Tomoyo was very serious about having this meeting.
Sparked by the words from Setsuna Tomoyo set about making the arrangements. Of course, they were meeting in the Mortal Realm. Neither side would really like it, but there could be no other place. The Yami-ou would not allow them to disturb the peace of the Mythical Realm with their meager petty arguments and they would likely die in the Dream and Spirit Realms. There was no other place for it. The Mortal Realm was the only location where neither side would fill overwhelmed by the odds of being betrayed at the meeting.
Tomoyo decided to not disturb the Mortals as much as possible, either. Renting out the spectacular dining hall of a Catholic Church in Devon, England, she had nothing more to do but wait. Her choice of location served for the purpose of making sure that Heaven was convinced that she was not proposing this meeting to be hostile--after all, the entire judeo-christian outlook had a basis of worshipping Heaven, thereby projecting the image that Heaven had the position of power in the meeting, at least--and despite this fact Tomoyo knew that her own Kings would follow her here on order, no matter what the meeting place signified metaphorically.
When she saw the priests praying, however, she decided that she was going to have to do something about that; she couldn't have Humans lurking about while they were having a meeting.
"You only rented the dining Hall, madame," the head priest said to her. "That is all that you need, isn't it?"
She had really been trying to not make anyone uncomfortable here, and she raised a hand to her temples. She didn't want to have to scare them away with magic--they might actually tear the building down afterwards and Tomoyo was sure that this area of England had been untouched by the Celestials for some time.
"It is very important to me that I have all the privacy that I can receive from this place. My associates would be highly upset if they knew there were people around who could actually recite quotes from our meeting. I'm sure that you understand."
Clearly, the clergyman didn't understand, and frowned.
Well, I can't say I didn't try...
"Ah..." Tomoyo said, mustering the small amount of energy that she would need to spread her racial influence. "I believe that it would be in the best interest of everyone in the Church to be vacated. I am a valued customer, after all. I paid a lot of money to rent that room, much more than I should have for recent Human prices, and you should not be putting up this much of a fight."
The priest began to look confused, as though he wasn't sure what to think of the idea. But he said, "You are right, after all; you are a valued customer. Our dining hall is expensive. I will vacate the premises myself--there are only three others on the grounds. We will leave.
As soon as they did, Tomoyo constructed a kekkai. This one was special, and more effort than she had ever really put into a defense before. It would let in those with Aura signs of the Celestial Kings--Tomoyo would have to let Isurugi Mei, Tsubarisu Kojiro, and Takaishi Jiishita in herself--and it also had the abiltity to sound a small alarm for visitors that approached it as well as a loud, obnoxious one if the kekkai was attacked. Constructed from the Cathedral's own large shadow, the Ha-ou of Hell was sure that it would work to keep all others out. Soundproof, as well, though Tomoyo couldn't imagine anyone even getting near enough to hear them, since they would be meeting in the Hall.
With all her work done, Tomoyo could do nothing but wait for the other Kings to attend.
Perhaps with the fire lit under the asses of those in Heaven they would make a less-Tsubasa influenced decision. They would see how many Kings there were in Heaven in comparison to the ones in Hell, and they would know that they were outnumbered. Tomoyo wanted them to see how much they would be elligible of losing in a War, and for them to decide against it. Tomoyo did not want to go to War with Heaven, and she hoped that they would see that. If they decided to go through with War anyway...then they would discuss terms. After all, as she had told Setsuna, they were not brutes, and they would not descend any further into the now non-honorable habits of Mortals.
No King of Heaven or Hell had bothered to discuss terms before, and Tomoyo hoped that it would, at least, help organize things. Rules about opening combat in the Mortal Realm, about maximizing the safety of Humans; Which Realms were off limits--the Dream and Spirit, most likely. Just things that concerned damage that would not occur to either side, but to separate, unrelated parties. They would have to develop punishments for violation of these rules for their troops and high commanders.
She sighed, tapping her finger on the Mortal "notepad" that she had purchased for the event, the piece of modernized paper that held the general ideas that she wanted to present...

Mei was surprised to have received notification on a meeting between the Celestials especially since she was going to have one herself among the heaven kings.
She didn't want to go in the church for fear that this was a trap. She wanted to have Katana to come with her just so that she wouldn't be up in a fight alone. But she trusted Katana to watch over things in her layer to watch over the other servants and to make sure Kouki does what she was suppose to do. Thinking about that disobedient servant made her mad but she couldn't do anything about it now. Instead she waited for Rosey to arrive. She had sent her a quick letter saying that she would hire her to be her bodyguard. She hoped that she would come soon, she didn't want to stay in the mortal realm any longer than she had to.
To add to her discomfort, she could sense Tomo in the church waiting and she hoped that the other Heaven Kings showed up really soon too.

Tomoyo felt the magical alarm indicating Mei's arrival, and she promptly made her way outside, gathering her ornate robes about her as she descended the steps to the edge of the kekkai, to where Mei was waiting. She looked as though she was waiting for someone, so Tomoyo asked, before opening the barrier,
"Did you want to enter now? Or are you waiting for someone?"

Mei didn't even noticed Tomo's appearance and she slightly jumped at the sound of her voice. Even though it seem that Tomo was the only one here she still felt that it was a trap. If she were to follow Tomo, it would probably lead to her demise. Even if Tomo was the only one here and attack she stood no chance. But then again she could attack now but being out here made her feel safer.
She finally said, "Yes i'm waiting for someone. I don't want to go in alone and be ambushed."

Rosey took her time to show up. She didn't care if Mei got jumped on the scene on her arrival. She probably figured she would come in the knick of time to save her ass after she got tossed around a bit. Although she was still in pain from her last fight with that dragon dude. But when she got there she could see that Mei was there standing next to Tomo. She wait to approach to see if they would start fighting but she could tell that they were just talking to each other. How boring.
Rosey nonchalantly came up to Tomo and slapped her on the back. "Well if it isn't my drinking buddy. How the hell have you been? Are there gonna be drinks at this meeting? I'm gonna need one after dealing with this one here." She pointed her thumb to Mei as if she didn't realized she was talking about her. Rosey could tell that Mei frowned upon her late arrival and the fact that she came up to greet Tomo as if they were the best friends in the whole world. However she didn't care how Mei felt, she didn't care for Mei at all.

Tomoyo smiled. "I've been fine, and there are refreshments inside for those who would like them. I hadn't thought of bringing any at first; as you know, Heavenly beings don't typically eat or drink--something about it being beneath them or something. Come in, however." With a wave of her hand, an opening appeared for both Mei and Rosey to make it through.
"Welcome."

"I guess I'm not too late, eh, Sanada?"
Yomi wasn't smiling, though her voice was jovial, even for her. She had decided to give Sanada a break of sorts at this meeting by not killing every one of the Heavenly Kings there. The only thing missing for a perfect revenge, after all, was Miyazawa Chiyo, the dead bitch. Curse her memory!
She strode past Mei and Rosey, entering directly into the cathedral without a even a glance at Mei. Heaven was hiring pixies now?
However, she held her tongue from saying such a thing outloud.
She couldn't believe that Sanada would hold this meeting in a church, of all places? What was she doing, sacrificing to the Heavenly Kings instead of talking with them? What sort of guesture is this? When Sanada had told her about the meeting, she hadn't thought that Tomoy would be this stupid about having it. Why would Sanada pay homage to her enemies?
Shaking her head and deciding that she would never understand the Yami-ou's lopsided ways of doing things, she sniffed the air to make sure that it wasn't poisoned. You couldn't trust Upright Angels--then again, for that matter, you couldn't trust Humans, which was even worse.
She waited at the entrance, her eyes willing Sanada to leave the non-Celestials and escort her to her seat.

"Are you serious? Are the people in Heaven that uptight?" Rosey looked over to Mei. Well I guess she would fit in then. Rosey went on in, not even bothering to wait for Mei. If they decided to jump her ass, she probably asked for it.
When she got in to the hall, immediately went for the refreshment table and helped herself.

Frowning at Rosey and Tomo's interaction with each other, she felt betrayed a little. She couldn't understand why Rosey would even associate with anyone from Hell. Doesn't Rosey knew what was going on between Heaven and Hell? Doesn't she know that as of right now the Fae have sided with Heaven? It bothered her very deeply. It bothered her so much that she was making up her mind to go visit the Queen right after this meeting and tell her about what her former commander is doing.
Mei then realized that Rosey was leaving her with the two Hellion Kings and ran after her so she wouldn't feel defenseless without her bodyguard. upon entering the cathedral she saw that Rosey wasted no time going to where the refreshments were. She kind of wanted to go get some food too but she was no fool. She would wait to see if any of it was poison or not.

Ayaka then walked into the church doors, a lollypop in her mouth and a serious look upon her face.
"Tomoyo, How are you?" She questioned as she bowed then stood there with her hands on her slender hips.
"I assume one Heaven King is here at least. I can feel it." She gave a smirk, "And in a church."

Yomi watched the young Fae enter into the church, one going for the food table, the other sitting down, probably trying to figure out if the food was poisoned or not. Yomi laughed.
"You know," she called down the hall to the Heavenly King, "If Sanada had wanted to poison the food, I would have been here with her before anyone else. Sanada doesn't attempt to poison anything without my approval; she doesn't know how to do it right. She just ordered this stuff from a Mortal caterer, is all. I can imagine that, for once, she didn't actually supply my Windtinis. I can't have you all getting drunk at a meeting of War. Because Sanada is too nice to your lot, I wouldn't count on the food being poisoned. By the by, having your servant test out the food for you is horrible--can't you sense things like that yourself? Or are you too weak?" she taunted.

Tomoyo smiled kindly at Ayaka. "I can see that you've had a good night's sleep. I wonder if you'll have any good ideas at today's meeting." It was nice to have one of the better tempered Kings at the meeting now. With Rosey and Ayaka, things wouldn't be as boring and cold as she figured they would be. It was nice to know that there were beings attending that had some feeling in them.
Gesturing to the gaping hole in the kekkai that she had opened for Rosey and Mei, she gestured that he should enter as well.
She purposefully ignored Yomi. She was not a slave, and she was certainly not going to abandon arriving guests to personally escort her to the meeting chambers.

Satori approached the gates of the cathedral indicated by the invitation, and his heart almost leaped for joy. It was the Hikari-ou, Sanada Tomoyo, dressed up in her best white robes. Oh, those sparkling blue eyes! That kind aura!
He had to bite his tongue to not cry out for the woman who had been his King.
He took a deep breath. Tsubasa would be here, and he couldn't afford to let her see his attachment to The Sanada Tomoyo. She wouldn't let him leave.
But he would make his voice heard. She would let them know that he didn't want to go to War to them.
He dipped his head in honor and respect to the Yami-ou. "Hello."

Lailis arrived right after Satori, and he had seen the happy expression on his face as saw, for the first time in millennia, the Hikari-ou, decked out in all of her splendor for the purpose of this meeting. He wasn't sure what the Yami-ou was up to showing up in this guise to do; was she trying to shake their ranks by appearing as the loving mother who had once cared for them?
Well, Lailis wasn't going to fall for it. It was too easy.
Grabbing Satori by the scruff of his neck before he could raise his head to make eye contact with the "Hikari-ou", he pulled the pair of them through the barrier without saying a word to Sanada--Satori had been a King of Heaven previously, and the aura did not fade when you lost your crown. As Lailis suspected, the shield yielded, and Satori was dragged in the direction of the large doors of the Cathedral.
Passing his descendant, Uesugi Yomi, he sneered. "Going to poison the air, traitor? Oh, wait, you'll have to decide whether or not it will help you bring back your dead husband before you act."

Mei simplying ignored the Hellion Kings comment and crossed her arms. She didn't want to start anything with someone she felt that was below her. But she noticed that other celestials had entered, Elders. She felt delighted knowing that other beings from Heaven was here. She hadn't met any of the Elders yet so she was happy to finally do. She wanted to show them that she was more than capable of being a Heaven King. Her wings started flapping happily.

Rosey didn't hear Yomi's comment about her being a servant of Mei. If hse had she would have very displease to know that she thought she was Mei's servant. She wasn't Mei servant she was just here to be a body guard and that was it. She didn't even like the fact that she was acting as her body guard but she needed something to do. The mortal realm was starting to disappoint her with all of the short spanned creatures that lived in it.
As Rosey was shoveling food in her mouth she noticed more people was here. "Yo whats up." She greeted them with a short wave and then continued eating. She was quite happy to be around other creatures that weren't mortal, she didn't care if it was someone from Hell or Heaven, she was just happy.

Ayaka made a gester towards the women stuffing her face. She then took the sucker stick in her mouth out and stuffed it in her pocket.
"Yes, I did have some ideas but i want to make sure that I get facts straight before I open my mouth."
She walked closer to Tomo, close enough to whisper in ear range
"I don't want to start anything that I could be blame for. For the remander of the meeting, I hope to learn some other things from the Rest of our group and theirs."
She moved away and faced Tomo, a smile on her face.
"Now wheres the food at, I'm starving."

To say that Rei was not pleased that she had been summoned to this meeting was a severe study in understatments.
She'd had no idea that Tomo was planning it until the point where she'd felt the Ha-ou, Kawahira and Yomi leave the infernal realm at relativly the same time. She'd mentioned it to her brother who in turn mentioned, in a bemused sort of tone, that Tomo had sent out a formal invitation to all of the heavenly kings about it approximatly a week before the event was to take place.
She realized that now that Yomi was back, she was technically not considered Tomo's second-in-command anymore. That didn't erase the fact that Tomo had previously consulted her on everything from politcs to her relationships with Ren and various other beings. So then, given that fact, the fact that she'd not been sought out by the ha-ou for any sort of imput about this meeting really burned her up.
It had taken the urging of her brother and her Lieutenants over the course of the week until the meeting to convince to go.
It had taken Ren the entire jouney up to the mortal realm to convince her not to tear Tomo several new ones the moment they entered the church.
That didn't, however, mean that she wasn't pissed about it.....
She'd go, but she wouldn't go happily or quietly.

Rei was....angry...
Angry and strong, Ren reflected as he tried to rub the pain out of his upperarm where she'd punched him in frustration not five minutes ago.
He'd forgotten how much physical the small woman possesed when she was aggrivated.
The fact that the aggrivation was centered on his spouse and was subsequently being taken out on him was not something he appreciated and was actually starting to feel slightly annoyed at Tomo in his own right....
"Rei, honestly, it's not really her fault. She probably just figured that you wouldn't care and would just come anyway. Or maybe that you wouldn't care about it and wouldn't show up." Definately the wrong thing to say, he realize when ozone colored eyes rolled up to stare at him in a look that could have melted him in a gooey puddle on the prisinte grass of the churchyard as they crossed it to the door.
She didn't say anything, but Ren could feel that right about now he was in just about as much trouble as Tomo at the moment.
He'd been taking trouble to stagger his strides to match his twins before, trying to deflate the raging mass of Hell King storming to the church but at this point, he figured a steady run would serve everyone better, mostly to ensure that there was enough magical energy around the place to make sure that he would be able to stop her if she got seriously pissed.
He prayed for whoever planned on being at this meeting, as he opened the doors of the church and followed the trail of his wife's magical signature to the dining room. An angry Rei was not a Rei he enjoyed being around and thoroughly intended on hiding behind Tomo until she'd calmed down.

Normally, Hayate wouldn't have been daunted by one of his own commrades.
Normally, he would have brought Kisuke with him.
That fact that he hadn't and the fact that Yamazaki Rei was almost ledgendary in her rages and the fact that the rage was directed at none other than her own Ha-ou, sort of daunted Hayate's courage just a wee bit
He followed the dark haired woman into the building as she blowed through the double doors, cowed by the emotions he could feel rolling off her, he wasn't a seirei or anything or particularly empathetic but the air around her sizzled with it.
So understandably so, when he felt the compulsion to acknowledge a senior member of the infernal realm, he did so with what he hoped wasn't too much a soprano.
He'd only ever met the Rai-ou in person once, last thing he wanted to do was give her the impression that the difference in their powers was something that phased him.
"Eh-Hello, Rei-san, how are you this evening?" He wasn't sure, but Hayate had the distinct feeling he had just thrown his young life away before it had the chance to begin....
