Training Day (Open to all)[Finished]

[Yoshi Tokugawa]

Yoshi Tokugawa and the Sho brothers wasted no time getting outside of town to the forest opening nearby. After being filled with good food, it was time for the work to begin. As Yoshi set down his bag, He took in a bit of fresh air. Slicking his har hehind his ears, he unstrung his bow from across his shoulder. And Loading his bow slowly, he took aim at the trees.

[Nagoyaka Rajah]

[This takes place sometime after "Breath of Fresh Air."]

Rajah was all packed and ready to trail off on his outing to explore the land near Zeshin's tavern. He had never been so excited before his life. Well, besides the time that he met Issac, this was going to be one of the single most exciting things that could happen. As he began his trek he didn't think about the idea of running into humans. After taking Issac and Zeshin's advice about how to approach them, he would only leave his cloak for when he actually reached the city, rather than parade around the forest with them.

Instead, Rajah wore his green war garment he received before he left India. And it was rather fitting too, since his eyes immediately turned green, signaling that his spirit powers were being disturbed.



As soon as Rajah's eyes turned green, the Tora-Jin could hear a distress call from a group of trees nearby. From what he could gather from their cry, a man equipped with a bow and arrow was about to take a shot. Rajah could not allow this to happen.

So, with his enhanced speed, Rajah immediately ran toward the area of the forest the trees cried for help and cold see the man preparing to shoot. The green of his eyes matched the hair color of the bow wielder. Once he was in range, Rajah slid in front of the man, stopping behind the tree with his arms extended to protect it. He stared at the man with a mixed look of concern and anger.

"What in heaven's name do you think you are doing?!" Rajah yelled at the green-haired archer. "These trees have done nothing to you!"

[Yoshi Tokugawa]

Retracting his arrow, Yoshi put his bow down and looked at the green-clothed stranger. "I was just to use a few branches...." Yoshi began. Kei Matsu seemed to pick up on what the stranger desired. "Hmm, Nature. We don't need to disturb it to train, do we?" "No. you're right, Kei." Yoshi offered. Pulling a few regular arrows, he stabbed them into the ground. Then wrapping his hands around them he slowly lifted up, releasing Ice elemental energy, making pillars. "Forgive us, passing stranger" Shaohan added. "We were just about to get into some element training."
"You are welcome to join us if you like." Yoshi Smiled.

[Nagoyaka Rajah]

Rajah patiently waited for the men to run off because of his appearance. But all three of them seemed to be as calm and timid as they were before Rajah's arrival.

They're... they're not afraid of me? he thought to himself.

But after watching them talk amongst themselves, he noticed that they were just as concerned about the condition of the forest as he was. He watched as the long haired man discussed to the one with the bow that the disruption of nature was not at all necessary to train amongst themselves. The one with the shorter hair then went on to apologize for the actions of the green haired man, who then decided to invite Rajah into their elemental training sessions.

It has been a while since I have practiced my earth control, Rajah thought to himself. He smiled at the man's offer. He knew today was going to be a good day.

"That would be delightful, thank you," Rajah said. "Let me introduce myself. I am Rajah Nagoyaka. It's a pleasure to meet all of you."

[Yoshi Tokugawa]

Yoshi nodded. "My name is Tokugawa Yoshi." "We are the Sho twins." Kei placed. Sho Kei Matsu and Sho Shaohan Xiang." Yoshi bean to create a fourth pillar as Shaohan stepped forward to the cat-like creature. "Allow me to bring you up to speed, Rajah. My brother and I were both born with special abilities, but we were never allowed to use them before now. Our temple training forbids it. So now I wish to see my power.

" And remember your training. Yoshi interrupted. As He stepped back from the pillars to and open patch of grass. He sat down indian style amd placed his hands together. Join me, all of you. For Power comes from the mind and mastery of the mind is meditiation.

[Nagoyaka Rajah]

Rajah nodded as the green-haired man introduced himself. A little less timid than he was before when the safety of the trees was threatened, he didn't have to use his ability over the spirit to tell that this was a good man. But it was the long haired one carrying his staff that threw Rajah off when it came down to introductions. He said that the short-haired one and himself were twins, but his name in particular, Sho Kei Matsu, was one he never thought he would hear outside the country of China.

"...Matsu?" Rajah asked curiously. "I had a sifu in China surnamed Matsu who taught me the ways of the earth." He smiled. "Funny how I would run into that name once again."

Rajah then heard his brother explain the reasons for their training in the forest. It was clear that they were monks; most of their mannerisms reflected his own. And it was apparent that their temple did not sanction their training of elemental magics. Rajah nodded in understanding.

"I am completely sympathetic to your decision," Rajah said. "I was brought up by the ways of the monk myself in Tibet nearly twenty-seven years ago as a small cub. They exiled me because of... well, let's just say that Tibetan monks aren't used to Tiger cubs that are able to stand upright and speak human languages."

Rajah looked at the sitting Yoshi, in a form that he was taught when he took up his martial arts training back in India as a form of meditation. It was apparent that he could perform ice magic after seeing the green-haired archer create pillars of it around his arrows. As he heard his proverb over the mastery over the mind, he smiled.

A man after my own heart, he thought to himself.

With that, Rajah placed the palms of his paws together, continuing to stare at the two monks.

"Your friend is right," he said. "Meditation is key in order to understand the ways of the elements."

Rajah closed his eyes and started to concentrate. After a few seconds, he opened them once again, only to reveal that the color of his eyes went from his regular shade of brown to a darker brown.

With the separation of his hands, the earth around both himself and the two monks started to rise. As Rajah steadily rose his hands, the ground spewed out pillars of coal surrounding the three. And as Rajah clenched his paws tightly, the pillars of coal immediately started to wear away and were replaced with diamonds. By the time Rajah's eyes reverted back to their normal shade of brown, the Sho twins and himself were captivated by diamond pillars, each one beautiful in it's own captivating way.

Rajah looked at the two and smiled playfully. "See what I mean?"

[Yoshi Tokugawa]

"Hmm, china...?" Kei thought as he took his sitting position. I'm not really sure where I'm from, as my twin brother and I were left at the school as small children." Setting his staff in his lap, he then looked at the sky and took a deep breath. Shaohan stabbed his staff in the ground and plopped down, folding his arms. " We know how to meditate we do it all the time. How is this going to hel...""Meditate!" Kei ordered, interrupting his little brother. Shaohan was startled, but put a smug look on his face before taking in a breath and concentrating.

[Nagoyaka Rajah]

Rajah watched as all three started to go into a meditated state. In a way, it was rather exciting. Rajah would have been the first one to witness the true potential of the monks elemental nature. He was expecting them not to act surprised when he displayed his will over the earth element, just because they were monks. In all honesty, Zehsin's display over fire magic should not have surprised him either. But seeing a boy his age possess an element such as fire was definitely not as common as your average man.

Rajah looked at the diamond pillars around him and smiled as his eyes once again darkened. With a lowering of his paw, the pillars once again lowered themselves into the ground.

He then sat down in front of the three as his eyes reverted back to normal, patiently waiting to see what the monks were capable of.

[Uindo Margret]

Maggie sat on one of the branches on the tree that over looked the forest. Luckily for her, the men there, if you count the talking tiger a man, did not see her. she was there in her Ninja Garb,



that she made on days that she went out on the field with the set of binoculars that she made that aloow not only to hear the subjects but also to see. it was something that she was going to present to the Devil Saints to use and she wanted to make sure that all the bugs were out.

She had been working on them for the last week and a half with out coming out of her room.

Sliding closer to the edge of the branch to see the tiger a little bit more, she sliped off the edge, screaming.

"AH!' She screamed as she kept falling.

[Nagoyaka Rajah]

As he watched the meditation of the three men, Rajah could hear a rustle in the trees. His ear twitched, immediately alerting him that something was different within the forest. He once again used his spirit ability to ask the forest what was wrong. The only response he received was that something was in the trees.

That was when Rajah decided to look up. As he looked up, he could see a purple-haired woman slipping off of the top of a tree. Instantly shocked, Rajah immediately ran toward the screaming woman. He pounced and grabbed her out of the air, twirling before landing on the ground.

Rajah laid on his back with the woman laying on top of him. One of his paws were wrapped around her waist as his other paw rested on her back. And while he found this intimate situation to his liking, he blushed in bashfulness for the same reason, never being in such a condition that was not voluntary.

"Are you alright?" he asked the purple-haired woman.

[Uindo Margret]

Maggie eyes fluttered for a second, the forest still spinning around slowly. She moved her hair, which was blocking her view at the moment, away from her eyes to see that that the caring voice belonged to the Tiger she saw way up in the tree tops.

She smiled and blushed a little bit and she could tell that the Tiger was blushing as well. "Yes, I'm fine," she started in a shy-like voice, "But i would be a little bit better if you were to let me go. I can stand up now."

[Nagoyaka Rajah]

"Oh," Rajah said as he blushed in embarassment, realising that he still had an intimate hold on the woman. "Right," he tried to chuckle off. "Sorry about that."

Rajah started to stand, still with the purple-haired woman in his paws. With him standing, he also placed the woman on the ground, looking down at her. And even though his paws were not placed anywhere intimacly involved, he was still rather close to her to the point where his green tunic was touching the woman's tunic on her chest.

"I...," he tried to speak, but shyness was trying to hold back his tongue. He swallowed. "I hope I didn't scare you..."

Maggie brushed her outfit off as she was stood back up by the Tiger. The fact that that the Tiger wonder that she was scared by him even though the Tiger caught her before she dropped to her death, took her off guard.

The Fact that she was in fact an employee for the Devil Saints and her own travels before hand had open her eyes to the things normal people would have ran from or worst. So the fact that she was asked that really did take her off guard and she had to smile as she looked at the Tiger in the eyes again.

Moving the Tiger's tunic off her own, she held her on shyness away, sensing the Tiger's own shyness, and bowed.

Raising back up with the same smile on her face, she said "You did not scare me. I've seen a lot things that scared me--my mum's cooking, crazy hobos, monkeys with diapers--and you are not one of those things. I would thank you but I don't even know your name."

[Nagoyaka Rajah]

"M-my name?" Rajah said, still kind of star-struck from the woman. He looked away, blushing in embarrasment once again as he even struggled to say his name.

Looking back at the purple-haired woman, he smiled shyly as he prepared to speak.

"My name...," he started, "...is Rajah; Rajah Nagoyaka. Would you care to grace me with yours?"

[Uindo Margret]

Aww, Maggie thought as she saw the one who called himself Rajah smile shyly, He's so cute!

"Well Rajah," she started as she smiled again, "My name Uindo Margret. But my friends call me Maggie. You are my friend now for saving my life just now. But tell me, why are you out her in the forest. Or better off where do you live?"

[Nagoyaka Rajah]

Rajah smiled at the woman, partly because she called him her friend. And also according to the woman, that now gave him the right to call her "Maggie." Rajah liked the name Maggie; more importantly, he liked the fact that she was so friendly. And as new friends do, she asked questions to learn more about the Tora-Jin.

"I currently reside inside the local tavern," Rajah said as he pointed behind him with his thumb, "not too far from here. I'm lodging with a friend of mine named Zeshin. And I'm out in the forest, because I'm on my way to Barcelona Spain on a special shopping trip to gather food for his family and their tavern. It's the least I could do for allowing me to stay with them."

Rajah looked up at the trees, then back at Maggie. He smiled tenderly.

"I take it you like climbing trees?" he joked.

[Yoshi Tokugawa]

Shaohan jumped up and cracked his neck, shooting an irritated look at Rajah and the newcomer. It's hard to concentrate with all these damn distractions." He admitted painfully. "I'm going to find a quieter place to sit." Shaohan grabbed his staff and began to storm off.

POIK!

Shaohan stood completely still and slowly pulled his staff to his eyesight. Near his hand, a shuriken stood perpendicular from the wood. He turned to find Yoshi's hand extended toward his direction, his eyes still closed. Yoshi and Kei simultaneously rose to their feet slowly before opening their eyes. Kei grabbed his staff and pointed it at Shaohan. You dissapoint me brother! Kei growled. Master and Baguazhang taught you no discipline!? Shaohan pulled the Shuriken out of his staff with some effort. Tossing it to the ground, he began to walk off. The real world is different than the temple! Out here people die everyday, out here, our own parents abandoned us. I have power now, And I'm gonna figure it out on my own! "Shaohan, come back!!" Yoshi yelled.
" Shaoh--!" Yoshi was cut off by Kei's staff. He exhaled slighty then turned to Yoshi. Let him go. Shaohan is easily frustrated sometimes...I just hope it doesn't turn him down the wrong path. Besides, it seems we have more company..." Kei Trailed As they turned to the Mysterious woman with Rajah.

[Nagoyaka Rajah]

"--I have power now, and I'm gonna figure it out on my own!"

That's all that Rajah could hear after attempting to entertain the woman named Maggie in front of her, not realizing what was going on until he noticed the short-haired monk storm away from the green-haired archer and his brother whose surname was the same as his earth mentor. Going back and forth between looking at Maggie and the two men left, he decided to see what was going on.

"Hold that thought," he said as he held up the index finger on his paw. He immediately headed back toward Kei and Yoshi, confused with the situation.

"What happened?" he asked with a mixture of excitement and confusion. "Where's Shaohan?"

Maggie was about to tell Rajah that she was up in that tree for five hours because she was testing out the binoculars---

SHIT! she thought as she looked up to see what she just remember was up there, the pair of binoculars that she had worked on hagging over the branch and about 2 seconds from falling and breaking into a million pieces.

She sighed as Maggie thought of a plan to get them down. She then thought about after remembering seeing the one of the young man made an ice pillar earlier. Though she wasn't going to make an ice pillar to solve her problem, her last name gave her an alternate solution.

"Grace of wind," she said as she held out her right palm, "Flow of Air, cover the item I Covent and bring it to thee." A small breeze pushed the binoculars off the branch but not to fall. It seemed as the if the binoculars were floating like a feather but in fact were riding the small wind.

It landed in her hand as she smiled. "Man," she said under her breath, " I love my magic."
