomi knew how he felt. She wouldn't have wanted to have to wallow in her own failure while Tomo was watching either.
It was the statement about Tomo, rather than any of the other things that he had said, that convinced her to allow him to stay.
"Fine, come on, and haul ass," she said. "I don't care what's broken. If you can't make it to the room, then I won't be doing anything."
She began to walk again, down the hall and through two large double doors to a large room bathed in white, six tables and three desks littered around the roomin various positions. The room was so white that even Yomi entering it made her seem like she was a blemish to the decor.
"Get on one of the tables and tell me what the fuck's wrong with you."

Arashi walked after her while trying to asses what exactly he needed fixed. He knew two ribs were broken..along with the gash on his chest and the slit wrists. He felt his ribcage for further damage. He walked in the room behind her and looked around, he looked at her smiling for a moment seeing her against the all white background.
go ahead..drool
Arashi shook away his thoughts and walked over to one of the tables as instructed.
Please don't tell me I can inherit infatuations... Yeah I think you can..but you haven't had naughty thoughts about her of your own yet so it isn't his crush..awww..you like getting tossed around Arashi?
Arashi blushed hearing the last words and scowled before hopping up onto the table, his back was turned before so she hadn't seen his face. Though when he hit the top of the table he winced again.
"Well..two broken ribs and a fractured on I think. Other then that I've got a giant gash on my chest and both my wrists are slit. And that's all that I have wrong with my body umm..Ms.Uesugi"

Sinking into the serious mode that she adopted whenever she was conducting an experiment, she did not smile at Arashi's pathetic attempt to find something to call her that was respectable enough.
"As you King I would prefer for you to call me either Kaze-ou or Yomi. Whichever one works, now lie back and be quiet. I can fix the broken ribs, but that'll take a bit of surgery." She began to go back to one of the desks, pulling out a pair of gloves and an scalpel.
"With the gash across your chest I may not need to make a cut of any sort. The cuts are easy to heal. I've managed to concoct a poultice that will force the body to heal. It will take a few hours for the gash, but it will heal. It depends on how you want this done. I can do it the Mortal way, through which I'll have to bandage you up physically, and it'll take about a month to recover, or I could perform the surgery and personally set the bones against each other. Which would you prefer?"
She looked at him seriously, donning the gloves and gathering her wind magic internally. The surgery was quicker, but more precise and effective. She was a master at surgery, so the fear of an accident didn't even cross her mind.
"Although, if I give you surgery, you'll have to turn off whatever that is that burns me when I touch your blood."

Arashi didn't much like the thought of letting this woman into his body. If memory served as evidence she was a feared experimentalist of the purest fashion. Though Arashi was sure she didn't think much about him as of yet he was still apprehensive. Allowing her to set his bones wouldn't likely reveal anything, but his blood and maybe even a certain energy sample she may take out of curiosity might cause trouble. If Tomoyo thought him a curious existence then the ruler of his fathers race would likely be far more concerned.
Are you going to neutralize my energy flow so she can fix you? If you plan to head into heaven with that dragon I doubt you want to be in bad shape to start off. Your leaving in only a matter of days
Arashi closed his eyes and laid down against the table, thinking of his options. He figured turning down the chaos energy wouldn't be too difficult. If he couldn't manage on his own he'd order Ranmyaku to do it. He looked up at the Kazi-ou prepping for his treatment and sighed..wincing as the busted ribs moved.
"Well seeing as the ribs took a bit more damage me getting tossed about I think I'll take your surgery. Just give me a moment so that I may altar the flow of chaos."
He hadn't really noticed that he let out his element unnecessarily and really didn't care. It was difficult to force chaos into a neutral state, which was to be expected. One can easily make the flow change due to it's tendency to be unpredictable, but forcing a specific pattern took time. Not to mention it was his first time turning it off like this. He'd only ever increased the power of the element, this was a new trick. Thank goodness he'd absorbed so many different way's to manipulate elements. He felt the change as he clicked the proper flow into place.
Looks like you learned a new trick in your elemental manipulation. Yet, you failed to turn it off..you only turned it down..it's still acidic. I know..but not enough to melt her skin..barely enough to be noticeable.
"I can't turn it all the way off..I've turned the level of it's strength down to that of a lemon. It won't even burn through the gloves."
He laid his head back wondering if she'd strike him again for being so incapable..or just because he couldn't much defend himself at all this time...

Yomi said nothing outside of a humble "Thank you". She dearly hoped that he wasn't noticing the air infused with particles that induced sleep that she was carefully wafting around him. Surgery was something that went along better if the patient was asleep or dead, she had realized long ago, and her fixing two ribs magically was something that she would rather him not be awake for.
She was so intent on keeping her concentration for this that she only barely registered him saying that he wielded Chaos. That explained the acidic blood to a degree...and it was certainly an interesting choice for a Djinni such as herself; everyone in her Layer as a whole were already unstable as it was--she hoped he would learn how to control it before it consumed him; then the whole surgery would have been for naught.
She nodded to acknowledge his statement about diluting his blood of the Chaos. It was a good thing, but certainly not something that Yomi couldn't work around. In any case, he told her that it wasn't stronger than lemon juice now, and so she wasn't worried about anything.
"Just relax, okay?" Yomi said, her voice still sarcastic even though she tried to insert some genuity into it. "I'm not gonna do anything bad. Just relax and I promise I'll finish soon..."
The room was pretty thick with her magic at that point, and she hoped that he would go to sleep soon. The sooner he slept, the sooner that he would be up and moving and out of her castle...

Arashi started feeling a strange sensation of sorts as he lay still waiting for her to start. Ranmyaku started speaking quite rowdily. Hey Arashi..hey...what the hell..she's doing something to you..your not going to be able to resist it unless you up the chaos in your blood again..hey do you hear me? You going to sleep..she's drugged you you idiot. Hey!
Ranmyaku of course wasn't very trusting and figured something was being done to Arashi but was willing to wait it out. Even if Arashi had put the chaos into a kind of sleep mode Ranmyaku had the ability to control Arashi's body if his consciousness was out of the picture. Though..it was still against his wishes at the moment.
"I'm...it's..sleepy"
He'd been caught off guard by the particles and was drifting off. He wasn't feeling very secure falling asleep here but it was okay...he was feeling strangely peaceful. Let it be Ranmyaku..I'll be okay soon
And without a word otherwise Arashi fell sound asleep under the waiting knife of Yomi. Ranmyaku was wide awake however and watched from Arashi hazed wings. It wouldn't be difficult for her to turn the chaos back to full power without Arashi there to stop her. So Ranmyaku waited to see if it was needed.

Yomi did not like surgeries, surprisingly. She didn't do the too often-her experiments were more the observing type, as in testing her products on a being.
Reaching over to one of the desks, she grabbed a bottle of disinfectant, and sprayed hergloves with it as an extra precaution. She rolled her eyes at Arashi's still form, and opened his already bloody shirt--or what was left of it, for the blood seemed to have eaten away most of it--pulling it off.
The gash was large, and deep. If Yomi had ever thought that a Celestial could die from bleeding, it would be from this wound. It extended from his right shoulder to his left hip, and Yomi really could not believe that he had stayed alive that long.
The cut was almost deep enough for her to not have to do anything more than pry the wound open with her tools. For someone in pain that threatened death, he sure knew what the hell was wrong with him. As she probed with her magic into the wound delicately, she could feel it—two broken ribs and one fractured. Yomi stepped back from the operating table, her brow furrowed in concentration.
It didn’t take more than a few seconds, and she had managed to bind the fractured rib into place with her magic. The two other broken ribs were something that she was going to have to do very carefully…

Arashi slept on, his mind falling into dreams as Ranmyaku appeared to him. He saw her in her natural form as usual and still didn't know she was female. Ranmyaku blinked before speaking rather agitated.
Your too trusting Arashi. Though she seems to be actually mending your wounds. I'm taking over the moment I see her doing otherwise.
Arashi responded in his mind, his words surfacing in a light mumble every other words or so.
You worry too much. As heartless as she is, she should at least care a little for her own people. I needed help anyway, I'm lucky he didn't slice through any deeper or all of my organs would likely be shredded. It will be over soon enough so relax.
Arashi's body remained still as his wings fluctuated slightly. They had been turned down as his blood was but now they were being affected by the lack of concentration. Without being controlled by Arashi and without being of chaos completely his wings were becoming a lighter color and at risk of solidifying. If Arashi stayed in a state of magically induced sleep without a steady flow of unhindered chaos his wings would turn to their white and fluffy form.

The broken ribs took about fifteen minutes. It was very difficult, because she didn't want to injure him mistakenly. Of course, if he died, she wouldn't have a problem just dumping the body somewhere in the building.
She could feel her own magic spreading through her fingertips and reaching to the broken limbs. She wanted to set them just so. She wanted the bones to be set as close to how they had been when they were whole as possible.
She could feel the sweat pouring down her face; the light above her was bright, and she slowly stepped back from the operating table a bit to make sure that none of it fell into his wound.
Once again, she bound the two ribs with her magic, and then she took a deep breath, retreating into the back of the room and falling into a chair, stripping off her gloves and throwing them to the side. She didn't want to have anything on her that would burn her like it had before.
After catching her breath, she rose and left, leaving Arashi or whatever his name was to wake up on his own.
